The organizations discussed on this page apparently have two common goals: the manipulation of the American news media and the suppression of any criticism of Islam. They portray Muslims as the victims of 9/11/2001 rather than the perpetrators. It is amazing to see that even after the September 11th attacks, which were apparently carried out by Muslims, any criticism of Islam is still considered "islamophobia". After all, phobia = fear = terror. Isn't terror what terrorists want? If islamophobia exists, the Islamic terrorists are to blame. Director Mueller, Say No to CAIR. At this point, the question about CAIR should be: Why does anyone care? Care about anything CAIR officials say, that is. Divine Divestment. Chicago-area United Methodists last month voted to divest from companies doing business with Israel, including Caterpillar and General Electric. A few weeks later, in July, the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), whose annual convention was outside Chicago, appreciatively gave the Northern Illinois Conference of United Methodism its Interfaith Unity Award. CAIR's Pro-Terror Red Flags. Since the Council on American-Islamic Relations or CAIR was founded in June 1994, while a handful of representatives from the group have been forthright in vocalizing their support for global terrorist organizations, the majority of the group's hierarchy has worked hard to mask this support. One such CAIR operative, Affad Shaikh, has made and continues to make this duplicitous façade a large part of his life, blurring the lines of terror support by spouting anti-Western rhetoric and propagating terror-related fanatics. No Free Speech about Leaving Islam? Advertising on taxpayer-funded transit has become the latest free speech battleground — and the cause of freedom has just won a significant victory. The Council on American-Islamic Relations tried to defeat free speech in Miami, with the lapdog media on its side, and was just handed a major defeat. Connect the Dots on CAIR's Foreign Funding and Lobbying. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), claims to be "America's largest Islamic civil liberties group." But that's a myth. As [reported] on BigGovernment.com last fall, only 1% of CAIR's latest reported revenues actually came from Muslim American members. Meanwhile foreign donors have given CAIR over $6,000,000 million [sic] in cash and loans, and over $50,000,000 in pledges. CAIR Attacks the Foreign Policy Research Institute. This episode raises unsettling questions: What is CAIR doing with an "informant" inside Mason Crest Publishers? How many other publishing houses has it penetrated? And which other cultural institutions have staff more loyal to CAIR than to their employers? Dallas Islamic leader, former CAIR board member deported. The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) is likely to find itself the target of more criticism after a Dallas immigration judge ordered one of their former board members deported due to terror connections. CAIR's Hamas Co-Conspirator Associates. Omar Ahmad's picture and bio have been removed from CAIR's national website, but his likeness has turned up on another CAIR site, a local chapter's one in California. Given CAIR's publicly known history linking the group to Hamas and given the fallout from the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trials, one would think that CAIR would wish to shed its troubling past. With regards to Ahmad and some others, though, it seems the group has embraced it, proving that CAIR is willing to either sink or swim with its radicals. Modesty in Islam Just a Cover-up for CAIR agenda. A Muslim woman applied for a job at Hollister, a division of Abercrombie and Fitch, in San Mateo, California back in October. She wore hijab until a division manager came in, and decided she didn't fit the A&F image, so he fired her after she refused to take off the head scarf while on the job. ... Murder, deceit, and sexual exploitation of women are allowable under Islam. Not exactly a modest and peaceful system of belief for some. CAIR really doesn't CARE about the woman in the lawsuit. It cares about spreading Islam. Clueless About CAIR and ISNA. The issue of terrorism is broadcast every day over the airwaves. Yet, so many of our government officials are clueless about it. How else would a leader from the Islamic Society of North America and the Council on American-Islamic Relations — two groups singled out by the Justice Department for their involvement in the financing of Hamas — be invited to a sitting Governor's State of the State Address? CAIR: Fort Hood Co-Conspirator. Suddenly CAIR, an unindicted terrorist co-conspirator, is acting like a good citizen. Suddenly it's concerned about young Muslim-American men going on jihad. Suddenly it's concerned about "certain" passages of the Quran inspiring jihadists. It's all too little, too late. Thanks to CAIR, 42 brave American soldiers were gunned down by an Islamic nut in Texas. That's right, thanks to CAIR. CAIR's Fort Hood Idol: Following the November massacre that took place at Fort Hood, Texas and the failed terrorist plane attack by the so-called 'underpants' bomber, all eyes have been focused on Anwar al-Awlaki, an American-born al-Qaeda leader who had been in contact with the perpetrators of both acts. Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America. Through painstaking and nuanced research of internal memos and documents, the authors establish that CAIR is the ideological cousin of the notorious Muslim Brotherhood and their leadership is inextricably tied to the promulgation of an explosively violent "jihadist" agenda. Utilizing double-speak and a wide variety of cleverly devised subterfuges, CAIR manages to present itself as a law abiding, pro-American organization; however, the authors expose their unbridled mendacity in its most egregious form. Friend of the Brotherhood? [Scroll down] More Americans are taking note of the accumulating series of statements and actions by the president that display favoritism, or worse, toward Muslims. That would be troubling enough; after all, no chief executive is supposed to support one subset of us over others. Growing numbers of our countrymen may be on to something else about the Obama presidency, however, that is even more alarming: In instance after instance, Mr. Obama seemingly has bent over backward to accommodate not just Muslim-Americans, but a deeply problematic organization — the Muslim Brotherhood (or Ikhwan) — that purports to represent their interests here. CAIR Finally Under Investigation. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a longtime partner of the FBI in its efforts to reach out to American Muslims, now appears to be under criminal investigation by that same FBI. It's a refreshing breakthrough of sanity in the FBI's dealing with the domestic terror threat — and it came to light just as CAIR was poised to win yet another victory in its ongoing campaign of harassment and intimidation against anyone who dares draw attention to jihadist activity in the United States. ISNA: Attitude, Not Apologies for Ft. Hood Murders. It seems strange that in today's New York Times article on the Ft. Hood shooter, Army Major Nidal Hasan, Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) president Ingrid Mattson stated, "I don't understand why the Muslim-American community has to take responsibility for him. The Army has had at least as much time and opportunity to form and shape this person as the Muslim community." Did someone mention Fort Hood? Somebody at Fort Hood Should be Walking the Plank. ISNA is the Muslim Brotherhood's umbrella entity for Islamist organizations in the United States. It was established in 1981 to enable Muslims in North America "to adopt Islam as a complete way of life" — i.e., to further the Brotherhood's strategy of establishing enclaves in the West that are governed by sharia. Jihad returns to Fort Hood. Andy McCarthy, in a disturbing report, tells us that, according to his sources, the Defense Department has brought a top official of the Islamic Society of America (ISNA) to Fort Hood to lecture our troops about Islam before they deploy to Afghanistan. The ISNA official, Louay Safi, has also served as research director at the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT). Rep. Sue Myrick Takes a Stand on Obama, Fort Hood and CAIR. The FBI has publicly stated CAIR has ties to HAMAS, a designated terrorist organization. This was clearly stated in a letter the FBI sent to Sen. Jon Kyl on April 28, 2009. CAIR Exposed. Naturally and fully expected, CAIR is on the defensive. Instead of addressing the numerous factual pieces of intelligence showing their support of the Islamic terrorist ideology, they do exactly as their "internal documents" indicate. They begin intimidation, extortion, blackmail, and other related threats to silence their critics. GOP lawmakers submit request to probe CAIR. In [a] letter to Attorney General Eric Holder, the House members ask the Justice Department to reveal to Congress members why CAIR was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror finance case in U.S. history. Republicans Call for CAIR Investigations. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a U.S. non-profit Muslim activist group associated with Islamist terrorist groups such as Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, is reeling under new allegations of highly suspect activity. State Department's love affair with Islamists. With the United States battling Islamist extremists, making America's case to Muslims around the world has never been more of a priority for policymakers. Unfortunately, the State Department continues to take a counterproductive approach: serving as a veritable infomercial promoting Islamist organizations like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) and the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) while giving the back of the hand to the very anti-jihadist Muslims that Washington should be cultivating. CAIR's Threat to National Security: CAIR leader Hussam Ayloush is on a crusade against the FBI; he's upset by how the government agency fights terrorism. What he's not