Barack Obama has been elected to the office of US President. Long before election
day, a lot of important questions came up. Because so much is at stake,
these questions still merit further consideration.
This is a valid concern, since Mr. Obama is constitutionally disqualified from the presidency if he was
born in Kenya or elsewhere, as many suspect. His own grandmother insists that she was present at
his birth — in Kenya! It is also alleged that Obama traveled to Indonesia, Pakistan and India
in 1981, when he was 20 Years old on his Indonesian passport. Unless he has dual citizenship, why
would he have an Indonesian passport?

Obama Citizenship Facts and Obama Birth Certificate Facts:
Obama's father was never a U.S. citizen nor was his father an immigrant to the USA nor was his father even a
permanent resident of the USA. Obama's father was merely sojourning as a transient in the USA as a
student for a few years and returned to Kenya. Thus, Obama is not and never can be an Article II
"natural born" citizen of the USA.
Destroying America by Plan.
Jean Paul Ludwig spent the final months of his life in Hawaii, dying there in 1977. Mr. Obama's grandmother,
Madelyn Payne Dunham, worked in the Probate Office of the Honolulu Hawaii Courthouse where she had access to the
Social Security numbers of those who died in Hawaii. The Social Security Administration would not be informed
of Ludwig's death as he had not activated his account to receive benefits. No action is required; no
questions were asked. He was the perfect person for Social Security Number theft. While many
Americans do not understand the meaning of "natural born" there are few who will not understand using
someone else's SSN is a felony.
Obama's various social security numbers. How can someone
who has never resided in the state of Connecticut (especially before the age of 18) get a social security number
issued from that state? The answer is — he couldn't. Thus, this is an illegal use of a
social security number — a felony.
Obama is NOT a Natural Born American Citizen.
No one is 100% percent sure where Barak Obama was born, he could be born in Hawaii or Kenya. We do not
know because unlike the average American who must present their birth certificate for simple things like a
drivers license, Obama has not released his Hawaiian Birth Certificate. What he has released is a
certification of live birth, but anyone can get a certification of Live Birth, including his Indonesian born
sister Maya. Do not believe he was born in Hawaii until he proves it. However, regardless of his
actual place of birth he still is a British subject who is entitled to a British passport. This is a
fact and not conspiracy. When he was born in 1961 his father was a British subject, and the British
laws that made his father a subject also made his son one too. The British Nationality Act of 1948
states that British Citizenship comes from the father.
Obama running in violation of
US election law. Barack Obama is not legally a US natural-born citizen according
to the law on the books at the time of his birth; a law that was in effect between December 24,
1952 and November 13, 1986, when the law was changed. However, the new law did not preempt
the former law in the cases of those born between the above listed dates when the old law was in
effect. Therefore, Senator Obama may very well be disqualified as the Democratic candidate
in the upcoming Presidential campaign.
Obama
Could Debunk Some Rumors By Releasing His Birth Certificate. Reporters have asked for it and been
denied, and the state of Hawaii does not make such records public. ... There are several (unlikely) rumors
circulating regarding Obama's birth certificate. Rumor one: Obama was born in Kenya.
Is Obama's candidacy constitutional?
Bloggers are raising questions about Illinois Sen. Barack Obama's qualifications to be U.S. president, because
of the secrecy over his birth certificate and the requirement presidents be "natural-born" U.S. citizens.
Jim Geraghty, reporting on the Campaign Spot, a National Review blog, cited the "unlikely" but still
circulating rumor that Obama was born not within the United States, but elsewhere, possibly Kenya.
Obama should reconsider birth certificate proof.
According to WorldNetDaily, "Bloggers are raising questions about Illinois Sen. Barack
Obama's qualifications to be U.S. president, because of the secrecy over his birth
certificate and the requirement presidents be "natural-born" U.S. citizens.
Obama campaign claims suspect "birth
certificate" as genuine item. Some who have examined that image in high resolution claim
inconsistencies and irregularities which suggest that the purported document is a forgery. Its high
profile use by the campaign, they claim, suggests an attempt to conceal the truth of Obama's birth
circumstances and citizenship qualifications from the American people.
Unstamped certificate suggests Obama may
not be "natural born" US citizen. The "birth certificate" claimed by the Barack Obama campaign
is not certified as authentic and appears to be a photoshopped fake. The image, purporting to come from
the Hawaii Department of Health, has been the subject of intense skepticism in the blogosphere in the past two
weeks. But now the senior spokesman of that Department has confirmed to Israel Insider what are the
required features of a certified birth document — features that Obama's purported "birth certificate"
clearly lack.
Obama's
Certification of Live Birth Found and Posted at Daily Kos. All of the information
is what we have been told before — name, birth date, etc. His mother's race is listed
as "Caucasian," his father as "African." No middle name of Muhammad, no first name
of "Barry," no last name of "Dunham." He's listed as "Barack Hussein Obama II," not "Jr."
The Editor says...
The document shown at Daily Kos is not the original — it is supposedly a certified copy printed very
recently. It doesn't show any signs of having been folded and put in an envelope. It's just a
little too crisp and new to avoid accusations that it's a Photoshop fake instead of an authentic certificate.

As Obama stonewalls on uncertified birth
certificate, official doubts mount. So where is that birth certificate? It got lost?
The dog ate it? No matter. Barack Obama or an immediate family member can plunk down $10 ($11.50 if
he orders online) and have Hawaii mail a certified document to him within a week or two. But more than
two weeks have passed since the Obama campaign adopted the suspect, uncertified image of a purported birth
document published by a left-wing blog Daily Kos, and nothing certified and nothing on paper has since has
been forthcoming.
Blogger admits Hawaii birth certificate
forgery, subverting Obama claims. Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland
Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fake Hawaii birth
certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the
same Daily Kos blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears. … [And] why would a presidential
campaign that has its own "Fight the Smears" website rely on a radical left-wing blog like Daily Kos to post
its official documents, especially one as sensitive and controversial as a birth certificate?
The (semi-)
mysterious case of Obama's birth certificate: I am convinced that the certificate is a fake (and
not really a very good one) and I went into this with a completely open mind (something the Obamanationalists
seem to have lost). I also have to say that everyone who has been looking into this federal crime (and
it is a federal crime even if the certificates were never meant to be used for identification) have done a
stupendous job and I wish they all worked for my lab.
Is There
Legitimate Doubt About Obama's Eligibility to be President? My predisposition on the many stories
floating around about Obama and his circle is to ignore them on the following theory: If there was really
anything to this or that, the Clintons would have found it and gotten their media friends all over it. This
story about Obama's eligibility puzzles me because (a) it is so basic, (b) it should be so easy to prove the
relevant facts of his birth, (c) the Obama campaign's response to the story is bizarre, and (d) it seems to
be getting worse rather than resolved.
The Editor says...
Yes, the Clintons' media friends would be all over it, except that (a) the Clintons are not omniscient, and
(b) the news media like Obama as much as they like the Clintons. If the media discovered that Obama was
born in Kenya and thus ineligible, it would show the leader of their party to be a con man — or
worse — and that would leave the Democratic Party either without a nominee or overrun with
disillusioned Obama supporters who would stay home on election day. Therefore, given the news media's
well-known favoritism toward Democrats, this story will go unreported until at least November.
Birth certificate "painter" mocks
Obama claim that image proves authenticity. In a rambling interview with the Daily
Kos — the blog site that published the supposedly authentic Barack Hussein Obama birth certificate
and his own birth certificate manipulations in the same June 12 post, Jay McKinnon, aka opendna,
says he manipulated the Obama birth certificate to create a blank Hawaii birth certificate as
a "template," supposedly for a John McCain birth certificate. But he says it was not an
attempt at deception but a "lame joke" that he now regrets.
Document forensics expert: Obama
"birth certificate" a "horrible forgery". The purported birth certificate was published by the
left wing Daily Kos blog on June 12 in response to unconfirmed reports that Obama was not in fact born in
the United States (Canada and Kenya were suggested as the possible locations of his actual birth). Since
he would in that case not be a natural born US citizen (his mother was not present in the US sufficiently long
as an adult to pass American citizenship on to him automatically), he would not be eligible to be president.
Claim: Obama's "birth certificate"
forged with sister Maya's original. Independent analysts, working separately, claim to have
discovered that the original Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth used in the fabrication of the Barack
Obama "birth certificate" belongs to the Presidential candidate's younger half-sister, Maya.
Obama's Fake Birth Certificate: Why I'm right, and they're
wrong! OK, it's time to let the genie out of the bottle, and prove, once and for all time, that
the images posted on the Internet are NOT true, original copies of Obama's birth certificate (rather "Certification
of Live Birth", or COLB), that they NEVER WERE true, original copies, and if anyone tells you anything
different, that they are flat-out wrong.
No Paperwork For
Obama Grants From 1997 To 2000. [Obama] won't release his application to the state bar. He's never
released any legal or billing records to verify that he only did a few hours of work for a nonprofit tied to Tony Rezko.
He's never released any medical records, just a one-page letter from his doctor. Does it bother anyone that a guy
with political ambitions for his entire adult life has not left a paper trail?
Obama
Refuses to Answer Birth Certificate Lawsuit. [Philip J.] Berg's suit and allegations have set
off a wave of Internet buzz and rumors, though Obama could easily have put the matter to rest by providing
the federal court with the basic documentation proving he is eligible to take the oath of a president.
But Obama has apparently decided to deny the court and the public that documentation.
MSM
Ignores Democrat Lawsuit Against Obama. In the lawsuit, [Phillip] Berg states that Sen. Obama was
born in Kenya, and not in Hawaii as the senator maintains. Before giving birth, according to the lawsuit,
Obama's mother traveled to Kenya with his father but was prevented from flying back to Hawaii because of the late
stage of her pregnancy, "apparently a normal restriction to avoid births during a flight." As Sen. Obama's
own paternal grandmother, half-brother and half-sister have also claimed, Berg maintains that Stanley Ann
Dunham — Obama's mother — gave birth to little Barack in Kenya and subsequently flew to
Hawaii to register the birth.
Born
in the U.S.A.? A Lafayette Hill attorney filed a lawsuit in federal court Thursday challenging
Sen. Barack Obama's claim to United States citizenship. The action seeks to remove the Democratic candidate
from the November ballot. … On Thursday [8/21/2008], Philip Berg filed a temporary restraining order in
federal court to bar Obama from running for president, claiming the Democratic candidate was actually born in
Africa. "We really don't believe he was born in Hawaii," Berg said. "We think he was born in Kenya."
Obama Sued
in Philadelphia Federal Court. [Philip] Berg cited a number of unanswered questions regarding
the Illinois senator's background, and in today's [8/21/2008] lawsuit maintained that Sen. Obama is not a natural born
U.S. citizen or that, if he ever was, he lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia. Berg
also cites what he calls "dual loyalties" due to his citizenship and ties with Kenya and Indonesia.

sentence is vague and overly cute. Who made the invitation to "spend some time with the certificate"?

that allows them to conclude definitively that the birth certificate is real and original? And when is
"recently"?
AP photo of school register reveals "Barry
Soetoro" as muslim Indonesian. A 2007 Associated Press photograph, suppressed until now, shows the
school register of the child who is today known as Barack Hussein Obama but was officially listed then as Barry
Soetoro, whose citizenship was listed as "Indonesian" and whose religion was listed as "Islam." The visual
evidence starkly contradicts the Obama campaign's claim that he was not a Muslim and confirms that he is a
national of at least one other country.
LOLo: one certificate theory crashes
but new Obama citizenship doubts arise. The latest assaults on the murky citizenship status of the
Senator and Presidential candidate are focused on several separate initiatives. One focuses on the issue of
allegedly double or even triple citizenship that Obama may to possess as the result of the foreign origin of his
presumed Kenyan birth father and that of his Indonesian step-father, Lolo Soetoro, both Muslims.
'Fight
the Smears' Website Admits Obama was Kenyan Citizen: Where's the MSM? [I]n response to the charge
that Barack Obama is not an American citizen, Obama's Fight the Smears website, quoting FactCheck.Org, has made a
bombshell admission ... Barack Obama was once a citizen of Kenya. You read that right, Obama had Kenyan
citizenship until 1982.
This could be the
game changer. Someone with the unlikely name of Molotov Mitchell has produced a 10 minute
and 52 second video [watch it below] that could well change the terms of the election — if enough
people watch it. Illuminati Productions has posted it to YouTube. … It makes accessible to the
general public some of the serious questions about Obama's citizenship status that have been vetted
almost exclusively in the conservative web world.

Update: Senator
Obama and the DNC file for dismissal of Berg vs. Obama. On Thursday September 24th, 2008
Senator Obama and the Democratic National Committee filed a motion to dismiss the Berg vs. Obama lawsuit on
the basis that the Court does not have jurisdiction because Mr. Berg "lacks standing to challenge the
qualifications of a candidate for President of the United States."
Democrat sues Sen. Obama over
'fraudulent candidacy'. A prominent Pennsylvania Democrat has sued Sen. Barack Obama, the
Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission, claiming that Obama is not a natural-born
citizen and, therefore, is not eligible to be president of the United States.
DNC steps in to silence lawsuit over
Obama birth certificate. The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee
for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party — rather than just
providing the birth certificate he seeks — would step in to silence him by filing a motion to
dismiss his lawsuit. … [attorney Philip J.] Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his
lawsuit or make it go away — instead of just providing the documents — the more
convinced he is that his accusations are correct.
Former
UT law grad sues Obama, questions citizenship. Philip J. Berg, a former University of
Toledo School of Law graduate, has filed a lawsuit against Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama.
He's claiming the Illinois senator is not a U.S. citizen and therefore ineligible to run for president.
If elected, his selection to the presidency would cause a crisis within the U.S. Constitution. "If we
can't enforce our constitution, especially a candidate for president, we're in real trouble in this country,
more trouble than you really want to believe and it's frightening," said Berg from his offices in Lafayette
Hill, Penn., a suburb of Philadelphia.
My Mother's Birth
Certificate — And Obama's. You would think that Obama would have volunteered
the "proof" of his eligibility within a nanosecond of entering the race. But here we
are, less than two weeks away from the election, and Americans still don't know if Obama is
an American! While Obama's camp submitted a supposedly authentic birth certificate to
the far-left blog Daily Kos, it was found to have been a photo-shopped version of the birth
certificate of his half-sister, who was actually born in Hawaii, as Obama claims he was.
The birth certificate provided by the Obama campaign lists the father's race as "African,"
a term that likely would not have been used for a newborn child's race in 1961. A birth
certificate in that time period would probably have listed the race as "Negro" or "colored." Those may
not be politically correct terms today, but they were in widespread use in 1961. The use of the word
"African" on the Obama form thus further suggests that the document provided by his campaign was a
newly-created fabrication, prepared by someone unfamiliar with 1961
society.
Marquis V
Reed — WA Sec Of State Wants Proof Of Obama's US Citizenship. The
"certificate" that Mr. Obama has posted on his official WEB site is a "Certification of Live
Birth," and not a "Birth Certificate" from Hawaii. There is no indication on even this
certificate as to specifically where the birth took place. Researchers have claimed to have
been unable to locate any birthing records in island hospitals for Barak Obama's mother.
Mr. Obama has offered none for review. Three forensic document experts have published
extensive reports claiming that there is evidence of tampering on even the Obama WEB site
displayed certificate.

Berg
v. Obama continues to be ignored in the "media". There continues to be little coverage of
Berg v. Obama in the media. (For the purpose of this article, we define "media" as those venues
available to the general public other than those exclusively available on the Internet.)
Unconvinced Obama's a
citizen. [There is a] pending lawsuit in U.S. District Court of Pennsylvania against Barack
Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission regarding Obama's citizenship.
This suit, filed prior to the Democratic National Convention contends that even if Obama was born in the U.S.,
his citizenship was renounced and he became a citizen of Indonesia when his mother married Lolo Soetoro.
It also alleges his status changed when his Indonesian father acknowledged him as his child. Dual
citizenship was not allowed in Indonesia at the time, according to the suit.
More Berg v. Obama et al. If there is
indeed absolutely no doubt about Obambi's eligibility for office, and that might very well be the case, why
the obfuscation? Why the massive outlay of funds and time to prevent those easily producible documents
from being released? Why, indeed, is this the case with any papers pertaining to Obambi's background?
His health records, his school records etc. etc. Is this the behavior of somebody who has absolutely
nothing to hide? Not in our book.

Barack Obama and the End of the Republic.
Evidence appears to be mounting that strongly indicates Democrat Presidential candidate Barack Hussein Obama is
not a natural-born United States citizen, which is required of all who run for the presidency of the USA.
Attorney Philip J. Berg filed a lawsuit against Barack Obama and the DNC (Democrat National Committee)
on 15 September 2008. Neither Obama nor the DNC have responded to the suit — indicating
that they admit the charges brought by Berg are accurate.
WND's Corsi probing Obama's Hawaiian
birth. WND senior investigative reporter Jerome Corsi, who recently returned from a trip to
Kenya with revelations about Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama's participation in a foreign
nation's internal politics, now has been dispatched to Hawaii to uncover the truth of the senator's Hawaiian
birth. ... Corsi reported that when he was in Kenya he was told that Obama actually was born not in Honolulu
but in Mombosa, on the Kenyan coast. He also said he was told by government officials there all
those records were sealed and nothing could be released.
Obama 'admits' Kenyan birth?
Pennsylvania Democrat Philip J. Berg ... filed suit in U.S. District Court in August, alleging Obama is
not a natural-born citizen and is thus ineligible to serve as president of the United States. Though
Obama has posted an image of a Hawaii birth certificate online, Berg demands that the court verify the
original document, which the Obama campaign has not provided. Now Berg cites Rule 36 of the
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which states that unless the accused party provides written answer or
objection to charges within 30 days, the accused legally admits the matter.
Is Barack Obama the 'Manchurian
Candidate'? [Scroll down] Philip J. Berg, the former Deputy Attorney General of
the State of Pennsylvania and two-time Democratic candidate for governor has filed suit in federal court
in an effort to force Barack Obama to produce a valid birth Certificate. Rather than produce the
certificate in federal court as ordered by a judge, Obama has provided images of the document to a
friendly web site, ignored the judge and filed a motion to dismiss the case, admitted that he holds
dual citizenship with the US and Kenya, and file a Joint Motion for Protective Order to Stay Discovery,
which should put the matter to rest until after the election. Doesn't it seem strange that
if Obama is really qualified to hold the office of president, that he refuse to provide the original copy
of his birth certificate to a federal judge, which would put the matter to rest once and for all.

case of Obama birth record. The senator's paternal grandmother says she was present in the
delivery room at his birth — in Kenya. At least that is the claim of Pennsylvania lawyer
Philip J. Berg. To legally be president, one must be a natural born citizen of the
United States of America. ... The senator and his half-sister both say he was born in Hawaii,
only they can't agree on which hospital he was born in.
Suit challenges Obama's birth place.
A Warren County man is taking the long-simmering dispute over Barack Obama's birthplace — Hawaii or Kenya? — to
court. David M. Neal of Turtlecreek Township plunked down a $200 fee to file a lawsuit Friday [10/24/2008] in
Warren Common Pleas Court in Lebanon. The suit seeks to force state and federal officials to take more steps to
settle, once and for all, the question of Obama's legitimacy as a potential president.
Berg lawsuit on
Obama birth certificate reportedly dismissed. The Philadelphia Daily News reports that Philip
Berg's lawsuit to compel the production of the Obama birth certificate has been dismissed by U.S. District
Judge R. Barclay Surrick. Berg is appealing the decision.
Judge
rejects Montco lawyer's bid to have Obama removed from ballot. A federal judge in Philadelphia
last night threw out a complaint by a Montgomery County lawyer who claimed that Democratic presidential
candidate Barack Obama was not qualified to be president and that his name should be removed from the
Nov. 4 ballot. Philip J. Berg alleged in a complaint filed in federal district court on
Aug. 21 against Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission, that
Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya.
Lawsuit Against
Obama Dismissed from Philadelphia Federal Court. The order and memorandum came down at
approximately 6:15 p.m. on Friday [10/24/2008]. Philip Berg's lawsuit challenging Illinois Sen.
Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to serve as president of the United States had been dismissed by
the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick on grounds that the Philadelphia attorney and former Deputy Attorney General
for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania lacked standing.
Who Enforces the
Constitution's Natural Born Citizen Clause? If you believe in individual rights and the notion
that our Constitution is a document granting enumerated but limited powers to the federal government, then
you have reason to be troubled by the recent dismissal in Berg v. Obama et al. Philip Berg,
Democrat and former Assistant Attorney General for Pennsylvania, brought suit alleging that under the Natural
Born Citizen Clause of the U.S. Constitution, Barack Obama is ineligible to be President.
Obama Birth Certificate? Another
Lawsuit Filed On His POTUS Eligibility. Thanks to the lawsuit filed by Philip Berg, Obama now
ADMITS (on his "Fight the Smears" website and factcheck.org) that he held dual citizenship with Kenya as a
child. This, in and of itself, may arguably disqualify him under Article II as the whole point of the
"Natural Born Citizen" requirement is the avoidance of divided allegiances.
The Man From Mombassa: The only
way left for citizens to avoid a Constitutional crisis will be to exercise their right by voting against Sen.
Obama. If, indeed, he is disqualified by virtue of not having been a natural-born citizen, it means that
as a lawyer and teacher of constitutional law he clearly knew he did not qualify to do so. If so, that
is such an egregious lie that he not only should not be permitted to hold the highest office, but should consider
returning to the land of his birth. He is surely not the only candidate for president to have lied to advance
his campaign, but he may turn out be the only one who never had the right to have run at all.
Ruling to come on Obama
birth case. A Warren County magistrate said he'll decide tomorrow whether Ohio Secretary of
State Jennifer Brunner has to get proof that Barack Obama was born in the United States. David M.

confirms Kenyan birth. The Pennsylvania Democrat who has sued Sen. Barack Obama demanding
he prove his American citizenship — and therefore qualification to run for president — has confirmed
he has a recording of a telephone call from the senator's paternal grandmother confirming his birth
in Kenya.
Obama's birth certificate sealed
by Hawaii governor. Although the legitimacy of Sen. Barack Obama's birth certificate has become
a focus of intense speculation — and even several lawsuits — WND has learned that Hawaii's
Gov. Linda Lingle has placed the candidate's birth certificate under seal and instructed the state's
Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under
any circumstances. The governor's office officially declined a request made in writing by WND in
Hawaii to obtain a copy of the hospital-generated original birth certificate of Barack Obama.

rejected. A Warren County magistrate didn't buy David M. Neal's argument that Brunner
had a duty to verify whether Obama qualified to be president. Neal relied too much on what he
read on the Web, Magistrate Andrew Hasselbach said. "The onus is upon one who challenges such
public officer to demonstrate an abuse of discretion by admissible evidence — not hearsay,
conclusory allegations or pure speculation," Hasselbach wrote in his decision issued shortly before
noon today.