upset by are the terrorists who threaten America and America's allies. It's a pattern by Mr. Ayloush that could easily lead one to believe he is a threat himself. The ISNA Conference. Last year I attended the ISNA Conference in Ohio. There were an estimated 30,000 plus Muslims who attended the conference ... There were hundreds of vendors, and since the conference was being held only a couple of months before the 2008 Presidential Election, there was an enormous outpouring of support for Barack Obama. Non profit organizations are not supposed to favor any certain political candidate, of course. In 2008 ISNA had several booths with anti-American slogans on shirts, along with pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinian, and anti-Israel garments. In addition Barack Hussein Obama material was in abundance. A Close Look at Obama's New Islamic Partners. In response to [Jennifer] Rubin's report, Thomas Jocelyn of the Weekly Standard observed that ISNA's name has come up in a current German terror finance investigation. It is believed that the Islamic group had donated $100,000 to the Third World Relief Agency at the very same time that TWRA was funding the terror network behind the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. CAIR's Congressional Stooges. Seven House Democrats have written Attorney General Eric Holder invoking a list of grievances from radical Islamist groups and asking that Holder meet with representatives from those groups to hear their concerns. The grievances include the use of convicted felons as informants in mosques, alleged religious profiling of Somali Muslims in Minnesota and elsewhere and allegations that the FBI is working with foreign governments to question American citizens who are terror suspects. Some influential Muslim groups question FBI's actions. As they sipped tea and nibbled on dates, more than 100 men and women listened to a litany of speakers sounding the same message: The FBI is not your friend. "We're here today to say our mosques are off limits," Hussam Ayloush, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations for Greater Los Angeles, told the crowd last month at an Anaheim mosque. FBI and American Muslims at odds. Law enforcement efforts to root out home-grown terrorists are jeopardized by deteriorating relations between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Muslim and Arab-American communities. The situation began last fall when the FBI quietly withdrew formal relations with all local chapters of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), one of the largest Muslim American civil rights organizations. The FBI cited "a number of distinct narrow issues" that it has refused to make public. Ex-CAIR Chairman: FBI Should Shut Down the Organization. In January, Fox News reported that the FBI had "severed its ties" with all CAIR chapters. Now, Parvez Ahmed, the former national chairman of CAIR's board of directors, has come out with his own thoughts on punishment for the group. Ahmed served as CAIR's national chairman from May 2005 until his resignation in June 2008. His departure was not without controversy and his parting words were not complimentary. House Leaders Wary of CAIR After FBI Shuns Islamic Advocacy Group. A leading member of the House of Representatives is asking the FBI to explain why it did not notify Congress that it had cut ties with the Council on American-Islamic Relations, as revealed by FOXNews.com last week. And several lawmakers are calling on their colleagues to "think twice" before meeting with the Islamic advocacy group, which the FBI considers a front for Islamic radicals. Former Hamas Fundraiser to Speak at CAIR Banquet. Before the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) was closed by the U.S. government as a designated global terrorist fundraising entity just weeks after the 9/11 attacks, Monzer Taleb (aka Munzir Taleb, Monzer Talib, et al.) was part of the infamous Al-Sakhra band, which toured the U.S. raising money for the HLF and the terrorist group Hamas. Taleb was so active in his fundraising pursuits that he was personally named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the HLF terrorism finance trial, which concluded this past November with guilty verdicts on all 108 counts for the defendants. CAIR's Credibility Takes a Hit from Holy Land Terror Trial. The public image of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), image has taken a huge blow as a result of new revelations that the FBI has severed ties with the group. The Investigative Project on Terrorism, a research organization headed by Steven Emerson, has published on its web site a letter sent in October from James E. Finch, special agent in charge of the bureau's Oklahoma operations, to local Muslims stating that the FBI would not take part in a local outreach conference because of CAIR's participation. An FBI official in Washington told Fox News last month that the agency has directed FBI field offices across the country to cut ties with local affiliates of CAIR. E-mails from an Enemy. Given my line of work, from time to time, I get angry e-mails from people affiliated with hate and/or terror-related groups — groups that I have worked hard to expose and hopefully, one day, help to shut down. Recently, I was sent a handful of e-mails from the President of the campus chapter of the Muslim American Society (MAS on Campus) at John Jay College in New York City. The specifics contained within them were a valuable confirmation of things previously suspected to be true. ACLU Sticks Up for Group That Funds Terrorism. Recently the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) produced a video complaining about how Muslim charitable groups have been negatively affected by the Bush administration's crackdown on terrorist charities. The ACLU chose leaders and patrons of the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) to make its point. It was a poor choice, as ICNA itself has been tied to terrorist financing. 'Why Islam': Reaching Out and Preaching Hate. Since its creation, Why Islam (WI), a Muslim proselytizing project of the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), has advocated a radical strain of Islam that stresses both hatred and violence. Today is no different. The group continues to verbally attack non-Muslims. And now the group is featuring a poll on its website asking if al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden is innocent. The results of the poll are very disturbing. CAIR Sex, Drugs and Profanity. CAIR-California's Affad Shaikh is a rebel Islamist. While he performs the normal extremist activities, like obsess over Israel, rail against American troops, and defend militant Islamic groups overseas, he also does many things that could be considered unbecoming of a CAIR leader, at least by CAIR's disjointed standards of conduct. Yet the group still keeps him on board. The Hate Bus. CAIR and ICNA, two groups with documented ties to extremist groups overseas, have happened upon a new ploy to bring "non-believers" to Islam. The groups are using public transportation — subways and buses — to advertise their message. However, that message is one that is highly offensive and demeaning to those of other faiths, as it promotes Islam as a religion of superiority and spreads false information about revered Christian and Jewish figures. The Last Days of CAIR. Four of [David Yerushalmi's] clients, who were all once clients of CAIR, have filed a federal civil complaint alleging criminal fraud and racketeering against CAIR. The lawsuit, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, arises out of what we can call the Morris Days affair. CAIR Files FEC Complaint over Obsession. Despite the fact that the film Obsession contains no political content and was made well before the 2008 election cycle began, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, those paragons of Islamic moderation and honesty, would now have you believe that the national distribution of the DVD was an Israeli plot to elect John McCain. And they've filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission alleging just that. CAIRing for Guantanamo. The Guantanamo Bay detention camp holds many of the world's most dangerous terrorists — individuals whose goal is to destroy America. Yet, there are some that claim the facility represents a symbol of repression against the innocent. One group in particular, CAIR or the Council on American-Islamic Relations, has been vocal in its opposition to Guantanamo. CAIR Assassination Plot? Last month, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents stationed at the U.S./Mexico border held the Civil Rights Coordinator of CAIR-California, Affad Shaikh, and others whom he was with for questioning. The agents suspected that the group had the intention of coming to the United States to assassinate President Bush. The following will provide a detailed context for why the CBP would believe such a thing and will make the case as to why the U.S. government should not drop the issue. CAIR vs. Human Rights: Suspicions persist about [The Council on American Islamic Relations], due not only to the terror convictions of several of its former officials and the questionable statements of some of its spokesmen, but because it always seems to be on the opposing side of anti-terror efforts, as well as of any honest attempt to examine and reform the elements of Islam that jihadists are using to justify violence today. CAIR blames Justice for its troubles. The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) says it is suffering from a decline in membership and fundraising and blames the Justice Department for listing it as an unindicted co-conspirator in a case involving a charity accused of terrorist ties. CAIR Revealed: For the first time, evidence in a major federal terror case puts CAIR's current executive director — Nihad Awad — at a Philadelphia meeting of alleged Hamas leaders that was secretly recorded by the FBI. After the Associated Press last week reported the bombshell, CAIR denied claims of ties to Hamas. "That's one of those urban legends about CAIR," said Parvez Ahmed, CAIR's chairman. "It's fed by the