Berg v. Obama Continues. Today [11/7/2008], attorney Philip Berg disseminated a press
release reminding all that, despite the results of Tuesday's election, his lawsuit against now
President-elect Barack Obama is alive and well. As it stands now, the United States Supreme
Court is awaiting a response which may or may not come from Obama, the DNC and Federal Election
Commission by December 1, 2008. ... Some, like myself, are conflicted. On one hand, Obama
received 63 million votes on Tuesday but, on the other hand, if Berg is correct he shouldn't
have been there in the first place.
Obama camp: Lawsuits by
citizens are 'garbage'. More than a half-dozen legal challenges have been filed in federal and
state courts demanding President-elect Barack Obama's decertification from ballots or seeking to halt elector
meetings, claiming he has failed to prove his U.S. citizenship status. An Obama campaign spokeswoman
told WND the complaints are unfounded.
Alan Keyes, AIP leaders sue in CA court to

The lawsuit claims Obama has not provided sufficient proof he is a U.S. citizen, and asks that Secretary of State Debra
Bowen not certify California's election results until he provides more concrete evidence.
'Constitutional crisis' looming over
Obama's birth location. The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's
55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack
Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of
former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others. The legal action today [11/14/2008] is just the latest is a
series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's
status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.
Obama's pesky loose
ends: As this columnist has indicated previously, for reasons that beg deeper
analysis, grave and troubling facts pertaining to President-elect Barack Obama were kept from
the electorate by the establishment press. It is therefore arguable that had some or all
of these come to light and been scrutinized with half the alacrity as was Sarah Palin's
wardrobe, Obama may never have been elected at all.
Supremes to review Barack's
citizenship. A case that challenges President-elect Barack Obama's name on the 2008
election ballot citing questions over his citizenship has been scheduled for a "conference" at the
U.S. Supreme Court. Conferences are private meetings of the justices at which they review
cases and decide which ones to accept for formal review. This case is set for a conference Dec. 5,
just 10 days before the Electoral College is scheduled to meet to make formal the election of
Obama as the nation's next president.
U.S. Supreme Court
Decisions on Berg, Donofrio Cases Could Be Imminent. Contrary to Internet rumor that Justice
Souter had ordered Barack Obama to provide the vault copy of his birth certificate, the Court merely set
December 1, 2008 as the date by which the respondents — Obama, the Democratic National
Committee and Federal Election Commission — were to respond to Berg's petition if they chose
to do so at all. Yesterday's filing, which appeared on the docket this afternoon, shows
that the respondents have waived their right to respond. It also suggests that a decision on
Berg's petition could be imminent.
Duo Take Obama Birth Challenge to
Court. Lawsuits over the inclusion of their names on state general-election ballots popped up
around the country and were quickly dispensed with by local courts. But two challengers have pursued their
cases to the Supreme Court. Pennsylvania lawyer Philip Berg claims that the circumstances of Obama's
birth are vague and that he may have been born in Kenya. Obama's mother, Berg asserts, later flew to
Hawaii to register the birth.
Obama's Birth Certificate Challenger
Keeps Going. One of the pillars of [Philip J.] Berg's argument is that Obama doesn't have a
legally-valid U.S. birth certificate because he was born in Kenya. Though debunking specialists from
Snopes.com and Factcheck.org have asserted the validity of a birth certificate released by the Obama campaign
and affirmed by the State of Hawaii, Berg remains unconvinced. Factcheck.org, he said, is suspect because
it is run by a group called Annenberg of Chicago, where Obama once sat on a board with William Ayers.
Snopes.com worked off the same false document, he said.
Kenyan Ambassador Admits
Obama Was Born in Kenya. Mark Fellhauer, Mike Wolters, and Mike Clark of Detroit's "Mike in the
Morning" show on WRIF-FM spoke with the Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S. Peter Ogego and got him to admit,
matter-of-factly, that Barack Hussein Obama was, indeed, born in Kenya.
You must register to become
president. In Detroit, shortly after the General Election, Mike Clark, host of WRIF Radio's
Mike in the Morning Show, called the Kenyan Embassy to learn the reaction in Kenya to Obama becoming
elected President of the United States as he jokingly congratulated Kenya on becoming our 51st state.
Clark's call was put through to Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S. Peter Ogego, who told Clark Kenya had already
declared a public holiday that Thursday in Obama's honor. Approximately 12 minutes and 30 seconds
into the interview, Clark's co-host asks Ogega, "President-elect Obama's birthplace over in Kenya, is that
going to be a national spot to go visit, where he was born?" Ogego answers, "It's, uh, already an
attraction. His, his, uh, paternal grandmother is still alive..." When Ogego was asked, "But his
birthplace, they'll put up a marker there?" he responded, "It depends on the government; it's already well
known."
Why the Barack Obama
Birth Certificate Issue Is Legitimate. (1.) Under Hawaiian law, it is possible (both
legally and illegally) for a person to have been born out of state, yet have a birth certificate on file
in the Department of Health. (2.) Contrary to what you may have read, no document made available
to the public, nor any statement by Hawaiian officials, evidences conclusively that Obama was born in
Hawaii. (3.) It has been reported that the Kenyan government has sealed Obama's records.
If he were born in Kenya, as has been rumored even recently, the Kenyan government would certainly have many
incentives to keep that undisclosed.
The Great Obama Swindle
of 2008. According to their oaths of office, every Democrat member of Congress has an affirmative
duty to assure that their presidential candidate is constitutionally qualified. As soon as questions
about Obama's birth arose, every Democrat in Congress had a mandatory duty to confirm his eligibility by
demanding release of his birth records. But, they have not. Not to my knowledge. Instead,
every Democrat in Congress is complicit in the cover up — the cover up — of Obama's birth certificate, by
failing to demand full disclosure to confirm his place of birth.
The
Great Birth Certificate Scandal/Cover-Up of '08. It is no mystery that the leftist media
have refused to mention this potentially looming Constitutional crisis in virtually all of their print
and electronic coverage. Having shilled for Obama for the past two years — dismissing his
longtime radical associations, obfuscating his radical voting record, and taking a pass at their
jobs of vetting a presidential candidate — their failure to cover the most explosive story of
the 2008 campaign speaks volumes about collusion of the highest order.
Justice Thomas
distributes Obama case for conference. On Wednesday, Nov. 19, U.S. Supreme Court Justice
Clarence Thomas distributed Leo C. Denofrio's renewed application for a stay of the election for conference
on Dec. 5. If four of the nine justices favor review, a hearing will be scheduled. His
first application was denied by Justice David Souter on Nov. 6. However, rules of the court allow
for the renewed submission to a justice of choice. Beginning in October, Denofrio made his way up
through the ranks of the courts until his constitutional question as to the meaning of "natural born
citizen" reached the Supreme Court.

Edwin Vieira, a constitutional lawyer who has practiced for 30 years and holds four degrees from Harvard, said
if it were to be discovered Mr. Obama were not eligible for the presidency, it would cause many problems. They
would be compounded if his ineligibility were discovered after he had been in office for a period of time. "Let's
assume he wasn't born in the U.S.," Mr. Vieira told The Bulletin. "What's the consequence? He will not be
eligible. That means he cannot be elected validly. The people and the Electoral College cannot overcome
this and the House of Representatives can't make him president. So what's the next step? He takes the
oath of office, and assuming he's aware he's not a citizen, then it's a perjured oath." Any appointments made
by an ineligible president would have to be recalled, and their decisions would be invalidated.
Kentucky man demands proof of Obama's U.S.
birth. Daniel John Essek, 47, filed a demand last week that Obama prove he is a natural-born U.S.
citizen — one of the few requirements to run for president. Essek wants Obama to provide a copy of his
birth certificate to a federal judge in London [Kentucky] for verification.
2008: The Year of Obama. How the Democrat Party
chose Obama to represent their party remains a mystery. ... Now we find out from Obama's grandmother that he was born in
Mombosa, Kenya, Africa — not in America. Obama's own grandmother said he was born in Kenya. While
politicians are for it, grandmothers seldom lie. It's recorded on tape: "I was in the delivery room in Kenya,
when he was born August 4, 1961." — Sarah Obama, Obama's paternal grandmother. I guess the Democrat
party forgot to check out this guy's background.
Will Supreme Court take case on Obama's
citizenship? The U.S. Supreme Court will consider Friday [12/5/2008] whether to take up a
lawsuit challenging President-elect Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship, a continuation of a New Jersey case
embraced by many opponents of Obama's election. The meeting of justices will coincide with a vigil
by the filer's supporters in Washington on the steps of the nation's highest court. The suit
originally sought to stay the election, and was filed on behalf of Leo Donofrio against New Jersey
Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells.
Trashing the Constitution to allow for Obama's
hidden birth certificate. Barack Obama has successfully merged Chicago with Clinton-era
politics. With that, we now have the Three D's rearing their ugly heads again. For those of you
who were in elementary school when Bill Clinton was president, the three D's stood for "deny, delay,

Supreme
Court may hear Obama citizenship suit. The Supreme Court plans to decide Friday [12/6/2008]
whether to hear a case that could determine whether President-elect Barack Obama ever becomes the nation's
full-fledged president. The Supreme Court judges' conference today will consider the lawsuit filed by
New Jersey attorney Leo Donofrio. He contends Mr. Obama is not a "natural born citizen," as the U.S.
Constitution requires.
Why the POTUS Needs to Be a Natural-Born
Citizen. To be clear, I have no decided position on whether or not President-Elect Barack
Obama is a natural-born citizen or otherwise. I believe that we — as a people — need
to base our understanding on any and every issue on the facts. But in the case of Mr. ObamaÕs status
of natural-born citizenship there are too many unanswered questions and not enough transparency where the
facts are concerned. For a candidate who ran his presidential campaign on the promise of transparency,
Mr. Obama has proven in the earliest moments of his executive tenure that transparency is subjective.
Impostor in the
White House? The Supreme Court will get a first look Friday at a little bomb with the potential
to make a big noise. The operative word is "potential." Almost nobody thinks the justices, who can
read election returns as well as the law, will light the fuse. But it's an interesting story, nevertheless,
since we have not yet actually elected a president. This may come as news to millions who voted for
Barack Obama and John McCain and thought Nov. 4 was the end of it.
Supreme
Court mum on Obama-birth case. I'm told by a Supreme Court watcher that the lack of an
announcement doesn't mean the court definitely won't hear Donofrio although he thinks it's safe to say
its unlikely the court won't hear the case. The full orders aren't due until Monday.
Supreme Court today
deliberates suit blocking Obama presidency. It may come as something of a shock to those
millions planning trips to Washington for the Jan. 20 inauguration of President-elect Barack Obama
that he isn't really legally capable of taking the oath. It's the birth certificate thing. ... That's
because he was born in Kenya to an alien father and isn't a natural-born American as the Constitution
requires and the copy of his Hawaii birth certificate looks fake to many and the state won't release the
original, which makes everything that much more suspicious.
Group seeks to have state's votes for
Obama set aside. A group of Washington residents have filed a lawsuit with the state Supreme Court asking the
state's votes for President-elect Barack Obama be set aside. James E. Broe of King County and 12 others
claim Obama never established that he is a natural-born American citizen as required by the Constitution, and that Obama
ran under a false name.

Decision on Obama
citizenship pending. The Supreme Court held off Friday on deciding whether to grant a hearing in
a long-shot lawsuit that would decide whether Barack Obama can constitutionally become president as a "natural
born" U.S. citizen.
Supreme Court to Uphold or Ignore the Constitution?

Certificate. [Phillip] Berg is effectively acting as a "Private Attorney General" acting on behalf of
all of the citizens of the United States. He does so because the Federal Election Commission, the other candidates
and the U.S. Attorney General have done nothing to determine Mr. Obama's eligibility. All of them could have and
should have. ... The concept of the private attorney general has existed for a long time. Frequently, it has been
found in class actions where someone seeks to force the government to follow its own rules.

Citizen Clause: As much as we wish the bad thing to go away, the "evidence" brought forth to
prove Obama's natural born status is next to non-existent, despite what you might have read or heard.
Yes, there was a birth announcement in the Honolulu newspaper at the time. Yes, the state of Hawaii said
his birth certificate has been verified. Yes, we've seen Obama's birth certificate and it says he was
born in Honolulu. Each of these claims falls apart upon the slightest examination.
The Editor says...
The newspaper clipping announcing his birth is hardly useful as evidence, especially when it's not
attached to the rest of that newspaper.

born there. ... If a kid not born in Hawaii can get a Hawaiian birth certificate, then the existence of a

to mull Obama citizenship again. On the same day the Supreme Court declined to hear one appeal
challenging Barack Obama's right to become president because of questions about his citizenship, Justice
Antonin Scalia distributed another appeal on the same issue for the court to consider.
Injunction Request
In Obama Case Denied. Philip J. Berg, the Pennsylvania attorney who has filed suit challenging
President-elect Barack Obama's citizenship has had his request for a stay of the Electoral College denied.
Mr. Berg, whose lawsuit contends Mr. Obama does not meet the constitutional eligibility to serve as
president, filed a request with the Supreme Court on Dec. 8 to stay the voting of the Electoral College.
Polarik's final report: Forged
images, phony photos, and felony fraud. [This] report is the culmination of over four months of
intensive, empirical research whose sole purpose has been to determine if the images and photographs posted
on the Internet are true reproductions of a genuine document purported to be Obama's original birth
certificate. The idea for the research actually began from the time when the first image was

Obama's own Cabinet member: He's 'an

Make the media cover the story of the
century. One of the most often asked questions regarding whether or not Barack Obama meets
the constitutional requirements for the office of president is: "Why hasn't the 'mainstream' media
covered this?" Good question. Well, one thing we found out in the last election is there
isn't anything "mainstream" about the "mainstream" media. There is no longer any doubt about their
pro-Obama bias — even the Washington Post came out and admitted it.
Court throws out another challenge to
Obama's citizenship. The Supreme Court has turned down another challenge to Barack Obama's
eligibility to serve as president because of his citizenship. The appeal by Cort Wrotnowski of
Greenwich, Conn., was denied today [12/15/2008] without comment. Wrotnowski argued that Obama
was a British subject at birth and therefore cannot meet the requirement for becoming president.
America Must Know. Barack Obama has
ADMITTED he had dual citizenship at birth. This is not in question like his place of birth is.
Even if Obama can prove that he was born on American soil, which he can't, he still is ineligible because of
his dual citizenship.
Law sought to prove
candidate citizenship in Oklahoma. A state lawmaker, motivated by swirling questions on whether
President-elect Barack Obama meets the U.S. Constitution's citizenship requirement, said Thursday he will file
a bill requiring anyone who files for office in Oklahoma to show proof of citizenship. "This could have
taken care of the whole thing if we had a state law that any candidate has to show it up front," said Rep. Mike
Ritze, R-Broken Arrow.
Obama citizenship issue has merit, AOL poll
says. America Online is conducting a new poll asking readers whether they believe there is any
merit to the controversy surrounding Barack Obama's citizenship — and most respondents say "yes."
The Ten Grinchiest Republicans
in 2008: (#9) Linda Lingle — I like Hawaii's governor. I really do. But sealing the
birth records of Obama just before the election? Right when the case was building that he was born in Kenya?
It doesn't quite pass the smell test.
The
Supreme Court's Hottest Potato: Recent polls tell us that from 55-60 percent of the American
people now believe that the question of Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as President of the United States
has at least some merit. To review the bidding, more than a dozen lawsuits have been filed in federal
courts alleging that Obama cannot serve as president by reason of the fact that he is not a "natural born"
U.S. citizen, as required by Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.

How To Vet A Presidential
Candidate. Because of the Supreme Court's refusal to hear the cases put before them after
conferencing them the speculation about Obama's missing documents including his signed birth certificate
from the state of Hawaii, the mystery grows, the intrigue is compelling and the arguments have become the
most volatile on the web. In the absence of judicial intervention all the questioners and petitioners
have only one avenue of recourse and that is to keep plugging away.
Obama's Revenge: Once upon a
time, a white teenager from Kansas got pregnant by her black Kenyan boyfriend, Barack Obama Sr., or was it
her husband? Whatever. (I say whatever because we've never seen either marriage or divorce
certificates). Some say the couple was in Kenya visiting relatives when the birth of their son,
Barack Obama Jr., occurred. No matter. (I say no matter because we've never seen an authentic
birth certificate). By the time the baby was two years old his father abandoned him for his other
wife and child in Kenya.
Alan Keyes stokes Obama birth
certificate controversy. The controversy over the validity of Barack Obama's birth certificate is back
on a burner with firebrand conservative Alan Keyes making serious new charges. In a video released Friday [2/20/2009],
Keyes, who lost to Obama in the 2004 U.S. Senate race in Illinois that launched the new president's national political
career, calls Obama a communist and usurper and says he refuses to acknowledge the validity of Obama's inauguration over
lingering questions in the minds of many conspiracists about the 44th president's birth place.

Independent Party, is a plaintiff in a lawsuit challenging President Barack Hussein Obama's constitutional eligibility
to serve as president. Given the constitutional requirement of being a natural born citizen, Keyes said the only
fact citizens need to justify bringing a suit is the fact that Obama ran for president. "He asked to be chosen,
and therefore must answer the eligibility question." Attorney Gary Kreep with the United States Justice Foundation,
a public interest law firm, who is representing Keyes, served Occidental College with a subpoena for Obama's records.
Obama Born In Kenya? His Grandmother Says
Yes. Someone is lying. According to Obama's Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his
half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic
candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President
of the United States and is so proud because she was present during his birth in Kenya, in the
delivery room.

corporate Annenberg Foundation that Obama worked for with radical "Weatherman" Bill Ayers.
• U.S. Law in 1961 denied citizenship to a child born in Kenya to Mr. Obama's 18 year old mother.
• Mr. Obama lost his U.S. citizenship (even if he had it) when his mother relinquished her U.S.
citizenship by marrying an Indonesian and becoming a naturalized Indonesian citizen.

that another conservative justice has been voting against hearing the dispute. According to Orly Taitz,
a California attorney working through her Defend Our Freedoms Foundation on several cases challenging Obama,
said she was presented with an opportunity to ask a question of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia
yesterday [3/9/2009].

cease to exist. Alan Keyes, a 2008 presidential candidate who is also a plaintiff in one of the
many lawsuits challenging Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, charged at a

Senator questions Obama eligibility.
A U.S. senator has weighed in on the continuing controversy over Barack Obama's eligibility for office by saying
he has never seen proof the new president was actually born in Hawaii. "Well, his father was Kenyan and

New bid to unseal Obama's birth certificate.
A Chicago activist who has pursued a challenge to Barack Obama's eligibility to be president since before the 2008 election
is asking an appeals court in Hawaii to order the release of the president's original birth certificate, explaining that
state officials have waived their ability to claim any further it is a private document.

What is a "Natural Born Citizen?"

Obama isn't president doesn't have to deploy, Army says. U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook,
the reserve soldier who says he shouldn't have to go to Afghanistan because he believes Barack Obama was
never eligible to be president, has had his deployment orders revoked, Army officials said. Lt. Col.
Maria Quon, U.S. Army Public Affairs Officer, U.S. Army Human Resources Command-St. Louis, said Tuesday
evening, Cook was no longer expected to report Wednesday to MacDill Air Force Base in Florida for

down] Obama has maintained he was born in Hawaii, and at least one hospital, Honolulu's Kapi'olani Medical
Center for Women and Children, claims it received a letter from the president declaring his birth there. ... When

Federal judge dismisses reservist's suit questioning
Obama's presidency. A federal judge this morning dismissed the suit filed here by a U.S. Army reservist
who says he shouldn't have to go to Afghanistan because he believes Barack Obama was never eligible to be president.
Judge Clay Land sided with the defense, which claimed in its response to Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook's suit, filed July 8
with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, that Cook's suit is "moot" in that he already has been
told he doesn't have to go to Afghanistan, so the relief he is seeking has been granted.
Two
more officers join suit challenging Obama's citizenship. There are some more twists and turns this morning
in the ongoing saga of an Army reservist who has challenged his ordered deployment to Afghanistan by arguing that President
Obama is not a legal citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to be president and commander-in-chief.
A retired two-star general and an active reserve Air Force lieutenant general have now joined the case, the Ledger-Enquirer
newspaper of Columbus, Ga., which originally broke the story, reports.
Obama Crushes Army Major's Attempt to Get Justice.
Some weeks ago a U. S. Army Reserve Major named Stefan Cook received orders to be deployed overseas to Afghanistan.
The Major, a good man living in Florida and working for a civilian employer named Simtech, Inc., had personal questions
about the eligiblity of Barack Obama to hold the Office of President of the United States as he has not proved his status
as a natural born American, a Constitutional requirement. For that reason, Major Stefan Cook refused to honor the
order, which according to military tradition emanated from the military Commander in Chief, in theory if not in fact.
Watergate vs. Birthgate: The
year 1973, it seems so long ago now, but, as history frequently does, it is intruding into the present. With a
different cast, the scenario of 1973 is back on the stage, at least in the first act. Once again the President
of the United States, based on massive circumstantial evidence, is accused of an enormous lie, once again a coverup
is apparently being directed from the Oval Office, and once again a ferocious legal battle is being fought to
withhold critical evidence that would resolve the question of his guilt. But this is just the first act
of this drama, and we don't know yet how it will eventually unfold, but the parallel between 1973 and what we
are watching today is strong.
Obama citizenship status lawsuit incites
reader furor. When Ledger-Enquirer reporter Lily Gordon wrote a short story Monday afternoon
about a U.S. Army major filing a suit in federal court to stop his deployment to Afghanistan, she was not
prepared for the reaction. The article sparked the highest volume of traffic ever by a single story
in the history of ledger-enquirer.com. The more than 1,000 comments from readers included written
threats against the newspaper. "All I did was a write a story on an open public document and it
set off a powder keg," Gordon said Friday [7/17/2009].

Castle have the following exchange. It's about Obama's birth certificate. [Woman:] I want to

this country, and I don't want this flag to change. I want my country back!
Hawaii: Obama
birth certificate is real. In an attempt to quash persistent rumors that President Obama was
not born in Honolulu on Aug. 4, 1961, Hawaii's health director reiterated Monday afternoon that she
has personally seen Obama's birth certificate in the Health Department's archives.
Hawaii
officials confirm Obama's original birth certificate still exists. Hawai'i's Health Department
confirmed yesterday that it has President Obama's original Aug. 4, 1961, birth certificate in storage,
but the announcement is unlikely to satisfy conspiracy theorists who insist Obama was born in Kenya.
"We don't destroy vital records," Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo said. "That's our whole
job, to maintain and retain vital records." The Health Department's director reiterated yesterday that
she has seen Obama's birth records.
Hawaii health official: Trust me.
In another carefully worded statement, Hawaii's health director claimed today to have seen "original vital records"
that prove "Barrack [sic] Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen."

law? Responding to the growing controversy over the White House's refusal to release President Obama's
original long-form birth certificate, Hawaii's director of health issued a statement yesterday [7/27/2009] about
the document in apparent contravention of Hawaiian law.

what kinds of birth records does Hawaii provide? Generally, folks don't know that Hawaii law,
even in 1961, provided for multiple kinds of birth records, most of which are not what people think of when
they think of birth certificates. [This article includes] a description of those, including certificates
for people not born in Hawaii.
Renewed Debate Over
Obama's Birth Certificate. The contention is that Barack Obama could indeed have obtained an
"official birth certificate" in Hawaii under laws applicable at the time of his birth in 1961, but that not
all original birth certificates in the new state were created equal. There were four ways to obtain an
official birth certificate under laws passed in 1955 and active in the 1960s, and three of the four ways this
document could be obtained may not have required enough proof to satisfactorily prove President Obama is a
natural born citizen.
CNN wrong once again — birth
record not destroyed. Directly contradicting CNN chief Jon Klein — who ordered host
Lou Dobbs to quit discussing President Obama's birth certificate — the Hawaii Department of Health
affirmed that no paper birth certificates were destroyed when the department moved to electronic
record-keeping. "I am not aware of any birth certificate records that have been destroyed by the
department," Janice Okubo, public information officer for the Hawaii DOH, told WND. "When the department
went electronic in 2001, vital records, whether in paper form or any other form, [were] maintained. We
don't destroy records."
Why eligibility story is still alive:
How did a supposedly "bogus" story questioning Barack Obama's eligibility for the presidency get to the top of
the news budgets of every major media outlet in the country? It didn't happen by accident.
Renewed Debate Over
Obama's Birth Certificate. Various theories of where President Obama's birth may have occurred
have failed to produce any documentation that suggests he was born overseas. An alleged Kenyan birth
figures prominently in one popular theory; a lesser known theory places his birth in Vancouver, British
Columbia. Another theory accepts that he was born in Hawaii as a natural born citizen, but then
argues that the Indonesian citizenship he gained as a child after moving to be with his mother and stepfather
in Indonesia stripped him of his U.S. citizenship because Indonesia does not recognize dual citizenship.
What
Obama's hiding and the media are ignoring. It is no accident that history and literature are
replete with rocky tales of doubtful succession, of the maladjustment brought on by pretenders to thrones.
There is something in human nature that yearns for the rightful leader. And there is something in our
Constitution that requires it. So why won't this president, who, after all, promised the American people
an unprecedented level of transparency, reveal his original long-form birth certificate?
Obama's birth
debate: It's about loyalty. No judge is going to question the Constitutional
qualifications of an elected president. I'm sorry, but that's the practical reality. The judge is
going to follow stare decisis — the sheer weight of commitments that cannot be reversed without creating
chaos. Once the political system of the United States, the voters, the media, and the politicians
themselves are all committed to the proposition that Obama is president, trying to reverse it would mean
riots in every city in the nation.
Where's Obama's Birth Certificate?
Democrat spin doctors are, of course, circling the wagons around Obama who is alleged to have spent nearly a
million dollars on lawyers to keep his birth and other public records secret. The obvious question is
why. The problem for his defenders is that no birth certificate has been made available to the public
and the Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth that was briefly shown on an Obama website has raised more questions
than answers about its authenticity and has been challenged as a forgery.
Suborned in the
U.S.A. [Scroll down slowly] The aforementioned Indonesian interval in Obama's childhood
is instructive. Obama and the media worked in tireless harmony to refute any indication that he had ever
been a Muslim. It's now apparent, however, not only that he was raised as a Muslim while living for four
years in the world's most populous Islamic country, but that he very likely became a naturalized citizen of
Indonesia. ... Under Indonesian law, adoption before the age of six by an Indonesian male qualified a child
for citizenship. ... Obama attended Indonesian elementary schools, which, in Suharto's police state, were
generally reserved for citizens (and students were required to carry identity cards that matched student
registration information). The records of the Catholic school Obama/Soetoro attended for three years
identify him as a citizen of Indonesia. Thus Obama probably obtained Indonesian citizenship through his
adoption by Soetoro in Hawaii. ... In any event, the records of the Catholic school and the public school
Obama attended during his last year in Indonesia identify him as a Muslim.
CNN: Was Obama
Born in U.S.? What's the Difference? Was Barack Obama born in America? It is not a question
of small import. But ultimately, it does not matter nearly so much as the fact that the American population elected
as President an individual who was not, by any means, secretive about his revolutionary intentions and worldview.
Senate Affirms Obama's U.S.
Citizenship. With no debate and by voice vote, the Senate on Tuesday [7/28/2009] adopted a resolution
(S Res 225) declaring that "the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, was born in Hawaii
on August 4, 1961," indirectly affirming Obama's status as a natural-born citizen — a requirement
for presidential candidates under Article II of the Constitution.
Obama's to Blame for the Birther
Movement. The reason why people still question Obama's citizen status is one-fold: "President
Transparency" has refused to release any original documents on the matter. He can end the controversy
in a day by releasing original documents, but for some inexplicable reason he refuses, and his love-struck
media never asks him why he won't. ... By defending the lawsuits and not showing the documents, Obama feeds
the suspicion of those who already think he is lying.
Why the Founding Fathers Were "Birthers": The
label of "birther" is fast becoming a noble badge of honor for millions of Americans who are not willing to let their
Constitution die without a good ole patriot's fight! The leftist Obama propaganda press would love for you to believe
that "birthers" are just a bunch of "crazy racists" that number in the hundreds, and that they have NO basis to demand
proof of whom and what Barack Hussein Obama really is. But the "birthers" actually number in the millions and
the basis for their demands were set in stone by the men who wrote and ratified the US Constitution.
The Anti-American President. A little over
six months into it and the Barack Hussein Obama presidency has been unmitigated mayhem. Obama-caused disasters befall
the nation on a near daily basis that one can scarcely keep track anymore. ... While apologizing for America at every
opportunity, Obama has resisted all demands that he produce acceptable documentation of his eligibility to be president.
Common sense dictates that Obama's willingness to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees rather than
produce a valid birth certificate should give us pause.

The effort by the lawmakers, including Houston area Reps. Ted Poe, R-Humble, and John Culberson, R-Houston, stems from a
so-called "birther movement" mounted by some conservative Republicans and talk-show hosts who continue to question whether
President Barack Obama is a natural born citizen.
The Great "Uniter" Divides the Nation. The

Anti-Birther Machine. This just in my email box from those leftist guerrilla warriors over at Media
Matters. They are launching an ad campaign to attack Lou Dobbs for mentioning the birth certificate controversy.
Media Blackout on Obama eligibility dates back
to November. The Northeast Intelligence Network and Canada Free Press are in possession of
extremely sensitive investigative documents, including a stunning written admission by a nationally known
talk show host stating that he was threatened with his career — or worse — should he
talk about the issue of Barack Hussein Obama's birth records to a national audience. This document was
obtained on December 10, 2008, and provides explicit detail of a "gag order" imposed on this host before
and immediately following the national election last November.
O.C. lawyer claims
to have Obama's Kenya birth certificate. A Mission Viejo-based lawyer claims to be in possession
of a copy of what she says is President Barack Obama's Kenyan birth certificate. Orly Taitz said the
document could bring along a speedy resolution to a lawsuit she's handling, challenging Obama's eligibility to
serve as the president. That is, even she admits, if it's genuine.
Anti-Birthers are Beginning to
Worry. In setting out to attack legitimate public concern over such issues as Barack Obama's birth certificate
and Senator John Kerry's earlier claims about his Vietnam War experience, [Bill] Maher only deepens the growing American
suspicion about the left's commitment to the truth. Even worse, Maher's pathetic tirade against conservatives never
rises above an eighth-grade schoolyard tantrum...
Liberals' birther obsession: It's
the left-wing, not the GOP, that's pumping up the story. You could be forgiven for thinking
that a serious campaign is afoot — aided and abetted by the national Republican Party —
to question Barack Obama's citizenship. ... It is not Obama's right-wing opponents, however, who are devoting
the most attention to this obscure, Internet-driven "movement" ... Rather, it's liberals, bent on portraying
their conservative opponents as extremists — and changing the subject to help a President under
increasing scrutiny for the substance of his policies — who are driving this story.
The Alchemy of
Democrat Cover-ups. [Scroll down slowly] I'm no "birther," but I smell a cover-up, I'm
just not sure of what. With the Democrats you can be sure, where there's smoke, there's fire, and
they are working overtime to hide it.
Is this really smoking gun of Obama's Kenyan
birth? California attorney Orly Taitz, who has filed a number of lawsuits demanding proof of Barack
Obama's eligibility to serve as president, has released a copy of what purports to be a Kenyan certification of
birth and has filed a new motion in U.S. District Court for its authentication.
Obama's passport: Magic or logic? The
"official" Obama story makes the claim that, as a young man, he arrived in New York in early June, 1981, without the
price of a hotel room in his pocket. How then, did he suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip
just a month later? So, if Obama's official story is true, when he was on a plane, shuttling between New York,
Jakarta, and Karachi, what passport was he offering when he passed through customs and immigration?
When controversy isn't
debatable. Internet fact-checking sites have become the de facto arbiters for serious constitutional
questions. Enforcement of the most basic law of the land — the Constitution — is,
for all practicable purpose, left in the hands of a laissez-faire fight between anyone who chooses to
enter it. Why must the proof of such an important federal issue be left with the word of some
state official? There are the courts, yes. But the courts have done their best to avoid
getting involved, including the U.S. Supreme Court, which has twice refused to hear a case.
The Audacity of Frauds: [Philip] Berg
alleges that Obama is not born in Hawaii as he claims, but in Kenya. He filed a lawsuit demanding that
Obama either provide his birth certificate or withdraw his candidacy. ... There are seven lawsuits
that are demanding the same thing. Obama fighting these suits, but has refused to show his birth
certificate. He has published a fake certification of birth, not a real birth certificate, purportedly
to "fight the smears." To make matters worse his lawyers asked the governor of Hawaii to seal his birth
certificate so it could not be seen.
Who Is Behind Quashing the Birth Certificate
Issue? [Scroll down] Total time it took me to find my mother's 1913, born-in-a-farmhouse
birth certificate: 10 minutes! Obama was born not in 1913, like my mother, but in
1961 — or perhaps in 1957, according to his MySpace page, which would make him 52, born supposedly
in Hawaii before it became a state in 1959. So it was quite curious that not one cyber-sleuth could find an
authentic, verifiable copy of his original vault copy birth certificate. I'm not talking about the faux
version Obama posted on his website...

Army captain challenges legitimacy
of Barack Obama's birth certificate. The complaint of Capt. Connie Rhodes, filed Friday [9/4/2009]
in the Columbus division of U.S. District Court, is similar to the July 8 suit filed by Maj. Stefan
Frederick Cook, who sought conscientious objector status and a temporary injunction. ... Rhodes seeks to stop
U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates, the commander of Fort Benning and others from giving any order to her
or others until Obama's legitimacy is established, the complaint states. She also seeks conscientious
objector status based on her doubts of Obama's constitutional qualifications.
Obama-birthplace
lawsuit in O.C. plagued by infighting. In the federal lawsuit claiming that Barack Obama cannot
legitimately be president, today's hearing in Santa Ana focused not on documents that allegedly prove he was
Kenyan-born but on the conflicts of plaintiff's attorney Orly Taitz.
Obama Set to Force ObamaCare while His Eligibility
Trial Date Set? If Obama's motion to dismiss is not granted, [Orly] Taitz' discovery hearing
will take place that same day and the case challenging Obama's eligibility will proceed. As Obama has
reportedly spent between $1-1.5 Millions to hide his school and true birth records, this would be the
first time We-the-People would have access to them. Note: As of this writing not one of the
major news outlets (aka Obama's State-run media) have reported anything at all on Judge Carter's ruling.

Lucas Smith, the eBay seller who claims he has an authentic copy of Barack Obama's birth certificate issued in Kenya, flew
in from the Dominican Republic to show up Tuesday [9/8/2009] in U.S. District Judge David Carter's courtroom in Santa Ana, Calif., to
testify as a witness in a case challenging the president's eligibility.
What does Pelosi know about Obama's eligibility?
A commentator at Canada Free Press says he has obtained copies of two documents apparently prepared by Democrats to certify
Barack Obama as their nominee for president in 2008 that suggest House Speaker Nancy Pelosi knew there was an unresolved
issue with his eligibility under the U.S. Constitution.
Federal judge allows Obama
eligibility case to go forward. On Sept. 8, U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter ordered a
scheduling conference for Oct. 5, 2009, allowing the Obama eligibility case filed by Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. on behalf
Captain Pamela Barnett, Alan Keyes and others to proceed. Carter wrote, "The responsibility for the progress of
litigation in the federal courts falls not only upon attorneys in the action, but upon the court as well. Accordingly,
the court issues this order." Taitz filed a declaration of Lucas Daniel Smith with an exhibit on Friday [9/11/2009].
The Theory is Now a Conspiracy —
Part II. The US Constitution has very specific requirements for the office of President and
Vice President and NO federal or state statute supersedes those Article II requirements. The
political Parties and each state Elector is charged with the legal responsibility of vetting and certifying

The Obama "Birth Certificate"

Gadhafi

rambling assault against the United Nations Security Council on Wednesday ... Referencing Obama as "my son,"

Even assuming that Qaddafi is nuts, this shows that the perception among many Africans is that Obama
was born in Kenya.
Dismissal of Obama birthplace lawsuit
argued. The issue of whether Barack Obama's birthplace and legitimacy as president deserves to
go to trial was argued this morning in Santa Ana, with no immediate ruling by U.S. District Court Judge
David O. Carter. The three-hour hearing included allegations — but not
evidence — that Obama was actually born in Kenya, that he has used 39 Social Security numbers,
and that Congress is too corrupt to properly address the legitimacy of the presidency.
Attorney Orly Taitz submits exhibit
supporting motion to recuse Judge Land. Attorney Orly Taitz, under threat of $10,000 in sanctions from
U.S. District Judge Clay Land, submitted an affidavit Sunday [10/4/2009] in support of the argument that the judge may
have been influenced by President Barack Obama's administration. The affidavit, filed Sunday [10/4/2009] in
support of Taitz' Friday motion to recuse Land, is signed Robert D. Douglas, of Alma, Ga. It states that
Douglas was in a coffee shop waiting for the 12th Street federal courthouse to open for a hearing on Maj. Stefan
Frederick Cook in July when U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder entered.
How Crazy are those "Birthers?".
Not only has Obama never passed any standard security clearance, he has never been asked to apply for such
clearance and couldn't pass that clearance if his life depended on it. Yet, he is the Commander-in-Chief
of the United States of America, the highest office in our land and the most powerful office in the world,
without so much as a simple birth certificate to prove his eligibility for the lofty office he holds.
What if he had to pass security clearance before having access to Top Secret information, as any other
American citizen would have to pass?

lawsuit challenging Obama birthplace dismissed. U.S. District Judge David O. Carter this
morning [10/29/2009] dismissed Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz's lawsuit which alleged that Barack Obama is not a
natural-born citizen and so is not the country's legitimate president. Carter ruled that the federal
courts do not have the constitutional powers to remove a sitting president — that only Congress
has that authority.
Court: No need for state to check
prez' eligibility. A California court has ruled that apparently anyone can run for president
on the California ballot — whether or not they are eligible under the Constitution of the United
States. "Secretary of State Debra Bowen contends that there is no basis for mandamus relief because
the Secretary of State has no 'ministerial duty' to demand detailed proof of citizenship from presidential
candidates," said Judge Michael P. Kenny. "The court finds this argument persuasive."
Michelle contradicts Obama nativity story.
In little noticed remarks, Michelle Obama stated at a public event that her husband's mother, Ann Dunham, was
"very young and very single" when she gave birth to the future U.S. president. ... In actuality, it isn't
clear Obama's parents were married, since official records have never been produced showing a legal ceremony
took place. No wedding certificate or photograph of a ceremony for Dunham and Obama Sr. has ever been
found or published.
Obama Treason Charges Advance In Tennessee
Grand Jury. [Scroll down] Make no mistake... The courts have clearly ruled that NO AMERICAN
CITIZEN has the "proper standing" to ask even the most fundamental questions about Barack Hussein Obama (aka
Barry Soetoro). The American press has not only ignored these facts, but mocked anyone willing to ask
the right questions — of the right people — in the right way.
Mr. Obama:
Tear Down Your Wall of Secrecy. The real issue, however, is not about birthers or theories or
racism or whatever else you want to add. The real issue is about the secrecy of Barack Obama, and it
involves more than the release of his complete birth records. Hospital records; high school, college and
law school records; transcripts; writings; and passport info have been requested, and all are being withheld
by Obama. Mr. Obama is presented as the smartest man in the country, yet we have not seen his
college course list or grades.
Consider,
14 months after the election, what we still don't know. [For example,]
• how the president transferred into Columbia University, what courses did he take,
what grades did he get, who paid his tuition and fees and how did he support himself?
• how did the president get into Harvard Law School, what courses did he take, what grades
did he get, who paid his tuition and fees and how did he support himself?
We still know no more about the younger Barack Obama's political affiliations and friendships then we did
prior to the 2008 election. Did Bill Ayres help him write his first book? Why in the world can't
we see his birth certificate, since he obviously was born in Hawaii? What about that local Socialist
Party in Chicago, did he really belong to it?
Obama feebly attempts to ridicule those who question his qualifications. Obama takes shot at
birthers in speech to prayer breakfast. During an address Thursday at the National Prayer
Breakfast, President Barack Obama said critics should not question his citizenship. "Surely you can
question my policies without questioning my faith — or, for that matter, my citizenship," Obama
said, drawing chuckles and a round of applause from some of the nearly 4,000 attendees at the Washington
Hilton.
Another Look at Obama's
Origins. [Scroll down slowly] Jerome Corsi of WorldNetDaily has found additional evidence
that argues against Obama's birth to Ann Dunham in August 1961. As the records clearly show, "Stanley
Ann Dunham" enrolled for classes at the University of Washington at Seattle on August 19, 1961, fifteen
days after Obama's presumed birth. It defies all logic — and logistics as well —
that Dunham would have flown her newborn across the Pacific, found an apartment and a job and enrolled at
class all within two weeks of the birth. Most accounts put young Barack with Dunham in Seattle when
she was attending college, but the sourcing on these accounts is suspect.
A Further Inquiry
into Obama's Origins. Here is what we know about Obama's first year. On August 19,
1961, fifteen days after Obama's presumed birth, his mother, "Stanley Ann Dunham," enrolled for classes at
the University of Washington at Seattle. The apolitical Washington State historical blog HistoryLink
confirms Ann's arrival in August 1961, identifies her Capitol Hill apartment in Seattle, names the courses
she took, and documents an extended stay by Ann and little Obama into the summer of 1962. Incredibly,
not one of the mainstream media accounts I consulted — including four book-length biographies,
several long-form magazine and newspaper bios, Obama's official campaign biography, and Obama's 1995 memoir
Dreams From My Father — places Ann and Obama anywhere other than in Hawaii during that first year.
Hawaii gets persistent requests for Obama birth certificate.
Requests for the president's birth certificate keeping coming at a rate of 40 to 50 a month, according to
Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo, who has been handling the requests since Obama became a serious
presidential candidate in 2008.
Clever Legislators in Arizona Hit on New Way to
Find Obama's Birth Truth. In the area of "Why didn't I think of that?", the AP authored an article
that appeared in the February 23, 2010 edition of the New York Times titled, "Ariz. Lawmakers: Verify
Citizenship of Candidates" in which it reported that 40 of the state's 90 legislators sponsored a measure that
would require presidential candidates who want to appear on the ballot in Arizona to submit documents proving
they meet the requirements to be president.
Ariz House: Check Obama's Citizenship.
The Arizona House on Monday [4/19/2010] voted for a provision that would require President Barack Obama to show
his birth certificate if he hopes to be on the state's ballot when he runs for reelection.
White
House slams latest 'birther' move. White House aides are scoffing at a move in the Arizona
legislature to force President Obama to show his birth certificate to get on the state's ballot in 2012 for
his likely re-election battle. "This is a question that has been answered exhaustively," White House
spokesman Bill Burton told CNN. "I can't imagine Arizona voters think their tax dollars are well served
by a legislature that is less focused on their lives than in fringe right-wing radio conspiracy theories."
Rep. Bill Posey defends 'birther' bill.
Rep. Bill Posey (R-Fla.), sponsor of the House bill, which has attracted 11 co-sponsors, said an Arizona House-passed
measure would help clarify murky guidelines about presidential eligibility. The measure, adopted 31-22 earlier
this week as part of a separate bill, would require President Barack Obama to show his birth certificate if he hopes
to be on the state's ballot when he runs for re-election. It would require U.S. presidential candidates
who want to appear on the ballot in Arizona to submit documents proving they meet the constitutional requirements
to be president.
Arizona
Sets Aside Bill Requiring Presidential Candidates to Show Birth Certificates. A bill to require
presidential candidates to show their birth certificates to get on the state's ballot is being set aside at
the Arizona Legislature. With lawmakers working toward adjournment of their annual session, the sponsor
of the bill used to resurrect the proposal says it won't get a Senate vote because some fellow Republicans
don't support it.
What I Learned from Obama's
Pop: In the final analysis, [Frank Marshall] Davis, a pornographer with a stated fondness for young
white women, makes as likely a suspect to be Obama's blood father as Barack Sr. Team Obama's evasiveness
about the birth certificate and other questions of origins may have something to do with paternity issues.
Questions about Obama's citizenship remain in play. His seeming adoption by the Muslim Lolo Soetoro and his
removal to Indonesia cloud the issue of nationality. Obama was, in fact, registered at school there as "Barry
Soetoro," a "Muslim" and an Indonesian citizen. ... Those dependent on the major media for their news know
close to none of the above.
Did Michelle say Barack was born in Kenya?
The video, posted April 3 on YouTube and forwarded by a score of Internet e-mails, shows Michelle Obama saying,
"When we took our trip to Africa and visited his home country in Kenya, we took a public HIV test."
She has made more than one such statement. Is Michelle Obama a
Birther? Whatever the facts of his birthplace, it is clear that Michelle Obama thinks of her
husband as a Kenyan.
Barry and the Pirates.
The government of Kenya is no longer accepting pirates captured by the international task force operating in
the Red Sea and approaches. Kenya claims that its justice system is overloaded with Somali pirates and
that it just can't handle any more of them. ... Which raises the question: what world leader happens to
have close relatives serving in the government of Kenya? That's right — none other than the
Obamessiah himself. His father, Barack Sr., was an economist in the first post-colonial government.
One of his half-brothers, Malik Obongo Obama, is a rising political star, and I'm sure you wouldn't have to
throw many stones to hit a cousin or two employed by various ministries. Obama has more personal pull in
Kenya than in any other country in the world.
President Obama
Needs to Prove His Constitutional Eligibility to Be Commander-in-Chief. Many do not understand
that the online document was from 2007, generated by computer, laser-printed, and merely a certification that
there is something on file which may or may not be sufficient proof of a birth in Hawaii. An original
birth certificate could be the underlying document that presumably includes a hospital and attending physician's
or midwife's name. Such a document should lay to rest the "natural born" dispute. This controversy
was further escalated by media reports that gave two different hospital names for Obama's birthplace —
even today, the public does not know what doctor delivered the then-future president or which hospital was the
site of his birth. No eyewitnesses have stepped forward to affirm that he was born in Hawaii in 1961.
The Hard Facts: Since
only citizens who are "natural born" Americans are eligible for election to the presidency, if Barack Obama
was born outside of the United States, he cannot constitutionally hold the office to which he was elected in
2008. This status is only established at birth, and can never be won or gained. The Obama campaign
posted an online, computer-generated document, a Certification of Live Birth (COLB), which it offered as a birth
record. The truth is, this document could have been created recently by submission of sworn statements,
even if no document from 1961 existed. This COLB is not a standard birth certificate. It lacks common,
standard identifiers such as a hospital name and an attending physician signature.
Should Obama Step Down? On
page 31 in the transcribed text of the March 25, 2010 session of the Kenyan Parliament, there is a
brief statement by the Kenyan Minister for Lands (Mr. Orengo). What Mr. Orengo says is nothing short
of a bombshell, and yet not a mention has been made anywhere in the mainstream media. I think, for
obvious reasons.
Obama petrified of proof. It
doesn't take the Obama administration long to pull a cover up. Just a few days after my column asking
whether or not Should Obama Step Down, the transcript of the Kenyan Parliament for March 25th, 2010 was
scrubbed from the Kenyan Parliament site. Was there collusion between Washington and Kenya?