right-wing, pro-Israeli blogosphere." In fact, the evidence was revealed by an FBI agent who testified at the terror-financing trial under way in Dallas. What idiots! Controversial Muslim group gets VIP airport security tour. The Department of Homeland Security took a Muslim group with known past ties to terror organizations on a VIP tour of security operations at the nation's busiest airport at the same time British authorities were working to break up a plot to blow up U.S. airlines. Chicago's Hamas Youth: During the 1990s, the Hamas infrastructure within the United States was complete. It consisted of a propagation outlet, the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP); a financing wing, the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF); a command center, the United Association for Studies and Research (UASR); and a defense mechanism, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Today, only the latter exists, along with a remnant of the IAP, the Mosque Foundation. Both have a presence in the Chicago area, where group and mosque are working hard to indoctrinate young Muslims into radical Islam. CAIR Extremist to Speak on Extremism. On Tuesday, April 8, 2008, the head of the Michigan office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), Dawud Walid, will be giving a speech about extremism and terrorism, at Grand Valley State University, in Allendale, Michigan, hosted by the Muslim Students Association. But how can such topics be discussed, when the speaker is a known extremist, and the organization he represents has been involved in terrorism? No 'Islamophobia,' please. As delegates to the Republican National Convention gear up for speeches by Sen. John McCain and Gov. Sarah Palin, an Islamic civil liberties group is urging the GOP candidates to stay away from Muslim-bashing and extend an olive branch to members of the faith. "We urge Senator McCain and Governor Palin to offer inclusive speeches at this week's Republican convention and ask that they both avoid divisive Islamophobic rhetoric," said Nihad Awad, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR. CAIR Pushes Phony Charges of Anti-Muslim Hysteria, Hate Crimes. In a series of thorough and carefully documented articles, the Investigative Project on Terrorism has detailed the sinister side of the self-proclaimed Muslim civil rights group CAIR. The tenth and final installment takes a look at CAIR's persistent — and often contrived — charges of "hate crimes" perpetrated against Muslims and supposed "anti-Muslim hysteria" rampant in this country. A Trying Time for CAIR. It has been a bad week for the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). The group that has so successfully presented itself to law enforcement and media organizations as a Muslim civil rights group is seeing a radically different portrayal of its motives and goals coming to light in the Holy Land Foundation terror charity trial in Dallas. Prosecutors say Texas charity hid its terrorist ties. The Holy Land Foundation presented two faces to the world, federal prosecutors said Monday [9/17/2007] as final arguments began in what is widely seen as the most important terrorist financing case ever to go to trial in the United States. Homeland Security Implications of the Holy Land Foundation Trial. Although evidence brought forward in documents and testimony has explosive implications for US Homeland Security, the intelligence community, and every American citizen, relatively little media attention has been paid to it. Update: Motion For Retrial. The Council on American-Islamic Relations is cheering a mistrial in a major terror case as a "stunning defeat" for the U.S. government. But the celebration may be premature. Coming up empty. Years of federal investigation, months of sworn testimony, weeks of jury deliberation, and four days awaiting the release of a sealed verdict culminated in confusion and debacle Oct. 22. The 12-member citizen panel charged with adjudicating the largest terrorism financing case in U.S. history appeared to crumble under stacks of convoluted evidence. CAIR Terror Ties Exposed, Again. From the Hamas ties of its founders in 1994 to its solicitous stance toward accused terrorists today, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has demonstrated that its actual mission is far removed from the civil rights advocacy it claims to pursue. Still standing as perhaps the clearest evidence of CAIR's insidious role, two key leaders of the group attended a 1993 meeting in Philadelphia called by Hamas members and supporters to devise a strategy for torpedoing the Oslo Accords aimed at Middle East peace. Has CAIR Violated Its Non-Profit Tax Status? United States Representative and co-founder of the Congressional Anti-Terrorism Caucus, Sue Myrick, is one of a growing number of lawmakers to speak out against CAIR. As reported in World Net Daily, in December 2007, she stated, "Groups like CAIR have a proven record of senior officials being indicted and either imprisoned or deported from the United States." CAIR officials getting taxpayer dollars for