where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man born
here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America? It is because they
did away with exclusion."
Is it time for a Honduran type response to
Obama? It is most evident that there is a usurper in the White House and it certainly has
nothing to do with his color and everything to do with what appears to be endless lies and cover up as to his
birth place and past. Obama knows that he is covering up major 'President stopping' stuff in his life.
Why else would he spend nearly 2 million dollars in legal fees to cover all his college records,
passport and birth certificate records?
How the Media Lied
about Obama's Birth Records: Jonathan Alter, senior editor at Newsweek magazine, told MSNBC's
Keith Olbermann on February 20, 2009 that "The Obama campaign actually posted his birth certificate from
a Hawaii hospital online." But Alter lied, since "the Obama campaign" never "actually posted his birth
certificate from a Hawaii hospital online." Remarkably, no hospital in Hawaii yet lays definitive claim
to be the birthplace of the sitting President. On July 17, 2009 CNN's Kitty Pilgrim dissembled when
she stated that the Obama campaign had produced "the original birth certificate" on the internet and that
FactCheck.org had examined the original birth certificate. The computer-generated Certification of Live
Birth (COLB) posted by the campaign and FactCheck.org is not, and by definition, cannot be the original birth
certificate or a copy of the original birth certificate. It contains no statement by a doctor or midwife
and no reference to any hospital.
DC Knows that Obama is Ineligible for Office.
[Scroll down slowly] Nobody spends $2 million in legal fees to hide an authentic birth certificate.
The Speaker of the House does not refuse to certify her candidate as "constitutionally qualified" in forty-nine of
fifty states by accident. A press that knew he was the "first Kenyan born senator" didn't forget that he was
Kenyan born when he decided to run for president. ... One day, the world will know who and what this man is and
there will be a day of reckoning like no other in American history. The longer it takes for that day to arrive,
the more dangerous the situation will become. A man not even qualified to hold the office is using that
office to destroy the greatest nation on earth. How much patience can the people be expected to display?
Hawaii
Legislature OKs measure to ignore requests for disclosure of Barack Obama's birth certificate.
A brand-new chapter dawns in the birther controversy over President Obama's hidden birth certificate.
The Hawaii legislature has now officially passed a measure that would allow state officials to legally ignore
each month's dozens of repeated requests by persons or organizations seeking to see the infant Obama's actual
birth certificate. For personal privacy reasons the certificate resides under government lock and key in
Hawaii and, as is his right, Obama has never authorized its release.
Natural-Born Citizen per Justice Ginsberg?
[Scroll down slowly] Obama's Department of Justice will never allow a single case over Obama's eligibility
to enter a courtroom, rushing DOJ lawyers around the country to file dismissals for Obama, based on "a lack of
standing" on the part of U.S. citizens. They already know that Obama is a fraud. They dare not allow
any court in the land to hear the evidence, as they already know the most likely outcome of a trial that forces
Obama to become a "transparent" president.
Birthers
For Obama. Strictly as a public service, the mainstream media have long pointed out that those
pesky folks who question where Barack Obama was born are your typical knuckle-dragging, mouth-breathing
Neanderthals. You know, the type of know-nothings who attend Tea Parties and other such sinister
gatherings. So those deep thinkers must be stunned by the findings of the latest ABC News/Washington Post
poll, which finds "about a third of so-called 'birthers' nonetheless approve of Obama's work in office and
express a favorable opinion of him personally."
Tyranny, and Putting Some Questions to Rest.
The COLB waved around by so many, as proof of Obama's eligibility to be POTUS, is invalid. Period.
And, need I add, a COLB is certainly not a birth certificate. Again, claiming that an invalid COLB is as
good as a genuine birth certificate is one thing, but to claim that they are one and the same, is quite
another. The Obama COLB that has been on display at FightTheSmears.com and other websites, is neither
valid, nor a birth certificate — it never has been, and never will be.
The
Obama Eligibility Question. Never in American history has a national leader served under
a darker cloud of suspicion than Barack Hussein Obama. Was he born in Hawaii or in Kenya? Did
he become an Indonesian citizen in 1967? Where did he spend the summer of 1981? Did he actually
attend classes at Columbia? Did he write Dreams from My Father? These are all interesting
questions, but not the most critical ones. By far the most critical question relates to his eligibility.
Is he eligible to serve as president or is he a usurper? Let's analyze what we actually know to be true.
What if ... ? As I
have said many times, I don't know if Barack Obama is constitutionally eligible to be president. And
the truth is, not many people do. A recent CBS-New York Times Poll showing only 58 percent of
Americans believe Obama was born in the USA makes the point. When 58 percent of Americans
think the president was born in America, you know Obama has a credibility problem -- especially
given the fact than 99.9 percent of the media has not only promoted the idea there is no question
but ridiculed those who point out there is no evidence to support the idea.
Obama's Citizenship
Denied. [Obama,] his campaign, and his illegal administration has and is lying when they
claim Obama's birth certificate has been posted on the internet. It has not. The overwhelming
evidence of Obama's Kenyan (British colony) birth and Indonesian citizenship stands.
An investigative report detailing the Obama eligibility
controversy. I cannot think of any other subject in recent American history that has been so mired in
controversy, so factually misrepresented, mischaracterized and so misunderstood than the matter of the eligibility
of Barack Hussein OBAMA II to hold the office of President of the United States. Despite its importance,
the topic has been summarily dismissed as fodder for conspiracy theorists by many, while others insist that the
question of OBAMA's citizenship has been "asked and answered." But has it really been answered, and if
not, why not?
In-Depth: a question of legitimacy.
The path to question the legitimacy of Obama's eligibility status is a minefield of marginalization, but in the
final analysis, it is indeed the path most consistent with our character and courage as patriots who care about the
current state and future of the United States. Embarking on the path to question Obama's eligibility is to be
labeled as conspiracy nuts, racists, bigots, or a combination of each. After all, we have been told by our
politicians and media that Obama has provided sufficient documentation to hold the highest office of the greatest
country in the world. We have been told and even scolded that such documentation has reportedly been verified
time and again in every venue where it has questioned, and even in some venues where it has not. The
reality, however, is far from removed from what is being provided as the truth.
Kenyan official: Obama born
here. A Kenyan lawmaker told the nation's parliament last month that Barack Obama was born
in Africa and is therefore "not even a native American."
Obama is calculating, organized and evil.
[Scroll down] It doesn't matter anymore about Obama's motives, excuses and reasons for his behavior. It
doesn't matter where he was born. It's most obvious it wasn't in the U.S. Anyone with even a small brain in this
country knows you don't spend nearly 2 million dollars in legal fees to hide your birth certificate, passport records
and College records unless you have something to hide. Regardless of the anti American, anti Constitutional and
socialist elephants running through the room, this president is not representing the rule of law, constitution and
American people at all.
Obama Confirmed Ineligible for Office?
[Scroll down] If Barack Hussein Obama's father had been a legal citizen of the U.S. at the time of Barack II
birth, Barack II would enjoy not only his father's name, but his citizenship in the United States as well, and no
man-made law could block his birthright to status as a "natural born citizen" of the USA. However, Obama's father
was at no time a citizen of the USA. He was at all known times in his life, a citizen of Kenya, which at the time
was still under British rule. Barack Hussein Obama II father was a legal citizen of Kenya. As the
"natural born" son of Barack Hussein Obama I, Barack Obama II is the "natural born citizen" of Kenya, which is why
his family, friends and the press referred to him as "Kenyan Born" all the way up until he decided to run for the
office of president. From that moment forward, Obama, his friends and the press has denied that he was a "natural
born citizen" of Kenya, and claimed that he was a "natural born citizen" of Hawaii.
No Proof. It is the conclusion of this
investigator that Barack Hussein OBAMA II has not only failed to provide proof of eligibility, but has and continues
to fight efforts to release the proof necessary to confirm that he is legally eligible to occupy his current position
as the president of the United States. To be clear, it is important to understand that there is a vast and
significant difference between the meaning of the words evidence and proof, although most people use
the terms synonymously. ... Clearly, the United States Constitution requires the higher standard of proof and not
merely evidence of eligibility to hold the office of President. Contrary to the assertions of representatives
speaking on behalf of OBAMA, media accounts and numerous reports on various Internet sites, OBAMA has provided absolutely
no proof that he meets the eligibility requirements as of the date of this investigation.
A Right to Lawful Command.
[Scroll down slowly] Most of what Obama has stated we already know to be a lie. He has refused
to release any records to document any part of his life, his birth, his education, his travel, his adoption
in Indonesia or his association with a laundry list of anti-American evil-doers. Beyond the fact that
most of the public propaganda on the man is not true, we know literally nothing about this person. Members
of the US Military are not obligated to take orders from such an individual.
Obama's Natural-Born Useful Idiots.
For people who don't like and don't care what the US Constitution says, it doesn't matter whether or not
Barack Obama meets eligibility requirements for the office he currently holds. Obots, who regard the
Constitution as an outdated useless piece of paper that should be burned, and our republic as nothing more
than a democracy of mob rule by iron fist, see Obama's eligibility as a laughing matter.
The Bottom Line on Natural Born Citizen.
History answers the question of what "natural born citizen" means, and leaves NO wiggle room for debate or
wishful agenda-driven interpretations. The term was first used by the British Royal family. The
question at the time was how to keep the Royal bloodline intact when members of the Royal family traveled
abroad extensively, often giving birth to offspring while abroad, therefore bringing the issue of "native
born" into question.
Our Undocumented White House Resident.

disaster. Obama & Co. have no intention of backing up or backing off their anti-American
agenda of global Marxism via American assets. The courts have never ruled on Obama's constitutional

unseal all of his records to answer legitimate questions coming from a growing number of US citizens.

Hawaii elections clerk: Obama not
born here. [Tim Adams] says during the 2008 campaign when the issue of Obama's constitutional
eligibility first arose, the elections office was inundated with requests to verify the birthplace of the U.S.
senator from Illinois. ... At the time, there were conflicting reports that Obama had been born at the Queen's
Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children across town.
So Adams says his office checked with both facilities. "They told us, 'We don't have a birth certificate
for him,'" he said.

percent say Obama not born in the U.S.. Sixteen months into his presidency, 13 percent of
Americans say that President Barack Obama wasn't born in the United States. A total of 13 percent
of Americans said that Obama was born in Kenya, Indonesia or "someplace else outside the U.S.," according to
a new 60 Minutes/Vanity Fair poll released Monday [6/28/2010]. Another 11 percent of
Americans said they were unsure of the country in which Obama was born.
National
Magazine Globe says Obama not Born in U.S.. According to the story, "A Former Hawaii records
official is sending shock waves through Washington, D.C., by revealing there is absolutely no birth certificate
for Barack Obama." The Globe continues: "I had direct access to the Social Security database, the
national crime computer, state driver's license information, international passport information, basically
just about anything you can imagine to get someone's identity," says Timothy Adams, who served as senior
government records clerk in Honolulu in 2008. "There is no birth certificate. I was informed by
my boss that we did not have Obama's birth record."
Senate-seeker wants Obama birth-certificate
treatment. A Mexican-born candidate for U.S. Senate said he is considering a lawsuit against
the Missouri secretary of state for discrimination because her office forced him to produce a birth certificate
but "didn't make Obama show proof of citizenship" to appear on the ballot.
Senator: Resolve eligibility in court.
Louisiana Republican Sen. David Vitter says the dispute over Barack Obama's eligibility to be president should be
resolved in court. "I support conservative legal organizations and others who would bring that to court,"
Vitter said, according to an Associated Press report citing a video of the event. Vitter becomes just
the latest high-profile leader, and the first U.S. senator, to take such a strong stand on the issue.
From the White House to the Big House.
Obama's refusal to release his long form birth certificate which would show conclusively that he is a dual
citizen and therefore not constitutionally eligible to serve as President. Obama's college records,
which have also not been released, would also contain information regarding his dual citizenship status.
Home Is Where the Heart
Is. Obama's wife has in speeches referred to her husband's "home country" as Kenya. Many
Americans have parents who were born in other countries, as do I — however, I can't recall ever
thinking of the foreign country of my father's birth as "home," nor would my family describe my country as
anything but America. Maybe Michelle, who admitted she wasn't proud of her own home country until her
husband began his presidential campaign, simply prefers to think of Kenya as Obama's.

Poll: Quarter doubt Obama was born in U.S.. The president celebrates his 49th birthday
Wednesday. On the same day, a new national poll indicates some Americans continue to doubt the president
was born in the United States. According to a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey ... Twenty-seven
percent of Republicans say he was probably not born here, and another 14 percent of Republicans say he
was definitely not born in the U.S."
Poll:
27 percent of Americans doubt Obama's birthplace. Today is President Obama's 49th birthday,
but more than a quarter of Americans aren't convinced he was born in the United States. A CNN poll
released today finds that 27 percent of Americans doubt Obama's citizenship. Eleven percent say
Obama was definitely not born in the United States, while 16 percent say he was "probably" not born here.
Another Obama puzzle: 3rd grade in 2
countries? The release of two sets of State Department documents through a Freedom of Information
Act request has given new life to the puzzle of how Barack Obama could have attended third grade in Hawaii, as
claimed by a classmate, while he has stated he was living in Indonesia at the time. The indication Obama
attended third grade in 1969 at Noelani Elementary School in Honolulu comes from an old photograph made public
by classmate Scott Inoue. The informal photo shows Obama and Inoue against a background of what appears to
be Christmas drawings by schoolchildren posted on a classroom bulletin board.
Alito refers
'birther' attorney Taitz's request to Supreme Court. A request to U.S. Supreme Court Justice
Samuel Alito by "birther" attorney Orly Taitz asking that $20,000 in sanctions against her be reversed was
referred on Tuesday to the entire court. U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land imposed the sanctions
last year after he warned her and then gave her a time limit to explain why he shouldn't fine her in the
September 2009 case of Capt. Connie Rhodes, who questioned the legitimacy of Barack Obama's presidency.
The First Un-American President.
Obama is not an American. He is the son of a former British subject, a Kenyan of the same name. He
is the step-son of an Indonesian who married his mother and adopted him. When his mother divorced for a
second time, he was shipped off to live in Hawaii with his grandparents. The only overseas trip he took
that we know of was to Pakistan with a college friend from there. Did he travel on an American passport?
The State Department records have conveniently disappeared.
Orly
Taitz ordered by Supreme Court to pay $20,000 fine. Orly Taitz, a dentist and lawyer in California,
received the fine for a lawsuit she filed in Georgia on behalf of Army Capt. Connie Rhodes, who refused to be
deployed to Iraq, arguing that the orders weren't legitimate since Obama is not eligible to be President.
Supreme
Court upholds 'birther' sanction. The Supreme Court has upheld a $20,000 fine against a leader
of the movement challenging President Barack Obama's citizenship.
No
evidence of Hawaiian birth for AKA Obama. What about Kenya? Obama's 'Certification of Live Birth'
form reveals his Birth Registration was FILED in 1961 but was never fully ACCEPTED by the Hawaiian State
Registrar's Office. Hawaii is covering this up for political reasons to protect Obama. Only they
know the ultimate reasons they are all willing to commit Misprision of Felony at this point in time given the
mounting evidence that Obama was not physically born in Hawaii. Obama may have amended his record since
1961 to try to reinforce and cover up the original fraudulent filing. But his online COLB clearly shows
that when it was FILED it was never finally ACCEPTED.
What D'Souza Doesn't
Get Quite Right. [Dinesh] D'Souza, like most commentators in the more respectable reaches of
the conservative media, goes wrong by denying himself the information unearthed in the blogosphere. He
writes of Obama, for instance, "Here is a man who spent his formative years — the first 17 years
of his life — off the American mainland." Not true. As has now been proved beyond
contention, Obama spent the first year of his life in Seattle with his mother, the cruelly named Stanley Ann
Dunham, henceforth "Ann." This is no minor point. Ann left Hawaii within two weeks of Obama's
birth. Barack Obama, Sr. may not have seen the boy until he was ten.
What we know for
sure that makes aka Obama ineligible. There isn't one single, credible source that has any concrete
facts whatsoever, that Obama was born in Hawaii. Here's a surprise! Hawaii's Department of Education
has been unable to find AKA Obama's Kindergarten records. By this time maybe you are no longer surprised.
Obama's Noelani Elementary School Kindergarten records, oddly missing from the State of Hawaii Department of Education,
is the first in a series of chronological "coincidences" that obscure AKA Obama's history.
Hawaiian officials have
not validated AKA OBAMA's place of birth. [Scroll down] It is entirely possible for the
"vital records" of Hawaii to show than a person was born in Hawaii when in fact that person could have been
born elsewhere. Laws of the Territory of Hawaii ACT 96 To Provide For The Issuance Of Certificates
Of Hawaiian Birth was in effect from 1911 until 1972 and allowed someone who was born outside the Hawaiian
Islands to be registered as though he were born in Hawaii. Under that law, someone simply would have
presented herself to the Hawaiian authorities and declared that the child was born in Hawaii. The person
could have sworn under oath and presented witnesses and other evidence. If the authorities accepted it,
that was the end of it. All a person had to do was file a false statement and Hawaii took them at
their word.
Judge orders Miller documents
released. A judge ruled Saturday [10/23/2010] that the Fairbanks North Star Borough must
release personnel records of U.S. Senate candidate Joe Miller. In an unusual weekend hearing, retired Superior
Court Judge Winston Burbank ruled that the public's right to know about candidates outweighed Miller's right
to privacy.

Judges: Court could review
eligibility after Congress. Three judges on the Court of Appeal in California's 3rd District
appear to be saying that a judicial review of a president's eligibility is a possibility — after the
Electoral College and congressional procedures run their courses. They also suggest that state officials
can remove someone from a presidential ballot for being ineligible when they want to, but they don't really
have to do that.
This single report could sink
Obama's presidency. "The citizens of the United States have a right to know if their
president is constitutionally eligible to hold the office," says the report, now available from WND.
"Obama's hospital of birth, birth documents, passport and Social Security number are all in question, and
his legal defense never addresses the merits of the eligibility challenges. Instead, Obama relies
on procedural objections and compliant judges to get the cases thrown out of court," says the report.
Justices turn aside another
challenge over Obama's citizenship. The Supreme Court has again cast aside an appeal that raised
doubts about President Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship, a grass-roots legal issue that has gained little legal
or political footing, but continues to persist in the courts. The justices without comment Monday [11/29/2010]
rejected a challenge from Charles Kerchner Jr., a Pennsylvania man who sought a trial in federal court forcing
the president to produce documents regarding his birth and citizenship.
Luke
Scott, Orioles star, takes 'birther' side. Luke Scott has joined the ranks of birthers, those
people who say they do not believe that Barack H. Obama was born in the United States. Which is a
fine thing if you are anyone other than the president. The belief that Obama was foreign-born has
stubbornly stuck around since his campaign long before his election 25 months ago. ... [Hawaiian]
officials say they have viewed the official birth certificate but for unexplained reasons Obama has never
permitted its release.
State GOP leaders grab issue of Obama
eligibility. The GOP members of Congress who booted Democrat Rep. Nancy Pelosi from the speaker's
seat when they took the majority in the U.S. House this month may be the least of President Barack Obama's concerns
as the 2012 presidential campaign assembles. That's because in Pennsylvania, and in at least a couple of
other states, there are Republican-controlled Houses, Senates and governors' offices where being developed
right now are plans to use state law to demand proof of constitutional eligibility from presidential
candidates before they would be allowed on the state ballot.
This one-sided article reeks with Democrat-friendly bias. For Hawaii governor,
discrediting anti Obama 'birthers' is a top priority. Democrat Neil Abercrombie, who knew Obama's parents,
is determined to torpedo the conspiracy theory. Underlying his effort may be a desire to dispel the view that
Hawaiians aren't Americans in the same way as mainlanders.
The Editor says...
The best way to "torpedo the conspiracy theory" is to disprove all doubts by openly showing Obama's
original long-form birth certificate, with the name of the hospital and the attending physician.
(Remember, Obama's own grandmother says she was present when Obama was born — in Kenya.
The Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S., Peter Ogego, admitted as much in a radio interview. By some accounts,
Obama has spent over a million dollars in legal defenses to prevent discovery of the facts. But even
Obama was born in Hawaii, does he have an Indonesian passport? Does he have more than one Social
Security number? Does he have other aliases besides "Barry Soetoro"? There has never been
a more suspicious person in the White House, in my opinion.
Will Obama Silence
Blundering Abercrombie? For reasons clear to no one just yet, Hawaii's new Democrat governor,
Neil Abercrombie, has gone public with his desire to silence the so-called "birthers" with proof of Barack
Obama's Hawaiian birth. ... Abercrombie's boasts about his relationship with the president's presumed parents,
Barack Obama, Sr. and Ann Dunham, have got to unnerve the president and his close advisors. They know
something the media perversely choose not to know: Abercrombie is remembering a past that never
happened.
Democrats Force 'Birther' Issue to Rise
Again: What Gives? In my opinion — as a civics-minded citizen —
Obama's as yet unreleased original long-form birth certificate from the state of Hawaii is merely the tip of
a mysterious iceberg when it comes to the 44th president of the United States. Any journalist worth an
ounce of salt would be curious as to why any presidential candidate would conceal nearly every documented
item from his own past. Obviously, America does not have many remaining curious journalists.
The Southern Poverty Law Center's
Unintelligence Report. Actually, in the past, like many Americans, I simply pointed out that the president
had never produced the long-form birth certificate that would definitively put to rest the questions about his place of
birth. The new governor of Hawaii has promised to produce this proof soon, so we shall see; but in any case, this
is simply not a live issue. Obama is the president, and he will not be removed because of questions revolving
around his place of birth.
Why
Do Democrats Keep Talking About the Birth Certificate? [Scroll down] Some of the most
high-profile personalities in the world of "conservative media" dismissed the "birther" conspiracies long
ago. Rush Limbaugh, Michael Medved, Glenn Beck, Hugh Hewitt, and Bill O'Reilly (just to name a few)
have all, in their unique and individual ways, declared the "birther" thing to be a non-issue. So why
do President Obama's political allies continue to talk about it, when so many of his political foes do not?
I suspect that they'd prefer to have Americans talking about a non-issue, instead of high unemployment, or
nuclear proliferation in Iraq, or the rising price of healthcare despite the "Obamacare" legislation, or the
President circumventing the Congress and forcing cap-and-trade policies via the F.D.A., or the dangerous
national debt level, or the President's effort to control the internet, or the volatility of the American
dollar.
Obama's
Eligibility — Will courage or cowardice prevail? As they come to understand the facts
of the situation, a growing number of Americans seriously doubt that Barack Obama is in fact authorized by the
U.S. Constitution to hold the office of President of the United States. The Constitution requires that
to be eligible for that office an individual must be a natural born citizen of the United States. We
would reasonably expect an individual sworn to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United
States frankly and voluntarily to submit any and all information necessary to establish compliance with its
terms. Instead when confronted by questions concerning the circumstances of his birth, Barack Obama has
refused to take the simple step of releasing for proper scrutiny the document that should allay all concern.
He has gone further. By every legal means at his disposal he has sought to prevent release and scrutiny
of any and all evidence that might bear on the facts of his birth, or his claims of citizenship at various
stages of his life.
Why
do the elite refuse to clear Obama eligibility doubts? Whatever may be the doubts with respect
to any particular testimony or documentary claims, Obama's own actions have surely become the main source of
the cloud of uncertainty and suspicion with respect to his Constitutional eligibility. As with any
other job applicant, the issue of credentials once raised is rightly dealt with as a matter of course.
Applicants who refuse to comply with requests that they produce their qualifying credentials foment doubts,
by their own behavior, where doubts would otherwise not exist.
Obama's
eligibility: the true issue. [Scroll down] [T]he Constitution requires all government
officials at both the State and national level to swear an oath that obliges them to uphold the Constitution.
Should all or most of those officials neglect to fulfill this obligation, by that fact alone the Constitution's
authority is undone. Only one issue in our political life today confronts us with the spectacle of such
wholesale dereliction of duty — failure to substantiate that Barack Obama satisfies the Constitution's
plainly stated eligibility requirements for the Office of President of the United States.
Obama
gives reason to question his legitimacy. Every word of the U.S. Constitution must be taken
seriously. The words concerning eligibility for the Presidency involve the branch of government
especially charged with defending both the law and the physical existence of the United States. Prudence
dictates they be taken very seriously. In the actual circumstances of his case, this means
collecting and weighing all the evidence that has a bearing on the question, "Is Barack Obama a natural
born citizen of the United States."
The
eligibility case Obama wants no one to hear: If Barack Obama were not a doctrinaire socialist;
and if the American elites were not committed to rejecting the natural law basis of the American constitutional
republic; the controversy over Barack Obama's claim to be President of the United States would quickly have been
laid to rest. For his part, instead of spending large sums of money to argue that citizens have no right
to seek enforcement of the clear provisions of the U.S. Constitution, Obama would have released his records and
sought and opportunity to resolve the issue on the merits.
This article is loaded with bias and presumptuous skepticism. US high court rejects Obama
citizenship case. The US Supreme Court refused Monday [1/10/2011] to take up the question of
President Barack Obama's citizenship, which a core group of skeptics continues to challenge despite presentation
of his US birth certificate. The high court, without comment, rejected the request by Orly Taitz, a
California lawyer who has emerged as a leader of the "birther" movement of mainly rightwing protesters who
question where Obama was born.
What Obama Has Said
about His Own Birth. The long form birth certificate could pose a number of problems other
than country of origin, including the date of Obama's birth, the state of his birth, and the identity of
his father. Any one of these revelations could unravel the yarn that Obama has been spinning.
These problems derive from the fact that Ann Dunham enrolled at university on August 19, 1961 and returned
to Hawaii only after Obama Sr. had left Hawaii for good. Both of these facts are more firmly established
than President Obama's Honolulu birth on August 4, 1961.
Hawaii governor can't find Obama birth
certificate. Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie suggested in an interview published today that a
long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records
maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health. Abercrombie told the Honolulu Star Advertiser he was
searching within the Hawaii Department of Health to find definitive vital records that would prove Obama was
born in Hawaii, because the continuing eligibility controversy could hurt the president's chances of re-election
in 2012.
Governor of Hawaii
Can't Find Barack Obama's Birth Certificate? The governor, Neil Abercrombie, some time ago said,
(paraphrasing) "Look, I was there when Obama was born in Hawaii. That birth certificate, it exists.
Everybody knows it. I was there when that kid was born." Turns out he wasn't there, and he
admitted he wasn't there. He was there in spirit. He was trying to say he's that certain.
See, he thinks that Obama ought to just get this off the table. Abercrombie is worried that this birth
certificate thing is going to be a lingering problem heading into 2012. So Abercrombie, big friend of
Obama, tried to step in there and head this off at the pass. It turns out he can't find the birth
certificate, the governor of Hawaii cannot find it. It's just a notation that somebody wrote down.
Hawaii governor
hasn't found Obama's birth certificate yet. [Scroll down] This oddly worded statement caused
much skeptical commentary at the time it was issued. Note that Dr. Fukino does not say she has seen the
actual birth certificate, but rather that she has seen that it is on record. This is consistent with Gov.
Abercrombie's statement that it is recorded (but he can't produce the certificate itself). Did Dr. Fukino
find some sort of index entry and not bother to look at the actual certificate itself?
Hawaii
Gov. Says Proof of Obama's Birth Certificate Exists but Hasn't Produced the Document. It
remains unclear if the document found in the archives was Obama's actual long-form birth certificate, which
"birther" activists have clamored for, or if it was simply a record that such a document exists. Since
the 2008 election, conspiracy theorists and political opponents have suggested the president was not actually
born in Hawaii and is therefore not a U.S. citizen eligible for the office.
Hawaii
governor can't produce the vital document. [Governor] Abercrombie said on Tuesday [1/18/2011]
that an investigation had unearthed papers proving Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961. He told Honolulu's
Star-Advertiser: 'It actually exists in the archives, written down,' he said. But it became
apparent that what had been discovered was an unspecified listing or notation of Obama's birth that someone
had made in the state archives and not a birth certificate.
A dubious excuse is better than none. Hawaii
law bars release of Obama birth info. A privacy law that shields birth certificates has
prompted Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie to abandon efforts to dispel claims that President Barack
Obama was born outside Hawaii, his office says.
Hypothesis: Obama will not release his birth certificate because his name is legally written "Barry Soetoro". Hawaii Ground Report: The fact that Obama was adopted
by Indonesian Lolo Soetoro in the 1970s, and his name was legally changed to Barry Soetoro at that time, is
most likely the reason he is spending millions of dollars to hide his birth certificate. He never filed
the papers to change his name back to "Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.", so any birth certificate produced by the
state of Hawaii would list him as "Barry Soetoro". It's easy to see why he never wants this to come to
light. Aside from the legal ramifications of this, how would the American people feel about Obama lying
to them about his NAME all this time? And if he lied about something as simple as that, what else has
he lied about? It would open a whole host of new questions for most people about this man of deliberate
mystery.

Neil Abercrombie Has Utterly Failed To Prove Obama Was Born In Hawaii. President Barack
Obama has been unable to dispel the rumors that that he wasn't born in the United States. It's
much easier for a president to move his agenda forward if the electorate perceives him as an honest
individual worthy of respect. Only 58 percent of Americans believe that Obama was born in
the US, the president has a very serious credibility problem with the American public. ... Officials
in Hawaii need to track down only one document: The original Obama birth certificate with the
name of the hospital and the doctor, his or her signature. How difficult can it be for the
governor of Hawaii to track down one document? He can dispatch hundreds of state employees to
search for Obama's birth certificate.
Friend says
Abercrombie told him, 'There is no birth certificate!'. During an interview on the KQRS morning
radio show on January 20, Mike Evans, a long-time friend of Hawaii governor Neil Abercrombie, shared
a conversation he had with the governor the day prior. The reader is advised to judge for himself the
credibility of Evans' account, but he sounds convincing. ... When Evans spoke to Abercrombie on January 19,
Abercrombie reportedly told him that he searched the relevant Hawaii hospitals using his powers as governor,
and concluded, according to Evans, "There is no Barack Obama birth certificate in Hawaii, absolutely no proof
at all that Obama was born in Hawaii."
The Birther Trial
Balloon. Is anyone really surprised that Hawaii's new governor, Neil Abercrombie, was
unable to produce the promised Obama long-form birth certificate? ... This latest Matthews/Abercrombie
fiasco is not about the birthers, either. It is about reelecting Obama in 2012. What better
way to ascertain the impact of the birther claims on a reelection bid then to send out a trial balloon
to see how the public reacts? A fascinating exercise is to go back and read all of the articles
and blogs, both left and right, following this Hawaiian escapade. And don't stop there:
follow the entire birther debacle back to its roots over two years ago. Refrain from a focus on
just what has been written or spoken: note also the conservative blogs, politicians, pundits, and
constitutional experts who have refrained from saying anything at all. Note also that running
parallel to this citizenship and eligibility debate — closely related but interestingly
never acknowledged outright — is the "birthright citizenship" issue.

Prevaricating from Abercrombie. In his effort to embarrass those who would like to
see Obama's birth certificate, it seems that Abercrombie has been serially fabricating a family
that never existed and embellishing his own relation to it. Curious, too, is that in his
2009 interview with [radio host Mike] Evans, one in which he describes Obama Sr. in great detail,
Abercrombie has not a word to say about Ann Dunham or the Obamas as a couple.

emerged today. Arizona Republican Judy Burges has introduced a bill which requires candidates to
prove their eligibility to occupy the Oval Office. The proposal needs only 16 votes in the
Senate to pass into law and just 31 votes to clear the House of Representatives.

journalist now claims he misspoke when he said last week that Hawaii's governor told him he was
unable to find President Barack Obama's original birth certificate after a search of state and hospital
archives. Mike Evans told FoxNews.com on Wednesday [1/26/2011] he was remorseful and embarrassed
that he appeared to have given the impression that he had discussed the search for Obama's birth
certificate with Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie.

surrounding President Barack Obama's place of birth continues as Mike Evans, a celebrity journalist,
has backed off of statements that the governor of Hawaii told him that President Obama's Hawaii birth
certificate did not exist.
Constitutional contempt.
It is an undeniable fact that Barack Hussein Obama has refused to provide authenticated evidence of
his eligibility to occupy our White House, the house of the American people. In fact, he has fought
the release of records that would prove, once and for all, this most basic issue, and further refused to
release documents that would provide insight into America's most mysterious president. The mystery
behind Obama extends well beyond the birth certificate controversy, although that has grown into the most
recognizable issue of late.

Gov. Neil Abercrombie Makes Obama Birth Certificate Controversy Worse. Abercrombie's
attempt to put to rest the birther conspiracy theory has instead served to fan its flames even further.
What, after all, does the President have to hide, some people are now asking. The mystery only deepened
when reporter and Abercrombie friend Mike Evens recent suggested that the Governor told him the birth
certificate actually does not exist. Evens later said that he had "misspoke."
Arizona
Lawmaker Revives Bill Requiring Presidential Candidates to Show Birth Certificate. An
Arizona lawmaker has reintroduced a proposal that would require presidential candidates to provide
their birth certificates in order to remain on the ballot in the state. The "birther bill,"
which state Rep. Judy Burges failed to get through the Arizona legislature last year, has already
attracted more than 30 co-sponsors in both chambers.
Obama's Prayer Breakfast

The Real 'Birther'
Conspiracy Theory. Most birthers simply want to know where and when their president was born,
a not unreasonable aspiration. Few insist that they know the answer. Despite my ample research,
I do not know. All I do know is that the official story — the one Barack Obama trotted out in his
memoir and both his convention speeches — is false.
Pawlenty
dismisses 'birthers'. Former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R) explicitly distanced himself from
"birthers" during a highly anticipated speech before conservatives on Friday [2/11/2011]. After one
lawmaker made a "birther" joke, alluding to suspicions that President Obama wasn't born in the United States,
Pawlenty, at the top of his address to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) made clear that he
doesn't question Obama's birthplace.
The Editor says...
If Obama had a reputation for telling the truth, I'd take his word for it, too. But Mr. Obama
has no such reputation.
Birther debate alive across U.S.
The opening of 2011 state legislative sessions has been accompanied by a spate of birther-related bills, the
clearest indication yet that the controversy surrounding President Barack Obama's place of birth will
continue to simmer throughout his reelection campaign. Lawmakers in at least 10 states have
introduced bills requiring presidential candidates to provide some form of proof that they are natural-born
citizens, a ballot qualification rule designed to address widespread rumors on the right that Obama was not
born in the United States.
Will SCOTUS Finally Review the Obama Birth
Mess? All of what the American people are looking for in this instance is a final judicial
determination as to whether or not the current occupant of the Office of President of the United States is
legally qualified to serve in that office pursuant to the terms of the United States Constitution. The
only stress involved here is the feared backlash of political retribution. The people so appointed to
high level positions should be above the trauma of facing criticism or scorn for making such a simple
declaration. The facts for such a rendering are in themselves, quite simple.
Obama lied — Isn't that the real
story? I have interviewed a host of people the last two years who have sued Obama and had
strong reason to believe he was not born in the US. These people include Phil Berg, [whose web site
is] obamacrimes.com, and Alan Keys [sic], former Ambassador to the UN. By now you and I have tracked
the building case that Obama was born in Kenya. At obamacrimes.com we see signed affidavits from
Obama's Step Grandmother, two Pastors verifying this was so, and statements on a US radio show from the
former ambassador to Kenya, also verifying Obama was born there. It also came to our attention the
various statements from members of Kenyan parliament also stating he was a 'son of the soil' and born in
Kenya. Even with all the endless pointing toward Kenya as a birthplace we still have no conclusive
proof of a long form birth certificate being produced anywhere.
Obama eligibility lies will be exposed, and
so will the media. • Obama has paid nearly 2 million dollars to hide all
his records, including his long form birth certificate.
• Obama's own step Grandmother and two Bishops have signed affidavits that he was born in
Mombassa, Kenya. These and others are posted on obamacrimes.com
• Members of Kenyan parliament and even the former Ambassador to Kenya say he was born
there.
• Award winning, investigative Journalist Dr. Jerry Corsi has gone through all records
possible in Hawaii and determined that it is not possible that Obama was born there.
• Governor of Hawaii Neil Abercrombie has seen the Birth Certificate, then not seen the
Birth Certificate... translation... he changed his story and lied.
• Tim Adams, a Hawaii Elections Clerk in 2008 signed an affidavit stating that there
was no birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii in 2008.

Cooper and the 'Big Bad Birthers'. [In the past two years,] we have learned that there is no
process, no procedure, no proof required to establish constitutional eligibility for a presidential candidate.
Congress has refused to address the issue. Courts have avoided the issue. Citizens have been told
they have no "standing" to raise the issue. And so, it has become apparent that some kind of guideline
needs to be established for enforcement of the constitutional provision on presidential eligibility. The
only people who don't think so are people who think it is more important to protect Barack Obama than to protect
the Constitution. And into that category we can now safely assign Anderson Cooper.
States question Obama
citizenship with legislation. Georgia is the latest state to propose legislation that
questions whether President Barack Obama was born in the U.S., joining 10 other states who have
measures that want more proof before his name is put on the 2012 ballot.

Obama: Is he or Isn't he an American citizen? If it turns out that Obama knew he was ineligible
when he campaigned and when he took the oath as President, it could be the biggest political fraud in the
history of the world. As long as Obama refuses to disclose the records, speculation will grow and
grow without any necessary relation to the truth. The first step toward resolving the issue is full
discovery and disclosure of the facts.
Media
simultaneously savaged Sarah Palin, protected Barack Obama. [Scroll down] Sarah Palin's
wardrobe was more vital to the selection of the free world's leader than the Democratic nominee's history and
close personal relationship with Bill Ayers, Larry Sinclair, Donald Young, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, and
others that the media spun away, if reported at all. President Obama lived part of his life as Barry
Soetoro, and reportedly used more than a dozen Social Security numbers. Obama claims to have been born
in Hawaii of two U.S. citizens — we know they were not — but has refused to prove he is
a natural-born citizen. He and his campaign has spent approximately $2 million fighting to keep
this matter out of court. But Palin's clothing and foreign policy experience took center stage.
High
court turns aside another lawsuit questioning Obama citizenship. The Supreme Court has again
rejected an appeal from a "birther" proponent questioning the citizenship of President Barack Obama.
The justices Monday [3/7/2011] turned aside without comment a request for a rehearing of various claims,
after dismissing the original appeal in late January. The long-shot petition by Gregory Hollister
had called on Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan to withdraw from considering the constitutional
claims, contending a conflict of interest by the president's two high court appointees.
Retired general: Congress should
give Obama ultimatum. A retired major general who is a decorated combat veteran and ran
an abbreviated campaign for the presidency in 2008 says Congress should deliver an ultimatum to President
Obama: Prove your eligibility or quit. ... "Action should be taken by the Senate and should be
taken by the House," he said. "They should serve notice on him and say, 'Mr. President, we love
you but we want to tell you something. You're under a cloud of suspicion. We can't continue
running this country with you in charge under this cloud. Now either you clear it up or you resign
from office.'"
The Obama
Birth Certificate Debate. From 2007 to the present, birthers sought disclosure by appealing
to elected officials, the press, and government agencies through FOIA requests, polls, emails, petitions,
phone calls, interviews, letters, and lawsuits to try to gain access to Obama's credential-claiming
documents. They have not been successful in any of these ventures. More than 17 federal
and state lawsuits have been filed, each seeking discovery that could confirm or deny Obama's credential
validity. In federal and state cases pre-trial motions dismissed the cases based upon a combination
of grounds. ... The reason for this resistance is rooted in the magnitude of what is unknown about Obama:
If Obama is ineligible then everything he has done in office the last two years is invalid and the
financial-political effects of that truth would be catastrophic.

If you read this entire article and examine the two sides of the debate, you will notice that one
side lays out a number of rational arguments and the other side resorts to vulgarity and hateful,
irrelevant rhetoric. One might even say, "hate speech."
Obama's ineligibility for dummies.
The Certification of Live Birth, which mysteriously appeared without verification by the State of Hawaii and may
be a forgery, or newspaper clippings, are not adequate proof of eligibility. ... As best as I can ascertain from
the Constitution and its history, Barack Obama is not eligible to be President of the United States.
Justice Hugo Black in Duncan v Louisiana Indicates Obama Would Not
Be Eligible. United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Hugo Black, in a concurring opinion in
Duncan v. Louisiana, 391 U.S. 145 (1968), emphasizes his reliance upon the statements made by
Representative Bingham and Senator Howard in Congress which pertain to the drafting and adoption of the
14th Amendment. Justice Black stated that "it is far wiser to rely on" the words of Bingham and Howard
when analyzing the 14th Amendment. This is crucial to understanding that Obama is not eligible to be
President as it provides the strongest Supreme Court statement ... indicating that the current occupant of the
White House is not in legal possession of the office of President.
Obama, Are You Eligible Or Not?
If Obama is not eligible to be President, the dangerous scam has gone on too long with a rogue criminal
organization running the most powerful nation in the world. ... If Mr. Obama is not eligible the horrendous
list of acts he performed is ILLEGAL, [and] CRIMINAL. Not a single day goes by that he fails to engineer
yet another executive order that reeks with destructive elements with the resultant effect of destroying
America's economy, rule of law, and moral fabric of the nation.
Obama's ineligibility: conspiracy and cowardice.
Many people got caught up in the euphoria and glamor of electing the nation's first African-American President.
The left wing of the Democratic Party saw it as a possible way of achieving long-term power. The main stream
media, which is a shill for the Democrat Party, put its full weight behind Obama. Finally, the Republican Party
may have been intimidated into cowardice by political correctness, fear of press ridicule and their own love of power
and privilege. So, rather than deal with the troublesome requirement of natural born citizenship, it appears
that some individuals may have intentionally decided to sidestep the Constitution, while the vast majority of those
who knew better, simply acquiesced.

thoughts about that birth certificate. In June 2008, the Obama campaign released of a "certification
of live birth," which was examined and photographed by factcheck.org. ... Factcheck.org. bills itself as "a
project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania," with funding largely
derived from "an endowment created in 1993 by the Annenberg Foundation ... and a 1995 grant by the
Annenberg Foundation." Obama was famously a founding board member of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge,
also a project of the Annenberg Foundation. The connection is strong enough, in my mind, to raise reasonable
questions about the objectivity of factcheck.org in matters regarding Obama.
Do Republicans Understand?
Over 90% of the public believe that a significant question clouds the actual eligibility of Mr. Obama to be
president, and his refusal to display for all the nation and world to see the proof, and mockingly taunts
anyone simply asking to see his documentation. This is not a game of schoolyard hopscotch wherein
children will argue about stepping on a line. It is one of the greatest constitutional issues to ever
arise. Quite simply it is a question of do we have a president or criminal running the United States
of America.
Evicting a President. If it is
true that Obama is a usurper or even if there are reasonable suspicions, why has his eligibility and background
not been properly investigated and publicly exposed? Quite simply, investigations might lead to substantiation
of complicity or acquiescence by the political establishment and the main stream media in the most serious
fraud ever perpetrated on the American people.
The coming meltdown of Barack Obama.
Politics has recently replaced the Constitution as the basis for the rule of law in the United States.

News Poll: 24 Percent Believe Obama Not Born in U.S. Most American voters —
67 percent — believe Obama was born in the United States. That includes almost all
Democrats (84 percent) and most independents (69 percent). Less than half of Republicans
(47 percent) and Tea Partiers (44 percent) think so.
The unraveling of Barry Soetoro, a/k/a Barack

where Obama was physically born, as he could have been born in the Lincoln bedroom during the Kennedy administration
and still be ineligible to hold the office of president under Article II, Section I, Clause 5

parents who are both U.S. citizens. Clearly then, the place of Obama's birth is merely one concern,
while the citizen aspect of his parents remains another. But the scam goes much deeper. Reviewing
only the admissions of Barack Obama, we are told that Obama was born to U.S. citizen Stanley Ann Dunham, legally
adopted by a foreign national named Lolo Soetoro, had taken the name Barry SOETORO, and was given
Indonesian citizenship.

Exposing
the Birth Certificate Lies Used to Cover for Obama. Miki Booth, who was born in Japan, spent
much of her life in Hawaii and ran for Congress in 2010 from the Second District of Oklahoma, is about
two-thirds of the way finished writing a book about her life experiences through the present day.
She describes her many years in Hawaii and what led her to finally drop her congressional bid to focus
on the missing history, records, and long-form birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama, the putative
U.S. president.
Obama's ineligibility and Republican
eunuchs. The political elite and the MSM are doing everything possible to suppress
discussion of Obama's ineligibility, pretend that we are not in a Constitutional crisis and allow him to
contest the 2012 election. I ask them: after this, are there any other parts of the Constitution

Semantics. Mr. Obama freely admits that he was born ("having from birth specified qualities") to
a foreign father and enjoyed the status of dual citizenship at birth, owing allegiance and required obedience
to the laws of both the United States and the United Kingdom. Is this admission not enough for an electorate
to discuss his known lack of bona fides in light of the purpose of the constitutional qualification phrase
"natural born Citizen"?
Shift to Second Gear
on Birth Certificate Challenge. Not only have these issues been ignored or derided by the press,
any attempt to answer these questions has been stymied at the state level. Obscured by countless charges
and counter-charges, and under the cover of stealth legislation, Hawaii has changed the law and the language
with regard to the release of birth certificates, making it very difficult if not impossible to establish the
veracity of any charges with regard to Obama's. One can only surmise that if fraud has indeed occurred,
a cover-up of that fraud was the goal — and accomplishment — here.
Common Sense and the usurper Obama:
Barack Hussein Obama has never been eligible for the presidency because he does not meet the requirements of
natural born citizenship according to the Constitution i.e. someone born in the US of citizen parents at the time
of birth. ... It is not the responsibility the American people to prove that he is not eligible, but for Obama
to prove that he is.
Choosing political expediency over defending
the Constitution. ## It has been claimed, but never proven, that Obama was born in Kapiolani
hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961. The Nordyke twins were also born in Kapiolani hospital,
the day after Obama was born. Susan Nordyke was born at 2:12 p.m. Hawaii time and was given birth
certificate number 151-61-10637, which was filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961. Gretchen
Nordyke followed at 2:17 p.m. and was given birth certificate number 151-61-10638, which was also filed
with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961. The online certification of live birth provided by
FactCheck.org, and purported to be the evidence for Obama's Hawaiian birth, shows the certificate number
151-1961-10641. If Obama was born in the same hospital one day earlier than the Nordyke twins and his
birth was registered three days earlier on Aug. 8, 1961, then why does he have a higher certificate
number? And why does his certificate number have two extra digits?
Is There a Birthplace Question?
Take a look at the thuggish behavior of the pro-union forces in Madison Wisconsin and multiply it tenfold and
you get a slight idea of what would happen should Mr. Obama be removed from office and John McCain installed
in his place. Call it blood in the streets. The thugs would not go easily.
About the Birth Certificate:
Two days ago, Matt Drudge linked to a new book by Jerome Corsi, unflinchingly titled Where's the Birth Certificate?
The book immediately leapt to number one on Amazon.com, where it has remained ever since. The media has
shown its usual incredulity at the indisputable stupidity of the American people. How could so many people
question President Obama's birthplace? How could they wonder about his origins? Are they all simply
racist? The answer, of course, is that Americans are desperately seeking an answer to a simple question:
Why does President Obama appear to be so un-American?
The ghost
from birthdays past. Respectable people aren't even supposed to talk about it. The
mainstream media tells us so, with an imperious sneer. Before Gov. Neil Abercrombie, a Democrat, was
installed in Honolulu, he vowed to "get to the bottom of this," to put it away as an issue "once and for
all" lest it make trouble for the president in his re-election campaign. But something, maybe a wee
inner voice or perhaps a loud demand from the White House, persuaded him to cool it. There the
issue lies in the freezer, simmering in its own heat and defrosting everything else around it.
Obama's ineligibility:
The extreme left prefers a flabby and pliable Constitution because their aim is permanent political power in
the form of a de facto one-party state. They are trying to convince the American people that the
Constitution is merely some quaint advice proffered by a few 200-year-old dead men, who would be unfamiliar
with an enlightened pop culture and whose statutes should be adjusted to suit whatever political whims left-wingers
might be currently feeling. For those people, the eligibility issue is one step toward dismantling the
Constitution.
Obama's ineligibility: Congress is both guilty
and gutless. Why does Congress feign ignorance, continue a conspiracy of silence and display
blatant cowardice in regard to this issue? Is it that members of Congress are too politically correct,
too complicit in a cover-up and are just stalling in the desperate hope that Obama is not re-elected?
What happens then, if through some tragic mistake of history, Obama is re-elected? Congress could find themselves,
not only in dereliction of their duty, but potentially contributing to the destruction of our republic.
Obama Presidential Eligibility — An
Introductory Primer. What is a natural born citizen? Even if President Barack
Obama is a U.S. citizen by birth, is he a U.S. natural born citizen? According to an article
which appeared in the Michigan Law Review in 2008, we know two things for sure about the meaning of
"natural born citizen":
• Anyone who is born in the United States, of parents who are U.S. citizens, is
definitely, without doubt, a natural born citizen.
• Anyone who acquires U.S. citizenship through naturalization, after his or her
birth, is definitely not a natural born citizen.
Sworn Affidavit by Former Hawaii Senior Elections Clerk Tim Adams:
"Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division told me on multiple occasions that
no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama in the Hawaii Department
of Health and there was no record that any such document had ever been on file in the Hawaii Department of
Health or any other branch or department of the Hawaii government."
Appeals
court set to hear Obama 'birther' case May 2. A federal appeals court will hear arguments
next week about whether Barack Obama was born in the United States and is ineligible to serve as president.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in California will hear arguments on May 2 in the case of Wiley
Drake v. Barack Obama. The court decided late last week it would hear 20 minutes of
arguments from both sides. No specific date has been set for a decision.
Agnostic's Dreaded Verdict:
Birthers Are (Mainly) Right. I will give you the unpleasant punch line upfront: There is
sufficient evidence to reasonably conclude that Barack Obama is probably not a U.S. citizen, therefore
constitutionally ineligible to be president of the United States. The fact that he has been serving in
that office would then be not only the most audacious hoax in world history — at least since the
Trojan Horse. It also creates a constitutional crisis of the first magnitude that will take decades to
straighten out.