schools. Patrick Poole has been looking at the taxpayer-funded charter schools run by CAIR officials in Columbus, Ohio and published his report today at Front Page Magazine. There are many serious problems uncovered, including use of the schools for CAIR events, the political extremism, and possibly self-dealing. CAIR Goes Back to School. As children all over the country prepare for the annual American rite of the beginning of school, hundreds of school children and their parents from the Columbus, Ohio Somali refugee community may be getting far less than they bargained for, as well as Ohio taxpayers. Telephoning the Enemy: CAIR board members unapologetically have said that they intend to "educate" Americans to accept Sharia as our law! CAIR's Congress. With the Democratic victory in the midterm elections, one big winner was the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). The American Islamic pressure group now has a chance to advance its agenda in numerous ways, with energetic water-carrying by, among others, the Speaker of the House, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, and the first Muslim member of Congress. Muslims Silence Critics. Violent reprisal has long been an occupational hazard of those who dare to question or investigate Islamic groups or criticize Islamic practices. Much more common has been the practice of trying to intimidate critics into silence through legal threats. The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) has had great success with this over the years, although lately the tactic appears to be faltering. Don't like it? Clear off, mate. Clearly, Aussies don't have a CAIR. Federal Education Minister Brendan Nelson actually said that Muslims in Australia who don't want to accept local values should leave the country. Update: CAIR Backs Down from Anti-CAIR. In a stunning setback, the Council on American-Islamic Relations' defamation suit against Andrew Whitehead of Anti-CAIR has been dismissed with prejudice. Why CAIR Dropped Its Lawsuit Against Andrew Whitehead. Andrew Whitehead, a former serviceman with the U.S. Navy has a website named Anti-CAIR on which Whitehead accused CAIR of partially funding terrorist organizations. CAIR routinely tries to intimidate the likes of Whitehead in the hope of stifling any criticisms and/or allegations made against it. CAIR's Fuzzy Math: We've been told for years that Islam is the fastest-growing religion in America, and that the size of the Muslim population here has swelled to 6 million to 7 million. A new study pops that myth. CAIR by the Numbers: Since representatives from CAIR have identified their organization as "the Islamic NAACP", a comparison between CAIR and the NAACP might be helpful. Even after adjusting for the population size differences between the two, CAIR's membership footprint amongst their constituency is still is only one-tenth that of the NAACP. CAIR membership falls 90% since 9/11. Membership in the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has declined more than 90 percent since the 2001 terrorist attacks, according to tax documents obtained by The Washington Times. The number of reported members spiraled down from more than 29,000 in 2000 to fewer than 1,700 in 2006. Telephoning the Enemy: By its own court filings, the Council on American-Islamic Relations conclusively established its multiple communications with persons suspected of connections with terrorists. CAIR: Islamists Fooling the Establishment. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), headquartered in Washington, is perhaps the best-known and most controversial Muslim organization in North America. CAIR presents itself as an advocate for Muslims' civil rights and the spokesman for American Muslims. "We are similar to a Muslim NAACP," says its communications director, Ibrahim Hooper. CAIR's Hate Crimes Nonsense: CAIR cites the July 9, 2004 case of apparent arson at a Muslim-owned grocery store in Everett, Washington. But investigators quickly determined that Mirza Akram, the store's operator, staged the arson to avoid meeting his scheduled payments and to collect on an insurance policy. Although Akram's antics were long ago exposed as a fraud, CAIR continues to list this case as an anti-Muslim hate crime. Did someone mention Hate Crimes? Cowed by CAIR: DC talk station fires host. Washington, D.C. talk radio station WMAL, 630 AM, has caved to pressure from the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a group that has savaged journalists, critics of radical Islam, even the Fox TV show "24" but which just as steadfastly has refused to specifically condemn various Islamic terrorist organizations. CAIR Fifth Columnists and Multiculturalists: In the realm of terrorism, the threat to America is not just concerning dirty bombs and terror cells. It's not just about planes flying into buildings or suicide vests. No, the threat is a lot greater than that — a solid infrastructure finely cultivated into our society, paid for, at least in part, by Saudi royalty. It was created not to promote the values of our nation, but, instead, to impose Islamic