Obama Is Natural-Born, Why Suppress Evidence? If B.H. Obama is a natural-born U.S. citizen, those

specifically ... haven't you noticed how Obama apologists rarely offer a substantive argument for his
citizenship at all, but instead use personal attack, invective, sophistry, demagogy and ridicule? The
bottom line: If you believe that the artist formerly known as Barry Soetoro really is a natural U.S.
citizen, prove it. If the subject of the controversy cannot, others are not likely to be able to
either.

Court Hears Arguments in Obama Birth Suit. Leaders in the so-called "birther" movement argued
their case over President Obama's U.S. citizenship before a federal appeals court Monday in Southern
California, claiming the full birth certificate he released last week had been doctored.

court hears Obama birthplace arguments. The three-judge panel produced a steady stream of questions
over why it should even consider the issue. Laguna Niguel lawyer Orly Taitz told the panel about alleged birth
certificate forgery, Obama's alleged false Social Security number, and the allegedly corrupt judge that dismissed her
case now under appeal. "It was an outrage," said Taitz, claiming that this lower court judge had a clerk who
worked for the same firm as an Obama attorney. "I came from the Soviet Union. I would expect this in the
Soviet Union, but not here."
May the Constitution rest in peace.
Thanks to the malfeasance or political cowardice of the Republican and Democratic Parties, we now have an
ineligible individual, Barack Hussein Obama, occupying the White House. In addition, there is an
increasing amount of credible evidence to suggest that forgery may have been committed during Obama's campaign
for the Presidency. Yet there are no ongoing official investigations. Quite the contrary,
everything is being done by both political parties to suppress any discussion of wrongdoing.
How Liberals Cloud the Meaning of Natural Born
Citizen. Regardless of what may be purported, the Article II Natural Born Citizen
requirement has never been constitutionally amended, so it still remains the law as it pertains to
presidential eligibility. Moreover, the historic definition of the term has never been formally
altered. Accordingly, the only proper way to approach the issue honestly is to consider it, first, at
face value, and then determine if the issue even merits any further positing. For the purposes of this
discussion, the issue of "why" the requirement was put forth will not be considered -- only that it was put
forth, and remains the law.
The
foreign-born candidate. Can a foreign-born citizen run for president? The
Federal Election Commission thinks so. Earlier this month, commission members agreed
that Abdul K. Hassan, a Guyana-born naturalized U.S. citizen, could qualify as a presidential
candidate. In an advisory opinion, the commission concluded that Mr. Hassan may be considered
a candidate and could solicit funds to support his campaign. However, he would be
ineligible for federal matching funds.
The Obama Eligibility Question.
Never in American history has a national leader served under a darker cloud of suspicion than Barack Hussein
Obama. Was he born in Hawaii or in Kenya? Did he become an Indonesian citizen in 1967? Where
did he spend the summer of 1981? Did he actually attend classes at Columbia? Did he write Dreams
from My Father? These are all interesting questions, but not the most critical ones. The most
critical question relates to his eligibility. Is he eligible to serve as President of the United States,
or is he a usurper?
This may be just a red herring. It could be that Donald Trump is raising questions about
President Obama's citizenship, eligibility and legitimacy as president only for Trump's personal
gain. He might be about to run for office, or he might be trying to make fools of everyone
who doubts Obama's citizenship. So Mr. Trump's concerns are to be taken with a grain of salt;
however, at least he's presenting his doubts to a national audience and getting a lot of people to
question their beliefs about Obama.

"He grew up and nobody knew him. You know? When you interview people, if ever I got the nomination,
if I ever decide to run, you may go back and interview people from my kindergarten. They'll remember

strange. The whole thing is very strange," he added.

Trump Doubts Obama's Citizenship. Donald Trump, in an interview on ABC's Good Morning America,
has expressed some doubt about President Obama's citizenship, telling ABC's Ashleigh Banfield that unlike the
president, if people tried to learn more about his life, they'd have no problem finding people who remembered
him from his childhood. By comparison, Trump suggests Obama is a man of mystery who only emerged later in
life. "It's very strange," Trump said.

The Donald a secret agent for the Democrats? [Scroll down] Doubters of Obama's citizen
birth now make up a majority of voters who say they're likely to participate in a Republican primary next
year, according to a Public Policy Polling survey in February. Some 51 percent say they don't
think the president was born in the United States, while only 28 percent believe that he was.
That's an uptick in GOP birtherism since August 2009, the last time the Public Policy pollsters tested
the question nationally.
Proofers and Birthers Get a Boost from Trump.
Proofers want PROOF that Obama is who he says he is. While birthers focus mainly on Obama's birth
certificate, or rather lack thereof, proofers are more concerned with the overall cover-up — the astonishing
paucity of verifiable information about Obama's life. Due to the lack of documented history, we are
supposed to content ourselves with his self-serving "autobiography" "Dreams from My Father."

Trump will believe it when he sees it. The loud-mouthed billionaire called out President Obama during
an appearance on "The View" Wednesday, demanding the nation's leader put an end to the debate over whether or
not he was actually born in the United States. "I want him to show his birth certificate. I want
him to show his birth certificate," Trump shouted to the show's five co-hosts. "There's something on that
birth certificate that he doesn't like."

Visiting Geraldo Rivera tonight, Trump insisted that, hope as he may that President Obama was American,
"we shouldn't have to be talking about the word hope."

has a birth certificate or he doesn't," Trump said in an interview on Fox News Monday. "I didn't think
this was such a big deal, but I will tell you, it's turning out to be a very big deal because people now are
calling me from all over saying please don't give up on this issue." Trump didn't stop there. In
the interview he also called for an investigation into Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie, who is close to the
Obama family and led an unsuccessful effort to make public a copy of the president's birth certificate.
"I think this guy should be investigated," Trump said. "He remembers when Obama was born? Give me
a break — he's just trying to do something for his party."

On CNN: Obama May Have Pulled Off 'Greatest Scam In History'. Trump pivoted from his earlier
comments, saying "if he was three years old or two years old or one year old and people remember him, that's
irrelevant." Trump also said he doubts the Hawaiian governor remembers the president's birth, saying
the governor may be "taking a bullet for the party." In an interview marked by an often sarcastic and
combative Trump, the Apprentice star suggested that President Obama — if he was not truly
born in the U.S. — has pulled off "the greatest scam in history."
The Importance of Supporting Trump:
As Trump points out, we are talking about one of the biggest scams in history. And scams don't call for
impeachment, they call for jail time. Obama himself may be off-limits, because of the social repercussions
that would stem from his arrest, but there are a host of other people who are certainly fair game.
Their knowing collusion with the scam (misprision of felony) is crime enough to land them in prison.
Is this The Donald's business deal of a
lifetime? There is no doubt that the massive quest probing Obama's eligibility is right to
never let up on questioning the eligibility of the man who would destroy America. Searching for truth
calls for selfless sincerity, never the placing of trust in an unproven hero of the moment. There is no
guarantee that at any given moment counting down to 2012 that Donald Trump won't say his people on the ground
in Hawaii have proven that Obama WAS born in Hawaii.

critics as kooks. Nor are Donald Trump's political positions such as to create a stampede to his cause.

about him and his politics — has boldly challenged President Obama on a number of issues,
including the notorious birth certificate fracas, obviously unconcerned about fallout from the liberal

New Yorker's Editor. A New Yorker article by editor David Remnick gives away the game in
the headline, "Trump, Birtherism, And Race-Baiting." According to Remnick, the "irrepressible jackass"
Trump has inspired idiot America to believe a series of fantasies about Barack Obama: "There is the birther
fantasy; the fantasy that Bill Ayers wrote "Dreams from My Father"; the fantasy that the President has some
other father, and not Barack Obama, Sr.; the fantasy that Obama got into Harvard Law School with the help of a
Saudi prince and the Nation of Islam." Remnick adds as a Harvard subset the fantasy that Obama is "intellectually
incapable." ... To set the record straight, let us tackle these "fantasies" in reverse order.
The Case Against Barack
Obama, Sr. [Scroll down slowly] The evidence is clear: there is no license; there was no
marriage. Ann took Obama's name, but there was no love, no estrangement, no coercion, no selfless gallantry
in the "marriage." Obama was a financially desperate student who got a big break when the Dunhams found
him and paid him to be a father in name only. Ann and son Barry went on with their lives, and Obama continued
on with his studies. Is it possible that our president doesn't know this? I find that hard to believe.
I do know, though, that he used the compelling, but mythical, story of an African father and Midwestern mother
to get elected.
Boorish Obama Repeatedly Attacks Trump at Media
Dinner. It took Obama about 10 seconds before he attacked Donald Trump at the White House
Correspondents' Dinner Saturday night [4/30/2011]. Of course, Donald Trump was sitting in the room
and did not have an opportunity to respond.
Obama Blinks.
What was it that made Trump successful? The correct answer is probably that he was someone that
the press couldn't ignore. They could ignore Joe Farah at World Net Daily and call him a fringe
kook if his name ever came up. Any other "birthers" could be dumped into the same category; not
serious journalists, and so on. The trouble was that the issue was gaining traction.
Polls were reporting that between 25% and 30% of Americans had serious doubts about Obama's citizenship.
The traction was what made the difference. He had no choice but to cave because another year
or so of this would likely have sunk his re-election bid.
The Bullied Nation. When Obama
spent half his correspondents dinner taunting [Donald] Trump, it was a sight you could easily see in any school
cafeteria. The difference is that he chose to do it in a forum where he had no fear of being answered
back, using lines written for him by a writer from the Daily Show. It was bullying of the cowardly
sort. Which just goes to show you that some of the bullied, harbor a secret wish to be bullies
themselves. But when they get the chance to be bullies, they still practice it in a cowardly way.
Three months later... Trump
still skeptical of Obama's birth certificate. Now that he's no longer interested in a run
for the White House, at least for the time being, it would make sense for real estate mogul Donald Trump
to drop the whole "birther controversy" subject, right? But Trump isn't.
Barack Obama finally releases his birth certificate -- but is it genuine?
President Obama, after years of inexplicable stonewalling, finally released a document
that he claims is his birth certificate on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, but immediately there arose substantial questions
about the authenticity of the document. The serial number is still out of order -- the
number is higher than the birth certificates for people born the next day -- and even if the
document is authentic, which it isn't, it still doesn't fix a number of other problems:
Mr. Obama is fundamentally dishonest. All the evasion and chicanery that he has exhibited
over the last three years is an indication that there is still a great deal of deception afoot.
In addition, there are still legitimate doubts about his citizenship: As a child, Barry
Soetoro was registered in grade school in Indonesia as an Indonesian
citizen.*
That means he is a dual citizen or a naturalized U.S. citizen at best, and it is illegal for
such a person to hold the office of President.
The document tossed out by Obama on April 27 (right before he left the room without answering any
questions and skipped town on Air Force One) has been Photoshopped, ironically either for greater clarity
or for obfuscation. It's good enough to fool most people -- at least the ones who want to let the
matter drop, such as the newsroom staff at CNN.
Father's race on the Obama birth
certificate: only a curiosity or a smoking gun? I admit that I am not, by any stretch of the
imagination, an expert on birth documents nor am I terribly familiar with the details of the current
birth certificate controversy. Nevertheless, there is one thing that I don't quite understand.
On the Certification of Live Birth (COLB), now widely available on the internet, Obama's father's race is
listed as "African". First, "African" usually defines a location not a race. Second, the common
usage for the race of black Africans in 1961 would have been "Negro" or "Negroid". Third, "African" is
not listed as a race in the federal Office of Management and Budget policy documents (1977, 1997).
The Editor says...
It may be evidence, but it is not proof. Second, the evidence appears to have been doctored.
Third, there are still many unanswered questions about Obama's past and doubts about his citizenship, as
explained above.
White House Releases
Obama Birth Certificate. The White House on Wednesday released President Barack Obama's original
"Certificate of Live Birth" from Hawaii amid persistent questions about his citizenship from some of his
political opponents.
Tea
Partiers want more than the birth certificate. Tea Party Express spokesman Levi Russell
told TheDC that his group is "glad that Obama finally followed through on his campaign promise of
transparency, but are left wondering why it took two years and relentless effort by Trump to force
him to do so," before adding that, "we hope this means the President is now ready to release the many
other records about his past that he has gone to great lengths to conceal from the American public."

Birth Certificate Moved to More Secure Location Months Ago. More than a month before Donald
Trump began his media blitzkrieg over the issue of President Obama's birth certificate, the document was
quietly moved to a more secure location within a dual combination-key lock safe inside the state's health
department vault. The certificate was moved there by Alvin Onaka, Hawaii's State Registrar, in response
to what had already become an increasing number of media requests by FoxNews.com and others, according to sources.
Obama's Birthplace
Mystery: The Real Issue. Since a person's character becomes the foundation of his intentions
and actions, it is safe to assume that a person's observable behavior is an indication of his true character.
Thus, clarity and commitment to honesty are essential to a good character. It is for this reason that
Obama's obfuscation of his background and other personal history induces many Americans to think that Obama
has a deeply questionable character and is unfit to be the leader of the nation.
Birth
certificate isn't Obama's only secret. The belated White House release of the "long form"
birth certificate answers one constitutional issue, but a host of other questions remains about the most
mysterious president in modern history. Mr. Obama's hostility to openness drives the public's
curiosity about the most basic facts of his life. ... Secrecy breeds speculation.
Not So Fast, Mr. Obama:
Trust But Verify. Yesterday, President Obama released a long form birth certificate.
In doing so, he lectured Americans about what was truly important in America. "We do not have time
for this kind of silliness," he intoned. "We've got better stuff to do. I've got better
stuff to do. We've got big problems to solve, and I'm confident we can solve them, but we're
going to have to focus on them, not on this." He then promptly boarded Air Force One to solve one of
those vital problems — by flying to Chicago for another appearance on Oprah's show. Let's
focus now on one very simple question: why did he fight not to release the long form birth
certificate?
Obama's long
form COLB may be 'fake but accurate'. The notion that the White House would release a
fraudulent document boggles the mind. Unless one is dealing with a student of Saul Alinsky. Having
watched the Rathergate computer-based debunking of a fake document, Obama knew that his long form COLB would be
similarly analyzed. My strong suspicion is that the data on the document released by the White House is
accurate, but that the document was digitally altered precisely to bait the so-called birthers into disputing
it, thus continuing the controversy and further marginalizing his opponents.

Weighs In. The document presented by the White House is not a scan, it is a computer-generated
composite.
Graphic Artist Questions Obama Birth Certificate.
After downloading the birth certificate straight off of the White House's website, he started noticing the
apparent flaws in a computer program called Adobe Illustrator. "Legitimate digitized, scanned documents
will always have [a] faded appearance... There are too many jagged features, here," he said as the scoured
the certificate. "So, it's not a single document, it's actually 'compositive' layers." Colby
says scanned images should only have one digitized layer. He says President Obama's birth certificate
has almost 50 layers.
A Scary Story of Facsimiles and Forgery.
By now most true, patriotic Americans — "we the people" — know that the Obama "birth certificate"
released last week is a forgery, but many (being unfamiliar with Adobe "Photoshop" or "Illustrator"), have
yet to grasp how obvious, undeniable, and flagrant the forgery is. Permit me to present a short
lesson on the subject.
Critics:
Obama's Latest Long-Form Birth Certificate Is a Fake. [Scroll down] Look at the
attached 1961 sample image found on the Internet of a legitimate 1961 Hawaii Birth Certificate (which
someone posted to show what a real certificate would look like from that year in Hawaii)... look at the
marks on this Internet version and you can see this was the template for Obama's BC handiwork. The
handwriting is exactly the same between posted Internet image and Obama's fake version — the
placement of boxes and marks are in the exact same position, dates are where the modified clipping masks
occur to adjust dates to fit for Obama, but the handwriting of dates match (except for the clipping mask
changes).
The Document Has Been Either Pasted Together, Or For Some
Reason, Taken Apart. [Scroll down] The question is, how have we come to this point of
questioning every move Obama makes? The left will tell you it's because the right is either crazy or
racist, or both. That's preposterous. Obama has been making his own bed. He delayed
releasing what the Clinton campaign asked for over 2 years ago. He still hasn't released his
education or medical records.
Frustrated
in Defeat, 'View' Crew Trashes Trump as 'Racist'. I'm no Birther, I simply believe that the
White House and MSM teamed up to keep the birth certificate issue alive as a weapon to use against the
Right. As an example, nothing made NBC's David Gregory happier than to ask a conservative about the
issue and subsequently nothing made the rest of the corrupt media happier than to amplify that moment and
use it to drown out the conservative political message. So instead of the MSM doing their job and
educating the public — as they did when McCain's place of birth was questioned — they
chose to palace-guard Obama and join in on the racial smearing. This was all about fundraising,
distracting, and dividing. Or, what we call standard operating procedure when it comes to
our friends on the Left.

Host: Donald Trump and Tea Partiers Are Racist. On MSNBC's The Last Word with Lawrence
O'Donnell, PBS host Tavis Smiley had a lot to say about Donald Trump and race. Specifically, Smiley
argued that Trump has been "race-baiting" as a way to "[play] to the worst in the tea party."
Obama's
birth certificate proves Americans are powerless. Mr. Obama did not release the birth
certificate because the media pressured him or because the courts actually listened to one of the many
cases that were filed. He released it because an obsessed billionaire threatened his electability in
2012, which forces us to ask the question: What good are our democratic institutions if they don't
stand up for the people? Journalists did not address the fact that the president was refusing to
resolve an issue about his constitutional eligibility. Instead, they covered the "birther" movement
in an effort to discredit any American who had a legitimate question.
Obama has declared war on the Constitution.
The authors of the Constitution no doubt based their understanding of the term "natural born citizen," on the
1758 book "The Law of Nations" by Emerich de Vattel, who wrote: "... natural-born citizens, are those
born in the country, of parents who are citizens. ... children naturally follow the condition of their
fathers, and succeed to all their rights. ... The country of the fathers is therefore that of the
children..." The narrative of the 14th Amendment is also consistent with the Framers
intent regarding dual allegiance and natural born citizenship.
The Editor says...
Obama's father was a citizen of what country? Kenya. The Framers of the Constitution would
therefore consider him ineligible.
Why NOW, Mr. President? On
April 27, 2011, some two and a half years on, Obama released what he called "the certification" of his
long form birth certificate. Problem is, in so doing, he left a much bigger question than before for
all who care about the American constitution.
I have important things to do, like destroy the
country. It really wasn't 'silliness' as he stated in his press conference on Wednesday the
27th [of April], 2011. It was only what the demanding media and liberals requested and got from John
McCain, also running during the last election cycle. Obama was AWOL with his. In fact, instead,
he spent nearly 2 million dollars to hide all his records, College, Passport and Birth certificate.
Naturally he had to do that simply because of our silliness and endless addiction to diversion and racism.

releasing his birth certificate was made necessary because the media were distracted by the issue, and were
thereby neglecting the important stories, then why in the world would he release it on the same day news
broke of his decision to appoint Gen. David Petraeus as CIA director and Leon Panetta secretary of defense?
Surely these are the kinds of substantive stories the media should spend their time covering instead of being
distracted by the birth certificate. But with his press conference, the president guaranteed that no one
would cover anything that day except the birther issue.
Just in Time, Obama
Changes the Subject. [Scroll down] The New Yorker piece — and its devastating
"leading from behind" quote — had entered the mainstream media. The whole thing was, shall
we say, about to metastatize. Time to change the subject. And a topic was readily at hand.
That very morning, the White House released the President's long-sought Hawaiian birth certificate.

Other Hand. While we were distracted by the president's birth certificate show-and-tell, his EPA
releases its guidelines for expanding federal power under the Clean Water Act. America's economy and
freedom are at stake.

got Trumped. Amazing. I have never seen anything like the bizarre spectacle that unfolded yesterday,
when the president of the United States was forced by a private citizen — neither a journalist nor
(as yet) a politician — to prove his status as natural-born citizen, more than two years after
he was elected to the highest office in the land. No matter how the White House tries to spin this,
President Obama has been deeply damaged by this birth-certificate mess, damage that is entirely self-inflicted.
The Obama Lie That
Drove the Birther Movement. [Scroll down] For the last two years or more, many in the
birther community knew that Obama's "multicultural ideal" was based on a lie. Knowing that Obama was
capable of lying about the first two years of his life, they had no reason to believe he was telling the
truth about his birth, especially given the lengths he had gone to in order to protect his birth
certificate.
Birthers
Still Disbelieve. The release of President Obama's "long-form" birth certificate has not
satisfied many so-called birthers who question the conditions of the president's birth and his eligibility
to hold office. Here is a roundup of the new conspiracy theories cropping up in response to the White
House release.
The New Burning
Question: I figure this puts the birther thing to bed once and for all. Good. But
it does raise the perplexing question: If this was possible all along, why did the WH take such sweet
time releasing it? Could it be that this White House, continuing a tactic used by Democrats for years,
actually liked being able to cast their opponents — often through guilt by association —
as paranoid nuts? No, that couldn't possibly be it.
Obama's Long Form Birth Certificate Adds Proof That Obama Is
Not Eligible! Simply put, if Obama or Hawaii had this all along, then why wasn't it
released years ago when the Clinton's and thousands of others had requested it, or in response to the
41 or so lawsuits... and why did a decorated military officer have to go to jail for 6 months
because Obama refused to release this earlier for that trial?
Widow
of Dr. David Sinclair who delivered President Obama: 'I had no idea'. President Obama didn't
just bushwack the birthers by suddenly releasing his birth certificate -- he shocked the widow of the
Honolulu doctor who delivered him. "It is a great thrill and a great honor," a delighted Ivalee
Sinclair said in interviews with CNN and Hawaiian news outlets. "I had no idea. I was just
overwhelmed with the news." Sinclair said her late husband David, who died in 2003, never told her
he delivered the future president.
The Editor says...
No there's some sloppy reporting. In 2003, there was no way to know -- or even suspect -- that
Obama was the future president. Maybe that's why the doctor never mentioned it.
The Editor continues...
This particular doctor is now deceased, so there is probably no way to verify or refute the doctor's
signature on this birth certificate. Chances are his records were shredded years ago, making
the whole matter impossible to verify. But it seems to me that the more surprised the doctor's
family is, the harder it is to believe that the doctor's name and signature weren't forged, especially
in light of Mr. Obama's track record with
the truth.
Trump and the Hunt
for Red Obama. The Administration's Olympic level backstroking continued this week with the
President's [vituperative], arrogant presser in which he finally released his long form birth certificate,
something his staff and allies had earlier said had been burned, or was the Certificate of Live Birth the
Daily Kos had posted, or didn't exist, or was impossible to obtain even by Obama. It turned out that all
he had to do was ask, and the state of Hawaii provided it to his lawyer almost instantly. This left
people asking why he'd expended so many dollars, caused the Hawaiian officials and employees so much needless
work, and embarrassed Mike Isikoff, CNN, and others in the Obama media claque who'd been busy peddling the
White House spin that Obama couldn't get the document Trump and others had been demanding to see. Why
did he go through so much effort to conceal, why did it take what he called "sideshows and carnival barkers"
to force him to provide a document all of us must present countless times in our own lives? I think
because he's an obstinate egotist determined to control all information about himself. A juvenile
jerk, in other words.