law. A large part of that infrastructure is the Council on American-Islamic Relations or CAIR. CAIR's Medical School Grievance Theater: When Iram Qureshi of Dublin, Ohio was dismissed from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine last month after having to repeat her first year and then failing two 'systems' in her second year after she stopped attending classes, she did what any normal American Muslim woman would seem to do these days — she called the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and sued. ISNA, NAIT and other organizations (Some disguised as charities) Co-Conspirators of Hate. The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and its sister org, the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), are attempting to have their names taken off the U.S. government's list of "unindicted co-conspirators" for a Dallas Hamas fundraising trial that began almost one year ago. They are claiming that, because of the designation, the government has done harm to their relationship with law enforcement and interfaith groups. Front-gate: It is now well-established in Washington that any scandal, no matter how seemingly innocuous, soon is given the suffix "-gate," establishing a lineal connection to the mother of all scandals, Watergate. Well, let me be the first to suggest that a recent scandal in the Pentagon be known hereafter as "Front-gate" in recognition of the central role played in the drama by the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), an organization designated by the Justice Department as a front for the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan). The Muslim Students Association and the Jihad Network: As early as the 1980s, operatives from the Muslim Brotherhood, parent group for al Qaeda and Hamas, formulated a blueprint for a "jihadist process" that would ultimately sabotage the "miserable house" of the United States. These Muslim Brotherhood operatives saw that the work of undermining the U.S. could be best accomplished by the use of front groups such as the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Muslim Students Association. But while CAIR was designed to work in the legal-cultural realm, posturing as another of the minority rights groups functioning in the public square, the MSA's role was to be restricted to college campuses, where it would advance the cause of radical Islam and lead the effort to stigmatize Israel. Bad CAIR Day. The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) had a rough 24 hours earlier this week. Given the organization's ties to the seditious Muslim Brotherhood and specifically its role in advancing the stealth jihad used to insinuate into this country the totalitarian program authoritative Islam calls "sharia," though, any bad CAIR day is a good day for America. The Muslim Brotherhood in America. The only people who can get away with openly lying, causing harm to our troops/country, and turn our country from a democracy/free market into a Socialist nation under many Sharia compliant aspects are elected politicians. Islamic scholars realize even under Obama, they can't (to date) verbalize treason and sedition against America. They do realize it is still accepted to call for sedition/treason, and murder of innocent people in written and video formats. These formats of communicating hatred toward America are somehow believed to be covered under our U.S. Constitutions First Amendment. Islamic leaders are taking advantage of our naiveness and regardless of what our law enforcement and politicians believe, America is under attack and inside the U.S. we are losing our country inch by inch. Obama's Islamist Problem: The question is why would Barak Obama's campaign — which has prevented Muslim women wearing headcoverings from being in the background of photographs with the candidate and which recently fired a Muslim-outreach coordinator who had ties to another unindicted HLF co-conspirator — allow itself to be put in such company? Presumably, the response will be one heard from the Bush administration: ISNA is a large, "mainstream" Muslim-American organization that is an appropriate vehicle for outreach to that community. The Dems' 'soft' jihadist. The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) has been identified by the Department of Justice not only as a front for the Muslim Brotherhood — a global Islamist movement with the stated mission in America of "destroying Western civilization from within." Worse yet, it has also been named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the United States' largest alleged terrorism financing conspiracy. The Muslim Students Association and the Jihad Network: As revealed in documents seized by the FBI and entered as evidence in a Texas court, the Muslim Students Association is a legacy project of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Brotherhood is an organization formed by a Hitler-admiring Muslim named Hasan al-Bannain Egypt in 1928. It was designed to function as the spearpoint of the Islamo-fascist movement and its crusade against the West. My Encounter