Obama's "Nixonian" moment?
There are indeed legitimate questions regarding the authenticity of the purported certificate of birth based
on the most cursory and preliminary examinations already performed. ... Although the same standard of examination
and investigation to which former President Richard M. Nixon was held needs to be applied to the Obama
sanctioned document, note that Obama, much like Nixon with the tapes, initially fought against the release
of his long form birth certificate through his use of lawyers and other diversionary roadblocks. When
seemingly cornered, Nixon furnished the audio sans the 18 minutes, which resulted in his ultimate
downfall. Can it be the same today?
In the wake of Obama's release of his long-form birth certificate... 'Natural-born citizen' info vanishes off
Wikipedia. Reference to a key source cited by Founding Fathers in their development of the
constitutional qualifications for the presidency is missing from Wikipedia's entry on "natural-born citizenship"
in the wake of Barack Obama's release of his long-form birth certificate. Blogger Paul Smith points out
that reference to the Swiss legal philosopher Emmerich de Vattel and his seminal definition of natural-born
citizenship can no longer be found in the Wikipedia entry.
Were Americans set up by the press and then
scammed by the Congress? In April 2008, it appears that a political deal was struck between
the Democrats and Republicans that would provide cover for both McCain and Obama on the issue of eligibility.
That would also explain the continuing conspiracy of silence by our political elite. Because SR 511
has no force of law, Congress protected itself from legal consequences, but by political fiat they could do a
"quick and dirty" amendment to the Constitution. My fellow Americans ... we've been had.
Online 'birth certificate' document
'was changed'. A computer document expert who analyzed the online image of Barack Obama's
purported Certificate of Live Birth for WND confirmed there are anomalies inconsistent with a simple
scanning process, and there is evidence it has been manipulated, but there's no way to determine exactly
what may have been modified. The end result is that while it is known there were changes, the full
extent of operations that were done to the image cannot be determined at this point.
Obama's
Super-Secret Presidency. After three years of demonizing, birtherizing and moralizing, Obama
finally did what he ought to have done a long time ago. He replaced rhetoric with action and released
a document that we all have to show at some time or another in our life to get a passport or a driver's
license or enter the military. Being president isn't a birthright for a favorite son; it's a
privilege. Documentation comes with the job.
The Birth
Certificate. Since the birth certificate is unlikely to be subjected to tests for age of paper,
ink intensities or compared to a reconstruction of all the serial numbers, all the skeptics are ever going
to have is a glimpse of Obama's dollar. That is all most of us have: an assertion of authenticity
by normally trusted authorities. Obama's supporters will argue that any demand for further proof —
tests that we ourselves would not routinely be subjected to — is tantamount to treating him like a
felon. It springs from a pre-existing bias. They would be right. The reason people have been
looking for the birth certificate isn't because they mistrust official birth certificates in general.
It is because they mistrust Obama.
How the Media Falsify Obama's
Origins Story: [Scroll down] Smathers requested these documents in September 2010.
They arrived conveniently on April 18, 2011. She posted them on April 26. Obama released
his long-form birth certificate on April 27 with the unusual designation "II" after his name, not "Jr."
as one might expect. The INS documents offer official backup to the date on Obama's birth certificate,
but the official's repetition of the unusual locution "II" leaves me a tad suspicious as does the timing of
the documents' release. A hand-written document copied to a CD cannot be hard to falsify.
Hawaii detective charges: 'Birth certificate'
a fraud. A private investigator claims employees of the state Department of Health forged three
Hawaiian birth certificates for Barack Obama to "screw with birthers." Takeyuki Irei told WND one document
placed the birth at Kapiolani hospital, another at Queens Medical Center and a third in Kenya. The
57-year-old detective, who has been a P.I. since the 1980s, said he was stunned when he discovered that the
purported copy of Obama's original birth certificate released by the White House was more or less an exact
image of one of the forgeries.
U.S. always questioned Obama citizenship.
The birth certificate released by the White House is not even compatible with the description provided by
former Hawaii health department director Chiyome Fukino, who reported that it was partially typewritten and
partially handwritten. It is completely typewritten except for signatures; The document does not reflect
Obama's apparent adoption by Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian. In other words, the "birth certificate"
raises more questions than it answers.
Obama birth certificate linked to previous
'forgery'? Could it be that the document released by the White House as President Obama's
"Certificate of Live Birth" from the state of Hawaii is linked with a well-known forgery that states Obama
was born in Kenya and his Hawaiian birth was registered by his grandmother? An analysis posted on
Facebook by GoodTryBarry shows that markings on the Kenya document appear to be the same as markings on the
White House release.
Obama's ineligibility: The
oath of office for US President is unique. No other Federal official is required to preserve, protect,
and defend the Constitution. The President is the custodian of the Constitution, the fundamental laws
governing our country. ... Obama, in his first act as President, dishonored the oath of office by accepting
a position for which he was not eligible. It was not a demonstration of "preserve, protect and defend",
but more likely an initial step towards radically transforming the country by undermining the foundation upon
which it is based. Without the Constitution, there is no linchpin for the rule of law and the enforcement
of law becomes an arbitrary tool of the state. It is a recipe for tyranny.
Denville author believes
President Obama's birth certificate is fake. In a quiet subdivision in Denville, tucked amidst
the flowering dogwood trees, is the boiler room for the "birther" movement. It's the home office of
author Jerome Corsi, who hopes his newest book will do to President Obama what his previous "Swift Boat"
book did to candidate John Kerry.
'Where's the Birth Certificate' becomes 'Why would
Obama publicly mock man asking'. [Scroll down] Writing in American Thinker, Jack Cashill makes
a strong stand for the Corsi book. "Unlike every other candidate in modern presidential history, Obama did not
choose to share any of his essential documents, and the media happily obliged him. As Corsi details, Obama has
shielded those records involved with his adoption, his kindergarten, Punahou School, Occidental College, his passport and
travel, Columbia University (including his senior thesis), Harvard Law School, his medical history, his Chicago law
practice, his State senate career, as well as his SAT and LSAT scores, and, until recently, his very birth certificate."
Obama's ineligibility: Has the time come
for rebellion? Americans have a right to know whether or not the occupant of the White House is
a criminal. The political elite and the state-run media do not want anyone to talk about it. They
say that there are more important issues to discuss than if Barack Hussein Obama has committed felonies before
and after arriving in the Oval Office. The conspiracy of silence by the political elite and the associated
news blackout can only be explained by complicity in a cover-up of possible criminal acts. If there is
another explanation, I would like to know it.
Obama's ineligibility: The U.S. government must
be purged. The Obama issue is about complicity, negligence, avarice and cowardice. There are
likely many who are complicit in a cover-up, many who were derelict in their duty to screen Obama and many selfish
individuals who love their power and privileges more than their country. Smoking out Obama will be a tough
and dirty business. None of our professional politicians want to soil their hands.
Obama's ineligibility: We know.
We know that Obama's birth documents are probably forgeries. We know his Social Security number was
likely stolen. We know that there is much more hidden information that might reflect very negatively
upon him or provide evidence of other criminal behavior. We know that the truth about Obama will
eventually be revealed and everyone who participated in the fraud must be tracked down and punished.
"I forged Obama's certificate" identity near
discovery. Dr. Jerome Corsi, whose latest book "Where's the Birth Certificate" stated that
since publication of the book he has received many more leads that point to President Obama being
ineligible to be Commander-in-Chief. Dr. Corsi is a senior staff writer with WorldNetDaily, the
largest independent news site on the internet.
On Eligibility, It's Up to the States.
Many Americans became aware, during the 2008 presidential campaign, that Barack Obama had problems with his
Article II constitutional qualifications, and, accordingly, many of us across the country did everything
we knew to do to alert the members of the Electoral College, Congress, state governors, and even some military
officials. Letters, emails, faxes, and telephone calls barraged their offices, and some chose to visit
those officials personally. However, in the history of our country, I doubt there has ever been the
level of stonewalling by our elected officials that we witnessed during that time.

Analysis of President Obama's Certificate of Live Birth: What President Obama Presented to the
Public is an alleged Certificate of Live Birth. What President Obama presented is not the hospital
birth certificate. The birth certificate would have the imprint of the baby's footprint, weight,
length and other information. Some even have religion. The Birth Certificate would be the source
of the same information that would be typed onto the Certificate of Live Birth (the Long Form, COLB).
What President Obama released is supposedly the Long Form that the County gets from the hospital, which is
typed on a blank form given to the hospitals by the county. That copy is then mailed to the county
Board of Health and kept as a legal government document. On Obama's form the County Clerk supposedly
hand stamped the form on the upper right hand corner with a bates number stamp.
A willfully ignorant Congress.
Hawaii's state health director, Chiyome Fukino, and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have not
affirmed that Obama's Certificate of Live Birth (birth certificate) is genuine. There has never been any
vetting or investigations of Obama's eligibility by federal agencies. None of the third parties mentioned
by [Senator Michael] Bennet are objective and non-partisan. It's a sham. In fact, there is far
more evidence from independent third parties demonstrating that Obama's Certificate of Live Birth, which he
presented as his own during the April 27, 2011 press conference, is a forgery.
Obama's Father's Day
Fraud. In the first paragraph of an exclusive Father's Day essay for People Magazine,
Obama continues the fiction that his father, Barack Obama Sr., "left when I was two years old." ... It is
clear that the marriage of Obama's parents was a sham. The couple never lived together, and it is
likely they were never married. The mom was living with her infant son in Seattle within weeks of his
birth, while the presumed dad was back in Hawaii. ... If the president persists in lying about the first
few years of his life, why should we accept his account of the first few days?
Obama will Resign and for Good Reason.
The nation can be put right again as a Constitutional Republic. Obama has led an unlawful regime.
America has been drunk on socialism since the 1930s. It's time to sober up.

Analysis of President Obama's Certificate of Live Birth. I have irrefutably proven that the
Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011 is a fraudulently
created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator or other graphic programs on a Mac OS
computer and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii
and multiple violations under U.S. Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec. 1028, and
therefore an impeachable offense. When this comes to the public's attention, it will be the greatest
scandal in the country's history — nothing comes even close.

Adobe expert doubts Obama birth certificate.
Gary Poyssick, an expert on Adobe Systems Inc. software, continues to maintain there is something "fishy"
about the Obama long-form birth certificate released by the White House. "What the White House released
is not a simple scan," Poyssick told WND. "Something digital came between the paper and the glass."
White
House Ordered COLB In 2008 Yet it is Date Stamped 2007. If you recall, one of the first Obama
short-form COLB's posted online was the crease-less, seal-less, redacted COLB that is posted at Obama's
FightTheSmears website. Instead of the White House posting that COLB, or even the short-form with
creases and a seal like at Factcheck, Pixel Patriot pointed out to me that they posted a new version of the
original COLB in a monochromatic format. That is significant because you can no longer see the
patterned background or the date stamp. That new version is a PDF document created from a JPEG image
with a date stamp of April 25, 2011 originating from a Snopes message board.
Author: 'Birth certificate' prompts departure of White House
counsel. [Scroll down] "I believe both [White House Chief of Staff Bill] Daley and
[White House counsel Bob] Bauer believed until recently that Obama was telling the truth and that the birth
certificate was really there in the Hawaii DOH," [Jerome] Corsi said. "But when they realized that the
last-modified date stamp on the computer file of the Obama birth certificate — put up on the White House
website on April 27 — was that very same morning, it contradicted the idea the file was an
earlier scan of the original Obama birth certificate in the Hawaii vault log book. What modifications
to the file were being made at the White House? Was the file originally created at the White House?
Why wasn't the file made and closed in Hawaii where the scan of the original document was supposedly made?
A vast conspiracy against America.
Barack Obama is an illegal President, who has likely committed felonies in office and there is an active conspiracy
to prevent the American people from learning the truth. There is evidence that Obama's birth documents and
Selective Service registrations are forgeries and that he is using a stolen Social Security number. Yet
there are no investigations to ascertain the facts. There is only willful ignorance. Many of our
political leaders and government officials are either actively or passively complicit in this crime against
our Constitution and our country.
The Chosen One.

birth certificate showing that he was born in Hawaii's Kapiolani hospital. There seems to be no reason to
question its validity any more than that of any dollar bill — except that Obama has played an as yet

must now accept the fact that the present United States Congress is hopelessly corrupt. They are
deliberately ignoring legitimate requests by the American people to address the fact that Barack Obama is an
illegal President and to investigate the evidence that he has committed felonies. I have received many
emails from readers who have petitioned their members of Congress multiple times only to have their pleas
completely disregarded.
Confessions
of a Birther Evangelist. [Scroll down] There is a tacit agreement among the DNC,
GOP, the legislative and judicial branches, each state's office of Secretary of State, and
conservative and liberal media outlets that the Birthers are kooks, Obama's digitally assembled
birth certificate is legit, and [we can disregard] that old, racist Article 2, Section 1.
Experts say Obama certificate not scan of original
document. Detailed technical analysis of the PDF file the White House released April 27
indicates it is not a scan of the original document, as claimed by the White House, but instead is the
final form of an electronic file used to forge the birth certificate on Adobe software, according to
reports by experts. Failure to demonstrate how a simple computer scan can produce the effects
observed in the Obama birth certificate PDF lends support to arguments that the Obama birth certificate
is a forgery, the experts contend.
The political-media complex.
There has never been any doubt that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the Presidency according to the
Constitution and the binding Supreme Court precedent of Minor vs. Happersett. At least twenty
document experts have now shown that Obama's Certificate of Live Birth is a forgery. The Social
Security Administration has corroborated that Obama is using a Social Security Number not issued
to him. His Selective Service registration is a forgery. All are felonies.
Sufficient evidence is already available. The problem is that neither Congress nor any legal
authority will take action.
The big stall. [Scroll
down] On April 27, 2011, Obama presented a forged Certificate of Live Birth to the American
people. He is using a Social Security Number that is not his own and he has forged his Selective
Service registration. In order to break the political-media complex, it is critical to remove Obama
from office before the 2012 election. If we do not resist now, it will represent our endorsement of
permanent political corruption in Washington, D.C.
Obama intent — Destroy
America. Clarity, evidence and knowledge apparently mean nothing to most of our media,
political leaders and elite. Most already know, from entry level to the big boys, we all listen
to and watch, that Obama is not Constitutionally eligible to be President. Most also know by now
that on April 27th, 2011, Obama presented a proven forgery of a long form birth certificate to the
media and nation. Doug Vogt, a 29-year veteran, document examiner analyzed the presented document
Obama showed thoroughly. He quickly signed an affidavit declaring it a total fraud and forgery
and registered a 25-page complaint with the FBI. Last I checked, showing a forgery to the public
and using false documentation is a felony.
Birther Card: Coulter's
Turn. [Scroll down] I would add that it is possible to be neither racist nor paranoid and
not believe Obama wrote his own books. It is also possible to believe that Obama was born in Hawaii but
is not eligible for the presidency. His father's lack of US citizenship and temporary US domicile, Obama
junior's admitted dual citizenship, and Obama's possible Indonesian citizenship are substantive issues that
affect what many believe was the contention of the Constitution's framers: that the Commander-in-Chief
have undivided allegiance at birth and thereafter.
Singer Pat Boone
insists Obama born in Kenya. "Why else would he be hiding all of his records? He's
spending millions of dollars so that we do not have his records," Boone said. "And experts have already
looked at and been able to verify that this long-form document is a fraud... But the media ignores it... A
total fraud. A photo-shopped fraud."
It doesn't matter where his Birth Certificate is
hidden. Obama is not a natural born citizen as required by our rock-solid Constitution.
It shouldn't matter where his long form birth certificate is hiding or frankly where he was born. Even
though mountains of evidence point to Kenya and away from Hawaii, he is already ineligible to be our President.
This is the biggest fraud and threat to our way of life our nation has ever seen.
Is Obama Constitutionally Qualified, Or Is He
a Fraud? Are our legislators in Congress guilty of having violated their Oaths of Office that
were administered to each and every elected member of Congress and have they in fact participated in a vast
cover-up of widely presumed false and/or forged certificates of Obama's birth showing U. S. citizenship?
Doing nothing is the same as participating.
That's odd... I saw nothing about this in the U.S. news media. Top
court rejects bid to disqualify US President Barack Obama. The US Supreme Court has slapped down
a new bid seeking to show that Barack Obama was ineligible to be elected president of the United States in the
2008 White House race. The nation's highest court refused to take up a case brought by three people "who
claim President Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States of America and, hence, is
ineligible to be the president," court documents said.
Rick Perry
doesn't know if Obama's birth certificate is real. Obama released a certificate of live birth
during his 2008 campaign, but that didn't satisfy some people, who questioned whether it was real. The
White House released the long-form version of his Hawaii birth certificate earlier this year, but some in the
"birther" movement, including Trump, still aren't convinced. "I don't know," Perry said when asked if he
believed the birth certificate was real. "I had dinner with Donald Trump the other night. ... He doesn't
think it's real. ... I don't have any idea."
Conspiracies, Lies,
and Justiagate. In his ongoing quest to prove that the founding fathers never intended to allow
the commander-in-chief to have divided allegiance at birth, [attorney Leo] Donofrio recently uncovered a strange
situation he calls "Justiagate," documented in an article by Dianna Cotter. ... She detailed Donofrio's alarming
discovery that at least 25 Supreme Court decisions on Justia's database had been subjected to some sort of
tampering.
JustiaGate. It would not
be until October of 2008 that Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility would be questioned as to his status as a dual
citizen at the time of his birth. Meanwhile, at the "Supreme Court Center" of the influential legal research
website Justia.com, efforts were underway corrupting at least 25 Supreme Court cases by erasing references to the
words "Minor V. Happersett" along with references to other relevant cases on the issue along with the insertion
of misleading numerical ciations. And In two documented cases actual text was removed. Clearly this
was done in these specific cases in order to prevent their being found by internet researchers long before anyone
had even begun to look for them, even before Obama would win the Democratic Nomination at the DNC Convention in
Denver, Colorado in August '08. This is premeditation and intent to deceive.

'Natural Born' Supreme Court Citations Disappear. Did Justia.com deliberately aid Barack Obama in
2008 by helping to hide the one legal case that might prevent him from legally qualifying for the presidency?
On October 20, 2011, New Jersey attorney Leo Donofrio accused online legal research behemoth Justia.com of
surgically redacting important information from their publication of 25 U.S. Supreme Court opinions which cite
Minor v. Happersett, an 1874 decision which arguably contains language that appears to disqualify
anyone from presidential eligibility who wasn't born in the country to parents who were citizens.
Who
is this Barack Obama person, really? Almost everything about him is surrounded in mystery or is the
source of never-ending questions and conspiracy. Even his birth has been questioned. Although the White
House produced a certificate that says he was born in Hawaii on Aug 4, 1961, the document has come under
intense scrutiny by many who say it was either edited or is a complete forgery.
'Birther' bid to challenge Obama's right to be
president rejected. Opponents of President Obama can't take him to court to answer their claims that he wasn't
born in the United States, a federal appeals court ruled Thursday [12/22/2011]. None of the dozens of so-called "birthers"
who filed a federal lawsuit against Obama has the right to sue the president because none has suffered any injury that the
court could heal with a ruling, a three-judge panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals said in upholding a lower
court's dismissal of their lawsuit.
We Know
More About Jesus's Birth Than Obama's. In April 2011, Obama famously told us what we were
allowed to know about his origins. Said he, "Every news outlet that has investigated this, confirm
that, yes, in fact, I was born in Hawaii, August 4, 1961, in Kapiolani Hospital." This, however, was
inaccurate on two counts. For one, up until January 2009, the Obama-friendly websites, including Snopes
and Obama's own campaign website, had been listing Honolulu's Queens Hospital as the site of his birth.
For another, the reporters who had been doing real research — including at least one from the
Boston Globe and another from the New York Times — had failed to confirm any of
the story.
New
Hampshire lawmakers question Obama's citizenship. [State Representative Larry] Rappaport and several
GOP colleagues have been trying to get the New Hampshire secretary of state to remove Mr. Obama from the ballot.
Their argument isn't focused on the old question of the president's birthplace, but on a clause in the U.S.
Constitution that requires a candidate to be a "natural-born citizen." The Republican legislators and their
supporters say Mr. Obama doesn't meet the definition of "natural-born citizen" because his father was Kenyan. ... Although
he doesn't call himself a "birther," Mr. Rappaport doesn't believe the validity of the president's birth certificate.
"If I were asked to make a forgery, I could do a better job," Mr. Rappaport said. "I don't consider that a
birth certificate at all."

Security story. Internet behemoth Google apparently is clamping down further on consumers'
access to a report about President Obama's Social Security number, which points out the number was designated
for a Connecticut applicant, by warning that some sites carrying information on the situation "may harm your
computer."
Investigators: Obama uses
Connecticut Social Security Number. Two private investigators working independently are
asking why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut
while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state. In addition, the records
indicate the number was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama's earliest employment reportedly was
in 1975 at a Baskin-Robbins ice-cream shop in Oahu, Hawaii.
Obama's Waterloo: If recently
published reports are true, and I have no reason to doubt they are, then the judgment, reputation and
credibility of many a journalist and politician have been irrevocably destroyed along with the myths planted

The same affidavit contained information, showing that the social security

he used most often, was issued in the state of Connecticut to an individual born in 1890. Since Obama
never resided in the state of Connecticut and was not born in 1890, it was a sign of clear violation of
Title 42 US Code, section 408(a)(7)(B), misuse of a social security number, which is a federal
felony punishable under Title 18 USC by fine or imprisonment of up to five years or both and an
evidence of foreign birth and lack of proper citizenship status.
Who Uses Phony Social Security Numbers?
Most likely the first thought that would come to your mind when asked that question would be: "An illegal
alien." Second would be someone intent on committing identity fraud...
Obama's Social Security number:
Anyone who has researched the subject knows that the "birth" certificates offered to us on the Internet are,
at best, of dubious authenticity. The publication of Dr. Jerome Corsi's new book "Where is the Birth
Certificate" in May, will certainly peak interest in the topic. It may well be that the birth certificate
issue ultimately proves to be the downfall of Obama's reign. Be that as it may, the birth certificate
issue is merely the tip of the iceberg. There are a plethora of other issues that remain unresolved,
un-debated, and unanswered.
Another look at Obama's Social Security
number. By her own admission, [Susan] Daniels is "good with public records." She knows
her way around databases and has access to many that the public does not. "I did not like the way things
were going," Daniels says of the country's drift circa 2009. And so in the best spirit of citizen journalism,
she began to investigate Obama on her own. What she and fellow investigator Neil Sankey unearthed was a
nugget that could have ended the career of a George Bush or a Sarah Palin: Barack Obama had been using a
Social Security number issued in Connecticut between 1977 and 1979, a state in which he never lived or even
visited at that time in his life.
Springs man's claim to have
Obama records starts buzz. [Retired Air Force Col. Gregory] Hollister said Tuesday a private
investigator, Susan Daniels of Ohio, gave him what is purported to be the president's Social Security
number. ... "According to the Social Security Administration, that number was never issued," said Hollister,
who challenged whether the president is an American citizen in a lawsuit the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear
Jan. 18 without requiring a response from the White House. However, that's the Social Security
number that appears on the Selective Service documents Hollister obtained.
Whose
Social Security Number is Soetoro/Obama Using?. Obama never lived in Connecticut, and he certainly
wasn't living there when the number was issue in 1977, rather he was a 15 year old attending high school in
Hawaii. This Connecticut geographic region SSN was used by Obama to register for the Selective Service
System. Obama was either in HI or in CA attending Occidental College during his late teens when he was
required to file and register with the Selective Service System. Use of this SSN by Obama as recently
as the year 2008 has been confirmed by two private investigators -- Susan Daniels and Neil Sankey.
The unraveling of Barry Soetoro, a/k/a Barack
Hussein Obama II: [Scroll down] It has become apparent that at some point, the individual
known as Barry SOETORO began using the name Barack Hussein Obama II. Based on our investigative
findings, it was at about this same time period that the Connecticut issuance of the social security number

Proof that Congress is lying.
Congress has always known that Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen and has never been eligible to be
President, yet they continue to lie to the American people. They are covering up their disregard for

E-Verify
on Obama yields SSN mismatch notice. Previously, when Obama's SSN was entered
into the SSA database for verification by another, it too returned as "failed," stating the
number was never issued. According to Daniels and others' research, the earliest the
Connecticut number ever appeared associated with Obama was in 1986, with the exception of it
appearing on his fraudulently created Selective Service System registration, which was
apparently created in 2008 to appear as if it were filed in 1980.
All members of Congress have violated their oath
of office. Members of Congress continue to feign ignorance when presented with evidence that Obama
is using a stolen Social Security number and has forged his Selective Service registration. It is like
trying to have an intellectual conversation with someone who believes the Earth is flat. It is not, however,
stupidity, but a criminal conspiracy at the very heart of the US government and every member of Congress is

The case of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin
Soldier from
Greeley won't go to Afghanistan until Obama produces birth certificate. A Greeley native and U.S.
Army official has vowed to disobey orders to deploy to Afghanistan until President Barack Obama produces proof
he was born in the United States. Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, who was born in Greeley and graduated from University
High School, is asking Obama on an Internet video posted this week to furnish a birth certificate. "For the
first time in all my years of service to our great nation, and at great peril to my career and future, I am
choosing to disobey what I believe are illegal orders, including an order to deploy to Afghanistan for my
second tour of duty there," Lakin says in the video.
Eligibility challenger: Don't touch
my brain! A U.S. Army flight surgeon who posted a video indicating his complete rejection of all
orders from the military unless Barack Obama documents his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office is now refusing
an "unofficial" suggestion from the Army for a medical evaluation. WND reported this week the Army was
hinting that Lt. Col Terry Lakin should undergo a brain scan and medical review.
Safeguard Our Constitution. LTC Terry
Lakin has tried in vain to get the same verification from our President that he has been asked to provide
countless times in his career, for many jobs, and to obtain a security clearance for the trusted positions he
has held within the U.S. Armed Forces. ... LTC Lakin has questioned the President's "natural born" status, as

'Colonel
Birther' Lakin read miranda rights, Pentagon pass revoked. Lieutenant Colonel Terrence Lakin
yesterday returned to the Pentagon clinic where he has been stationed but this time he was met by his
commander, Colonel Gordon Roberts, who read Lakin his rights and revoked his pass access to the building.
Lakin's computer is also reportedly being seized and the military case for his court martial being prepared.
Army birther Lt. Col. Terry Lakin under
investigation. Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, an Army doctor who's refusing to serve his second tour
of duty in Afghanistan until he sees President Barack Obama's birth certificate, is under investigation by
the Army. Lakin was supposed to report for duty on Monday at Ft. Campbell, Ky., to a unit deploying to
Afghanistan. Instead, he reported to his brigade commander at the Pentagon.