With the Enemy in Milwaukee. [Scroll down] The Muslim Students Union at Irvine is an affiliate of the Muslim Students' Association and an open supporter of terrorist religious party Hamas, who wear Hamas armbands at campus events. The MSU has hosted the radical cleric Imam Muhammad al-Asi, who told his UCI audience: "We have a psychosis in the Jewish community that is unable to co-exist equally and brotherly with other human beings. You can take a Jew out of the ghetto, but you cannot take the ghetto out of the Jew." Don't go there, Mrs. Hughes. As with the Bush Administration's outreach to Alamoudi and the AMC and its endorsement of al-Arian's campaign against secret evidence, Mrs. Hughes would make be making a first-order strategic error were she to embrace the Islamic Society of North America. This is because the ISNA is a front for the promotion of Saudi Arabia's Wahhabi political, doctrinal and theological infrastructure in the United States and Canada. Karen Hughes' big mistake. Not only did Hughes publicly endorse the Islamic Society of North America with her mere presence, but this was the first major public address in her new role spearheading outreach to the Muslim world. In the process, she undoubtedly sent a signal as to whom the administration does — and does not — support in the U.S. Muslim community. Muslim "Charity" Charged With Terrorism: The charges accuse Enaam M. Arnaout and the "charity" of lying under oath in a federal civil lawsuit pending against U.S. government officials. At issue are the foundation's denials of providing "aid and support to people or organizations known to be engaged in violence, terrorist activities or military operations." The Money Trail: A U.S.-based Islamic charity received millions of dollars in State Department funds for charitable work in Africa — at the same time that its overseas affiliates were allegedly funneling large sums of money directly to Osama bin Laden, according to newly released government documents. The new information about the Islamic American Relief Agency, and its parent organization in the Sudan, appears to represent the strongest evidence yet that, at least for several years in the late 1990s, U.S. taxpayer money may have been inadvertently used to finance the terrorist operations of Al Qaeda. UK charity transferred cash to Hamas. A major Islamic charity raising millions of dollars in Britain "to provide humanitarian aid to peoples of the Middle East" transferred money to Hamas and provided funds to the families of Palestinian suicide bombers, according to documents found in the Palestinian territories. Red-Faced Saudis Crack Down on Pro-terrorist "Charities": The Saudi government announced legal and regulatory measures to control "charity" funds, some of which is alleged to have found its way to terrorist outfits. Federal agents raid Muslim charity in Southfield. Agents with the FBI and Joint Terrorism Task Force executed search warrants at the headquarters for Life for Relief and Development, a Southfield-based charity that works in Arab and Muslim countries around the world. The warrants were based on a criminal predicate, said William Kowalski, assistant special agent in charge for the Detroit office of the FBI. Oprah's Islamist Nightmare: Oprah Winfrey, the popular television talk show hostess, probably doesn't realize it, but she is being used by a radical Muslim organization. Last month, she aired a tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr., where she featured the daughter of a well known Islamist leader. Now, the leader and his operation are spreading the word that Oprah has helped their group to hit the big time. The Islamic Truth Group: Established in 1999 "to increase Islamic knowledge so that Muslims become Allah's viceroys on earth," the Great Britain-based Islamic Truth Group (ITG) describes itself as "part of the Muslim Unification Council," a worldwide organization dedicated to re-unifying the Muslim ummah [people or nation] into one super state [Al-Khilafah, "the Caliphate"] that "will dominate world politics for all mankind, forever." Such a Caliphate would be governed by strict Islamic law, or Sharia. "English Law is not divine law like Shariah Law," says ITG. "Don't follow it!" ICNA's Islamist Southern Strategy. One of the main Muslim Brotherhood organs in the United States is the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA). Like all Brotherhood groups, its goal is to spread Islam whilst destroying its place of dwelling from within. One of the areas of the U.S. that ICNA is focused on is the South, particularly the Southeast. Foundation President Indicted in Iran Probe. The president of a non-profit organization that the U.S. government has long suspected of being a front for Iranian espionage and anti-American activities has been indicted on charges that he allegedly destroyed documents just one day after receiving a grand jury subpoena instructing him not to do so. Farshid Jahedi, president of the Alavi Foundation, which is headquartered in Manhattan, will be arraigned on Friday [5/8/2009] on charges of obstruction of justice.