Do you remember the old concept of presumption of innocence? ... Well, like so many other media standards, you
can throw them out the window when it comes to those brave men and women who stand up for principle and the Constitution
in challenging Barack Obama to prove his eligibility for office. As WND first reported, Lt. Col. Terrence
Lakin, an Army doctor, is refusing to deploy as ordered to Afghanistan until Obama offers proof he is a natural

group that supports Lakin.
Army gags officer challenging Obama
eligibility. A decorated military officer who is challenging — in military
court — President Obama's eligibility to be president was taken into custody and escorted under
guard back to Walter Reed Army Base today after a hearing, apparently so he could not talk to the press or
his attorney about his case, according to his defense attorney.
Army 'birther' loses ruling on evidence.
An Army judge ruled Thursday [9/2/2010] that proof of President Barack Obama's eligibility to be president isn't
relevant to the defense of an Army doctor accused of failing to obey a lawful order.
LTC Lakin and the Chain of Command.
According to World Net Daily, on Thursday [9/2/2010], the acting judge in the prosecution of Army officer LTC
Lakin has denied him any right to request Obama's birth certificate. Mr. Lakin, as you know, is on trial
for refusing to follow the orders of a CINC, who he feels has not shown his qualifications to be POTUS, according
to Article Two, Section One, of the US Constitution. Army Col. Denise R. Lind, acting judge in the
case, recently said that opening up such evidence could be an "embarrassment" to the president.

"A career officer in the U.S. Army acting as a judge in the prosecution of Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin ruled the
military is no place for Barak Obama's presidential eligibility to be evaluated. The acting judge ruled
in a hearing regarding the evidence to be allowed in the scheduled October court-martial of Lakin he will be
denied access to any of Obama's records as well as any testimony from those who may have access to the
records. ... But she [the judge] made a point which is now on the record. For this so called President
to produce the documents requested would be an "embarrassment" to him. Every true American needs to
ask... Why?
New Setback For Birther Flight Surgeon
Who Refused Deployment. Another big legal setback for the Walter Reed doctor who refuses to
deploy to Afghanistan until he sees President Obama's original birth certificate. A military judge ruled
the President's birth records were irrelevant to the case that could send Lt. Col Terrence Lakin to federal
prison for four years of hard labor. This is the controversy that just won't go away.
Obama
records lost down the 'memory hole'. Wikipedia, the widely read, online, multi-authored
encyclopedia, features an entry on the term "memory hole," which originated with the prescient if not
also clairvoyant George Orwell. ... Wikipedia itself may have just offered a good example of how the

Lakin's challenge to President Obama's eligibility to hold office almost as soon it went up.
Army Doc: Deployment Orders Illegal
Without Pres. Obama's Birth Records. A military court was set to hear the case Tuesday [12/14/2010]
of an Army doctor charged with refusing to deploy to Afghanistan because he says he doubts whether President
Barack Obama was born in the U.S. and therefore questions his eligibility to be commander in chief.
Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, an 18-year Army veteran from Greeley, disobeyed orders to report earlier this
year to Fort Campbell in Kentucky to prepare for deployment, saying he believed the orders were illegal.
Saving Private Ryan but losing Lt. Col. Lakin.
Despite rabid and consistently incorrect assertions to the contrary, Barack Hussein Obama has not provided one
single item of authenticated evidence to prove that he is a natural born citizen and thus qualified to be president
as defined by Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution. Not only
has he not provided such documentation, he has fought long and hard, and spent what many reliable reports
suggest as well over a million dollars against releasing his birth certificate and numerous other documents
relevant to his background.

of actual battlefield engagement, it ranks alongside the greatest courageous stances even of the American

Three-Star
General Files Sworn Affidavit Supporting LTC Lakin's Case. Retired Air Force Lieutenant General
Thomas McInerney has supplied an affidavit in support of Army Lieutenant Colonel Terrence Lakin, who faces
trial on October 13-15. The retired Air Force three-star is the highest ranking officer yet to lend
public support to LTC Lakin. His affidavit acknowledges widespread concerns over the President's
Constitutional eligibility and demands the President release his birth records or the court authorize
discovery. McInerney's sworn affidavit was filed in Court-Martial in support of Lakin's motions for
subpoenas for all of the president's school records, and for a deposition of the custodian of Obama's birth
records in the possession of the State of Hawaii.
Lakin guilty on 3 counts.
Lakin pleaded guilty to four counts related to disobeying orders, but one count was subsequently dismissed by
Lind at the request of Lakin's counsel, Neal Puckett. Lakin stands convicted of two counts of failing to
obey orders to meet with his commanding officer and one count of failing to report as ordered to Fort
Campbell, Ky., to join the 101st Airborne Division prior to the unit's deployment to Afghanistan.
Unlike the civilian legal system, a military court can immediately convict any defendant who pleads
guilty to a crime.
Sentencing
expected Thursday for 'birther' Army doctor. Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, of Greeley, Colo., who has
become a hero of the "birther" movement, now faces the possibility of up to 3½ years in a military jail and
dismissal from the Army after being found guilty Wednesday [12/15/2010].
Army "Birther" Terrence Lakin Sentenced
to Six Months in Military Jail. Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin posted a video on YouTube earlier this
year, declaring that he refused to be deployed to Afghanistan because he questioned the legitimacy of
President Barack Obama's presidency — and now that decision will cost him six months in military
jail and the loss of a nearly $90,000 annual salary and a pension.
Lakin's conviction has awakened sleeping giant in
Obama's eligibility. If the Obama administration hoped the court-martial of Greeley resident
Lt. Col. Terry Lakin would put the eligibility issue to rest once and for all, their hopes appear to
have been in vain. The eligibility issue looks as if it's gaining traction with prominent liberals
and Democrats now calling for the President to release his birth certificate. During the trial, Lakin
was not allowed to present witnesses or documents related to the President's eligibility to be Commander-in-Chief
under Article II of the Constitution. Following his conviction, Lakin was sentenced to six months
in Ft. Leavenworth. The sentence has yet to be approved by the commanding general, MGen Horst, who has
the ability to reduce or commute the sentence.
The Terry Lakin Action fund is a Family Trust
established to directly support Terry's legal efforts and needs of his family. All he wanted was the
truth. Instead he got prison. Terry is standing up for the nation. He needs the nation's
help.
Why Lt. Col. Lakin
is not mistaken. There is no question that doubt exists as to the Constitutional eligibility of
Barack Obama for the Office of President. Had there been any authoritative pronouncement on the subject
from an impartial and constitutionally empowered element of the U.S. government (the Supreme Court or the
Congress) the officers of the military would be obliged to defer to that authoritative and constitutionally
authorized judgment. But the Congress has refused to address the subject, and the Supreme Court of the
United States has evaded the issue.
Is
Lakin's court-martial an American 'Dreyfus affair'? [Scroll down] It's marvelous that a
supposedly competent legal officer of the United States military could cram so much prejudicial nonsense into
so few words. She refers to Obama as president. But because, among other things, of her own action,
his status as president is, as the lawyers might say, a fact not in evidence. If he is in fact not
constitutionally eligible for the office, then he is not president. If he is not in fact constitutionally
eligible, then no lawful authority emanates from him to the military chain of command. Therefore, Lt. Col
Lakin is not guilty of the charge against him. Judge Lind's language is prima facie evidence
of prejudice, and she should either recuse herself or be removed from the case.
Donald Trump,
Talk About Terry Lakin. Whether or not you can prove Obama's ineligibility to be
Commander-in-Chief, he's already proven himself to be morally ineligible. How? His ice-cold
indifference to the tragic fate of Lt. Colonel Terry Lakin, now rotting in prison because Obama
refuses to release his birth certificate. Lt. Colonel Terry Lakin is a highly decorated
army doctor who received deployment notice to Afghanistan, and asked to see Obama's birth certificate
to prove his eligibility as Commander-in-Chief.
The unraveling of Barry Soetoro, a/k/a Barack
Hussein Obama II: [Scroll down] As a result of his refusal to disclose his records, a
respected military physician is presently serving time in Leavenworth for refusing to obey deployment orders
until he was satisfied that the orders he was given were constitutionally legal. LTC. Terry Lakin, an
honored veteran with 18 unblemished and distinguished years of service, lost his legal battle and remains
behind bars as Obama's first political prisoner in the war for truth. While many may question the methods
and venue in which LTC Lakin chose to take up his battle, no one can question his motives.
Not So Fast, Mr. Obama:
Trust But Verify. Mr. Obama sent Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, a decorated combat-experienced Army flight
surgeon, to jail because Obama refused to release his birth certificate. That document couldn't have
been produced 6 months ago to prevent Lt. Col. Lakin's being manacled and shipped to Fort Leavenworth
prison to rot in a cell? What possible explanation and what sort of character does
Obama have, especially as Commander-in-Chief, for sending a soldier to jail, ruining his career, over the
very same document the soldier had to produce for his military deployment orders?
The writer of this article is not on Lakin's side. Birther
Colonel returns home Saturday. Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, who refused to obey lawful orders on the belief
that President Obama had taken office illegitimately, will be returning to Baltimore on Saturday from his
incarceration in military prison. For refusing to obey orders, Lakin lost his pay and benefits, and
was given a punitive dismissal from the service — the officer's equivalent of a dishonorable
discharge.
Please Pardon
Lieutenant Colonel Lakin. Whatever surreptitious scheming lay behind President Obama's
obfuscation of his birthplace, he should sympathize with those who were injured by his actions, such as
Lieutenant Colonel Terry Lakin. Court-martialed and imprisoned for refusing to obey a command from a
president he did not consider legitimate, Lieutenant Colonel Lakin will be released from the brig this
Saturday, May 14, 2011. Now that the President has made public the long form of his birth
certificate and Lieutenant Colonel Larkin's main issue, will he permit Lieutenant Colonel Lakin to live
with the ignominy of a dishonorable discharge?

hero of the so-called birther movement who refused to report to duty in Germany for a few days earlier this
month because he doubts President Barack Obama's citizenship.
Obama ignores subpoena from Atlanta judge
If you or I did such a thing, we'd be arrested.
Prior to the hearing:
Georgia judge
orders President Obama to appear at hearing. A Georgia judge has ordered President Barack Obama to
appear in court in Atlanta Thursday [1/26/2012] for a hearing on a complaint that says Obama isn't a natural-born
citizen and can't be president. Orly Taitz, the California attorney who brought the legal challenge to Obama's
name on the March Georgia presidential primary ballot, says this is what she has been working for over the last
three years. "This will be 100 times bigger than Watergate," she said Saturday morning, referring to
the scandal that brought down President Richard Nixon in 1974. "There are high ranking judges and federal
officials who are involved in this cover up."
'Natural-born'
mess may soon be cleared up. "So far as the author knows, no fully satisfactory definition of the
term 'natural-born citizen' has yet been given by the Supreme Court." Those words were published in 1910
in "The Constitutional Law of the United States" by Westel W. Willoughby. So far as anyone knows, the
statement remains as true one century later as it was then. But with any luck — and the strong
backbone of an administrative judge in Georgia — the 223-year quest for clarity may soon be over.
The Birthers
Went Down to Georgia. Last November, Georgia citizen David Weldon filed a challenge over Obama's
qualifications to appear on Georgia's 2012 presidential ballot. Yesterday [1/3/2012], Obama's motion to
dismiss Weldon's challenge was denied by Judge Michael Malihi of Georgia's Office of State Administrative
Hearings. The hearing is scheduled for January 26. ... Although it appears highly unlikely that
questions of Obama's eligibility will prevent him from running in 2012, those who care more about respect
for the Constitution than popularity should pay very close attention to this issue.
Georgia on Obama's Mind?
The story began last November, when Georgia citizen David Welden filed a formal challenge over Obama's qualifications
to appear on Georgia's 2012 presidential ballot. Although the mainstream media pejoratively label those who
question Obama's eligibility as conspiratorial "birthers" and defines "birtherism" as belief in a Kenyan birthplace,
Welden stipulates otherwise.
Will Obama show up at eligibility
hearing? There's a subpoena from a Georgia administrative court with Barack Obama's name on it
for him to be in Atlanta on Thursday [1/26/2012], along with the documentation about his birth, to answer to
challenges from residents of the state objecting to the presence of his name on the 2012 ballot. They
believe he's simply not eligible under the Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural born
citizen." They say the Founders thought of that status as the offspring of two citizen parents, and Obama's
father was Kenyan. Or they say he wasn't born in the U.S. They are legitimately allowed to raise
those challenges under a state law.
Now a few words from Dr. Orly Taitz: Judge Malihi ruled in my favor. My case will
not be limited to definition of natural born based on a case Minor v Happersett. I will be also
presenting a case, showing that elections fraud was committed by Barack Obama, that he is using a forged birth
certificate, stolen or fraudulently obtained Social Security number and that there is no evidence to believe
that the last name he is using is legally his, due to the fact, that in his mother's passport he goes under the
name Soebarkah and in his school registration in Indonesia he went by the last name Soetoro. There is no
evidence of legal change of name.
The so-called "mainstream" news media cannot
resist vituperative derision: Judge's
order in 'birther' case unlikely to draw Obama. In a surprising ruling Friday [1/20/2012], a
Georgia state administrative judge declined to quash a subpoena directing Obama to attend a hearing Thursday [1/26/2012]
at the Fulton County courthouse on a challenge to strike him from the Georgia ballot this fall on claims he
is not a U.S. citizen. Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi issued the decision after previously declining
to dismiss the case, one of dozens around the country brought by so-called "birthers."
After the hearing:
Obama
attorney to boycott 'birther' hearing. Scoffing at a judge's call for Barack Obama to appear in
court Thursday, Obama attorney Michael Jablonski says that not only will the president not be on hand but neither
will Jablonski. The lawsuit, in which several Georgia voters are represented by Laguna Niguel attorney Orly
Taitz, calls for Obama to be removed from Georgia's March 6 primary ballot on the grounds that he doesn't
meet the requirement of being a natural-born citizen. Jablonski wrote Georgia's secretary of state to
intervene and dismiss the suit.
Georgia Ballot
Challenge: Obama Walks On By. President Obama has a habit of turning his back and walking away from
those with whom he disagrees, as recently discovered by Arizona Governor Jan Brewer. Professor John Lott, in
an interview with Teri O'Brien, recalled similar experiences with Obama while at the University of Chicago.
Ms. O'Brien commented to Professor Lott: "Gods don't debate. They just issue decrees." And
apparently they also tend to place themselves above the law.
Obama
Declares he is Above Georgia's Election Laws. [Scroll down] Since Obama and his attorney
chose not to be present a defense and dispute the evidence that was presented, this can be taken as an admission
that all of the evidence admitted were indeed facts and may not be disputed at a later time on appeal! The
irony of this course is that Obama is declaring that the court has no Jurisdiction in this matter and will appeal
as a matter of law though these damning facts may very well stand! It also gives the impression that he
considers himself above the law — Georgia's.
No Obama in court, no 'birther' ruling.
During the hearing, Obama was in Las Vegas giving a speech to UPS employees. Inside the courtroom in Atlanta,
almost every available seat was taken — except for those at the defendant's table facing the judge.
Obama and his Syndicate. [Obama's
attorney Michael] Jablonski seems to be perpetuating the long-standing myth that his client is above the law and
now — by association — he appears to be operating under the delusion that he is, also.
This brings up the interesting possibility of Atty. Jablonski — having provided no apparent legal reason
for his non-attendance — being subject to revocation of his license to practice law in the State of Georgia.
Obama Eligibility Court Case ... Blow by Blow.
Over the last several weeks, Obama's attorney, Michael Jablonski, had attempted several tactics to keep this case
from moving forward. He first tried to have it dismissed, then argued that it was irrelevant to Obama.
After that, Jablonski argued that a state could not, under the law, determine who would or would not be on a ballot
and later, that Obama was simply too busy with the duties of office to appear. After all these arguments were
dispatched by the Georgia Court, Jablonski, in desperation, wrote to the Georgia Secretary of State attempting to
place Obama above the law and declared that the case was not to he heard and neither he nor his client would participate.
Eligibility attorney: Obama
needs impeaching. One of the attorneys who argued before a Georgia judge today that Barack Obama
is ineligible to have his name on the state's 2012 presidential ballot says the president's decision to snub the
court system and ignore the hearing is a dangerous precedent that threatens the foundation of the United States.
"We have a president who has openly refused to comply with a legal order of the judicial branch," Van Irion told
WND after today's hearing before Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi concluded in Atlanta.
Georgia judge considered
'default' against Obama. Attorneys who argued in a Georgia court this week that Barack Obama isn't
eligible to be president say Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi considered granting a default judgment before
they even argued the case. That presumably could have recommended that Obama failed to prove his eligibility
and therefore should not be on the 2012 ballot, since he and his lawyer snubbed the hearing, for which Obama was
subpoenaed.
Media to Americans: 'Nothing
to see here'. The mainstream media appears to have been put under a "cone of silence" about the
first court proceeding to enter into the record evidence that Barack Obama is ineligible to be president based
on the Constitution's requirement that that office be occupied only by a "natural-born citizen." Georgia
administrative law judge Michael Malihi on Thursday heard evidence from a variety of witnesses on why the president's
name should not appear on the Georgia state ballot for the 2012 election.
Maybe
the rule of law means different things for different people. When President Nixon threatened to
ignore court orders, he was threatened with impeachment. It doesn't matter what the topic at hand is in
the courtroom — when the court summons you, it behooves you to appear. This is not less true
in the case of a president, the man who is responsible for enforcing the laws of the nation, but more so —
for if the president thumbs his nose at lawful courts hearing lawful pleadings, then his legal authority is
undermined and so is the rule of law. Nor can the president rightfully decide to ignore this particular
case because he and his attorneys think it has no merit. That is the judge's decision, not theirs.
Is the Judicial Branch Dead?
Obama's behavior yesterday is even more disturbing than Nixon's. Nixon at least respected the judicial
branch enough to have his attorney's show up in court and follow procedure. Nixon's fight in the courts
followed existing law. Nixon acknowledged the authority of the judicial branch even while he fought it.
Obama, on the other hand, essentially said yesterday that the judicial branch has no power over him.
Media
Blackout in Obama Georgia Ballot Eligibility Case. [Last week, I] witnessed an historic hearing
that actually discussed the eligibility of the sitting president of the United States to run for a second term.
The president had been subpoenaed to appear, and instead of his attorney respectfully following protocol to have
that subpoena recalled, both Obama and his attorney, Michael Jablonski, simply failed to show up at all or offer
any defense whatsoever. Isn't there a headline in there somewhere?
Obama Got Served.
The mainstream media, in lockstep with Obama, reported nothing of the events, in a stunning blackout on a truly
historic hearing — one that discussed the eligibility of a sitting president to run for a second term.
And more troubling was the fact that the media failed to acknowledge the even more sensational news —
that the president and his defense attorney snubbed an official subpoena. Today [2/2/2012], Attorney Van
Irion, on behalf of his client, Georgia resident David Welden, filed a "Motion for Finding of Contempt" with
Judge Malihi.
Obama Wins Georgia
Ballot Challenge. Whatever one's opinions on the constitutional definition of "natural born citizen,"
the arrogance exhibited by this president and his defense attorney to the judiciary of a state, and the abject
lack of reporting by the major networks and mainstream media, should trouble every citizen in the nation.
More remarkably, such behavior, especially when viewed as part of a disturbing pattern throughout this administration,
should be of grave concern to members of Congress. And the fact that Judge Malihi took note of and relied
upon on the established rule of statutory construction in his earlier order, but then made assertions contrary
to that principle in his final decision, should not go unnoticed by those versed in constitutional law.
It's not resolved yet... Obama eligibility
challenges spread to 6 states. [Scroll down] Whatever the outcome in Georgia, the issue
is gaining traction in other states, too, including Alabama, Tennessee, Arizona, New Hampshire, and even
Illinois, Obama's home political base. There, in a complaint recently filed by Stephen F. Boulton
of McCarthy Duffy LLP and Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, their client is asking for a
change in state law to allow the vetting of political candidates. Obama isn't even mentioned by name,
but don't think for a minute that the requested change wouldn't include his candidacy.
Obama's Eligibility
Diversion. [Scroll down] It's not uncivil, racist, or "birther" to question a candidate's
credentials and records. Vetting is a concept every GOP hopeful painfully understands. And Obama,
although the president now, is a candidate in the 2012 election. The citizens of Georgia had every right
to question anew his eligibility. "Is Obama eligible?" is a legitimate question. But so is "Who is
Obama?" And further, "Who is backing him?" Let's see Obama's records. Let's expose the
radical leftists who support him.
Appeal of Georgia
Eligibility Ruling. Had the drafters of the Constitution intended all people born in the U.S.
to be considered natural born citizens, the 14th Amendment would not have been necessary. Had the
drafters of the 14th Amendment intended that Amendment to alter the Article II definition of natural
born citizen, they would have clearly stated so. Yet the term "natural born citizen" is not found
anywhere within the 14th Amendment. The Amendment also makes no reference to Article II.
Georgia and Birthright
Citizenship. [Scroll down] If a candidate, asked about his views on immigration reform and
specifically the birthright practice, answered that citizenship should not be granted "solely by reason of
physical presence within the United States at the moment of birth," would he be labeled "birther"?
It seems to depend on who's doing the talking, and when. Because that was a quote from Harry Reid's 1993
proposed bill. How times have changed.
